We love Les Schwab. Everyone so nice and friendly and helpful here. I’ve taken all five of my vehicles here if there’s ever any issues. They do a great job

They greeted me when I got out of my car. Got me in and out in about 45 minutes even though they were busy. Very friendly and the waiting area is nice. Bathrooms are clean.

This Les Schwab was a life saver. I was on an epic road trip from Colorado to the Oregon Coast when I noticed I had a nail in my truck tire. I stopped at the only tire place in Pomeroy and they said they couldnt help me. So I immediately called the nearest Les Schwab, but they were 70 miles away in Walla Walla. They advised me that if I could keep air in the tire (I carry a small portable air compressor)so that it didnt get too low and damage the tire, I could drive on it. They also said they could fix it today, so to just come on in when I got to Walla Walla. Once I got there, they fixed the tire in under an hour and I was back on the road. And the cost for their all their help.... $0! What!?! Amazing customer service and assistance.

Our new to us car had a problem that could have eneded much worse.. we were lucky to have been on a slow road when it happen and not on the hwy. Anyways we took it in to you guys, and you were amazing! Helped us right away! Such great customer service!

I havent been to Schwabs lately but am a long time tire buyer there. Ive got batteries, had alignments and brakes checked and done once. The guys and ladies there in Eastgate are friendly and get it done fast, I love Less Schwab .

Amazing!!! I had a suspension problem, they were able to fix most of the problem but there was wiring problems that was beyond there capacity it fix, I was needing to be on the road in the next two days, David and his team in the suspension department, found someone that could fix it for me quickly. They took it there and picked it up. David kept in constant communication with me for updates. This was above and beyond. Like the commercials but right here in our Walla Walla Les Swabb. We are back on the road!I can not thank them enough!!!

Had two women help me chose which chains were best for my truck. They were very helpful and friendly. The only reason I dont shop here more is because the prices are pretty high compared to the alternatives

Came in with a screw in my RV tire, Was towing a car.They got it fixed faster than said.But the guy who helped me spotted a bubble on car tire. This could have been a big problem out in middle of nowhere.Very friendly and great service.

I enjoy using Les Schwabs. I usually have a running account and will use that for my vehicle tires and batteries. Their prices are higher than others but I use their easy warranty services that I feel is worth it. Also, as I usually do a lot of my own work, I appreciate them checking over my cars and telling me what needs to be done then I usually do it myself. Recently I had an issue I couldnt figure out and got a lot of free diagnostics info to help me figure it out. Really, just good service from them.

If you have low air in tires, they take care of them quickly

Be careful- if you come in to get your tires rotated and they find a problem (something like sensors or brakes), they may not be able (by law) to give your car back until it is fixed. And you would have to pay, of course. These things are regulated my laws but still, if you think your brakes are low or you have a bad sensor, be prepared to pay for it! Other than that they, have good service and a big new building!

Who doesnt like Les Schwab. Its always fast, pleasant and no surprises when it comes to paying your bill.

Made a 5pm apt showed up @ 450 for the free break check. Got my keys and left @ 5:57 pm with no free break check and an apology.

Showed up close to closing time with a nail in my tire. Employee ran to the car, pulled it into the bay, and sent me to the customer service counter. Ten minutes later, car was sitting by the lobby door ready to go! Awesome job!!!

These guys are great. They go out of the way to make sure you understand what needs done and why. They quote a reasonable price and do the work in a timely manner. Theyre also very nice. Customer service is a premium for them.

My visit at Les Schwabs Im still waiting they said I was in line but the young lady that talk to me at the counter I must have told her seven times I was there to get a flat tire fixed on my car and she kept asking me other questions and I kept having to repeat myself I like Les Schwabs are a good place to go but that lady shouldnt be working the counter

Ive always come to this one to get my tire pressure checked, but today, my tire pressure light turned back on days after getting them checked, so I brought it in. Turns out one of my directional tires was on backwards and my wheel well on another one was bent and was leaking air. They gave me a wonderful deal to fix both issues, and got to work on it quick. Thank you guys from your friendly Oregon resident pregnant lady. 💗 and thank you Randy for showing me my issues, answering all my questions and helping me out.

