Buy a new Toyota from us and we will wash your vehicle free with oil change service Not true as I have tried 4 times to get my truck washed and they have not been able to wash it due to non working equipment. Whats wrong with good old fashioned hand washing? Oil change and tire rotation service was satisfactory.

Definitely the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I enjoyed working with Bo from the moment he called me with details about the car I inquired about online. Though they said it would take an hour, I was there for five and a half hours. With no communication, no explanation as to why. About three hours in, I did ask. After another week I was told it would be soon. Shortly thereafter I was told they had found a nail in one of the tires. They gave me a reasonable estimate to fix it. An hour later, I was told that in the process of fixing the tire, they found a broken bolt, probably caused by the last tire rotation. Since that was likely to have been done there, they fixed it without charging me for labor, which was reasonable.At some point in the process they asked me if I wanted the complimentary wash, and I said yes. But when all of a sudden done, the car was still completely dirty. Naturally, though I noticed, I no longer cared.They knocked $5 off the total price to cover my inordinate wait.As far as I can tell, the work does seem to have been done well. My car seems to be running a bit smoother.

One of my best car purchasing experience, highly recommend Walla Walla Toyota.It was a pleasure working with Thomas since the time he responded to my online enquiry about the 86 they had in stock. We agreed on price over email and two days later, I took a short 50min flight from Seattle and picked up my new car. He even picked me up from the ALW airport. They had everything ready for me and it took less than 30 mins for all the paperwork including auto loan.I had been keeping an eye on recent 86 sales/KBB prices and most dealers around the Seattle area were asking for ridiculous money. I would totally go back to Walla Walla for any future Toyota needs.

I outlined my needs and criteria, and since there is seriously reduced inventory, Hunter showed me one vehicle. The dealership gave me the value I wanted for my current SUV, so I bought the Toyota. Due to a skeleton sales crew, the atmosphere was casual and friendly. Very little pressure to make the deal. Total time was less than 4 hours.

My experience on this visit was not good from the get go. I dropped my vehicle at 3:30 the day before. There was no one at the service desk and no one acknowledged me until I had to ask for help. The day of service, the appointment was for 8:00 am. I did not receive a call from them at all. I called at 2:30 and asking about my vehicle and was told they would check and find out and call me back immediately. I did not receive a call back. I had to call again at 4:30. My best guess is that the vehicle was not looked at until I first called. When I picked up my car the vehicle still had the paper mats, on the floor and seat and plastic on the steering wheel. I also asked for a car wash and that did not happen. I tried calling at 4:00 to complain, no answer, left a message for a call back at 4:45 and still have not received a call back.

The recall work done on my vehicle I was pleased with . However setting it up and picking it up time in between was messed up. Whoever is answering the phone ir checking on whether work is done dropped the ball. Very confusing messages. I shared my concerns with the person who had to come puck me up to retrieve my car and he said hed relay the info to the GM and service manager. Young man who took my car in and the one who greeted me when I picked it up was very polite and apologetic forconfusion(not his fault).

I emailed about a car that I was interested in. I quickly received a response from Beau. I asked questions about qualifying and proceeding even though I was out of town. Im very disappointed in the care for my vehicle i received. I was having the roof trim replaced on both side. Before scheduling i was told that the truck would be washed prior to replacing the trim, I also was quoted 300.00. When I picked up the truck after the repair, the truck had not been washed prior to the replacement, when I questioned it I was told there was no one to wash it. I m was very disappointed to find out that the trim was placed on a dirty truck and when asked about the warranty. I was told that there is a 12 month or 12,000 miles. After looking at the placement, there is an edge of the trim that is still lifted. I cannot stress how upset this is to me. I would really like to hear back from someone from Toyota to discuss this matter further. But no one ever call back.Tammy Warneka

I had researched a couple of vehicles at this dealership and was able to walk on the lot and test drive right away. I have had some bad experiences before at other dealers but this was a nice change.
