My Subaru had been in an accident. The entire passenger side was crushed. Tietan Auto restored it, diagnosing every detail of damage, even damage I hadnt been able to see. When I picked the car up, it looked brand new - shining from a thorough detailing onside and out. I was thrilled. The entire staff was efficient, respectful and kind. Their work was completed in a very timely manner. This shop is an excellent resource in our community.

I was in an accident where the other driver tore the entire front of my vehicle off. Tietan Auto Body worked a miracle! Not only did they replace all the necessary parts, but Cindy communicated with me every step of the way and made sure my insurance company was kept up to date as well. She even went above and beyond to ensure I could return my rental in Walla Walla instead of driving it all the way back to Hermiston by calling the rental place for me! When I got the vehicle back on time, I was surprised to see they had vacuumed it out, and washed and, I believe, waxed it as well! My car was even waiting out front for me when I arrived to pick it up. Great customer service and body work. I cant say enough great things about this place. If I ever need work done on my vehicle again, this is the only shop I will go to. I am thoroughly impressed!

I almost never leave Google reviews, but Im so impressed with their customer service, great work, professionalism, and attention to detail, I felt compelled to leave one. To top it off, even though I didnt take my car in for a cleaning, they gave it back to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in!

We took another one of our vehicles there a long time ago and they did a good job.

My insurance sent me here for repairs on my car. A front alignment was done and apparently the rear was within spec guidelines and not needed. However the shop noticed inside wear on both of the rear tires. Since the wear was in the same spot and on both tires the shop knew this was unrelated to the wreck my car was involved in. Common courtesy would have been to at least inform me of this so I could get it taken care of rather then be put in danger on the highway or hit with a giant bill later. Unfortunately the giant bill showed up.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Vehicle was finished on time, freshly vacuumed and washed.

We had a deer jump out in front of our van & leave a dent in the front drivers side. They did an excellent job of repairing the damages & kept in contact with us during the whole process!

Great service. Friendly staff and a website that allows customers to check on daily progress. When I took vehicle in on a Monday, I told them I needed my car for weekend travel and they went out of the way to make sure my car was ready. They even washed exterior and cleaned interior to spotlessness. I highly recommend!

Took forever to get my car done, didnt seem to care, and did not appear to want to work with me. I have had multiple vehicles done in the past and never have received this type of poor service. They seem more interested in money than quality. Very disappointed. THEY REFUSED to let me speak to the owner.

Tietan Auto body is a great place to get your vehicle repaired the staff keeps in touch with you and they are very friendly. They guarantee their work so if there are any problems they will take it back and repair it the right way. They said that my car repair would take 3 days and instead they repaired it 1 and upon picking it up I found that my car had been washed and vacuumed out and that the floorboards had been cleaned. My experience with them was great I recommend them highly!!!

Went there because my insurance company recommended them. Trying to find out if it was even worth filing a claim. The gal who does the claims got asked by a friend of mine if it would be cheaper to replace with a used part of the car and she got defensive and told me I didnt need to have my insurance company file the claim, I needed to just do it myself and skip the person I was talking to. She told me the only way to know if insurance company would fix was to file a claim.... Come to find out you can buy a replacement from a junk yard at the same color for cheaper than what the autobody place was going to charge. Also took it to another body shop and they told me because there was some underlying damage, that was not revealed to me when I bought the car, the insurance company probably wouldnt pay to fix it because it would make the vehicle better than it was before the mishap of some one backing into it. So I could risk filing a claim, but probably wouldnt get the whole car fixed.....so to me Titan autobody was shady and only interested in getting the most money from the insurance company. They even refused to give me an estimate, because I stated that I couldnt afford it out if pocket,. And the only way to get an estimate was to file a claim.....

After a deer decided to run into me, I took my Edge in for repair. All personnel that I interacted with were professional and helpful. The car looks brand new, they cleaned the floor mats, the inside looks like a new car. They estimated time for completion and delivered as promised. I am very impressed with this shop!!!