That took care of my issue with the car shaking when it slows from freeway speeds and did it for less than I had expected. THANK YOU GUYS!

Great customer service

The management was insistent on taking my money despite breaking my vehicle and not completely assisting in fixing it. I left the keys for my motorhome at the front desk and received a call an hour later explaining that the entire rear brake system (calipers, pads, rotors) needed replacing. Because I was putting safety as a priority, I was willing to trust the professionals’ opinions and was willing to pay for this service.When I got to the vehicle the throttle cable had been yanked out of the accelerator pedal and the ignition had been jammed to a point where the entire ignition needed replacement. Though the vehicle was old, I had been working on it for a month to get it running and knew that car really well. The only way these things could have been damaged were because someone was being incredibly rough with the car.I ended up paying a locksmith to help remove the broken ignition, which I am very upset about because I did not break the ignition. It was done by a Les Schwab employee.On top on this, I took our rig to a local mechanic the next day, and he reported that the break system was in great shape and we actually did not need to pay $1000 for break servicing.Although I was very frustrated and upset with the management, the mechanics at Les Schwab (in particular Dan) were very kind and helpful along the way.I’d highly recommend checking out some of the local mechanics before going here. The management isn’t trustworthy and unhelpful.

Staff was rude. Went to get tires rotated earlier in the week and was told that they were quite busy so to come back another day that week. So I did. I returned and was then informed that they would actually be busy all week because it is snow tire removal week and everyone wants that done. Why they didnt tell me that my first visit I dont know. I certainly wouldnt have returned anytime soon. I also dont understand why they cant put my car in a queue and let me take it off the lot and then return. I was told the wait time would be two hours, why cant I return with the car in an hour and cut my wait time in half. Seems like an archaic system that is anything but customer friendly. What does it really matter if the car is sitting there if you arent even going to touch it? Im not impressed. Right now I am wishing for more tire options in Walla Walla and staff that is more considerate and kind regarding a customers time.

Truck had broken lug nut bolts. Which resulted to causing damage to rim, and required to be replaced. They were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was not just back on road, back on road rolling safely. A+. Would without a doubt do business again.

I went in to buy a set of tires for my car. After paying for them I looked at the itemized charges and found I paid for re-build kits for the tire pressure sensors. I asked if this was mandatory and the girl at the counter said no. I was not given the chance to not have them installed. I have bought many tires over the years and NEVER had to pay for re-build kits. This is my first visit to any Les Schwab tire center and it will be my last.

They do deliver a fast friendly service

On the morning of 2 September 2015, I (a visitor to Walla Walla) found a problem with at least one tire and was looking at a drive home of around 300 miles. A local person recommended Les Schwab to me so I took the car there. It was examined immediately; two problems were identified and fixed promptly (all this in less than half an hour); useful advice was offered; and the charge for service was reasonable. A good example of how to run a business.

I had some problems at another Lesswab and so I came to the WALLA Walla Lesswab, it was the best thing that ever happened to me, David and Dan have taken such good care of me theyve been a god send, thank you so much Lesswab😇 the WALLA Walla one I would recommend to any and everybody truly professional people from the time you walk in the door all the way through to the man named DAN who did the work on my car, thank you all so much.

Les Schwab Tires is the best! I have a car that had a dying battery. Schwab came to my house to jump the battery at no charge, so it was a no-brainer that I would go there to have it replaced. Dan is your go-to guy! In less than a week, he had my battery in the shop and replaced it in less than 15 minutes. He also helped me shovel deep snow from my driveway so I could drive to the shop - above and beyond the call of duty! Go to Les Schwab Tires in Walla Walla. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

After finding a flat tire in the morning, we called our local Les Schwabs. They got us air up, and down to the shop. They then pull the tire to see that it is down to the last layer of rubber, and give us the bad news that they would need to replace both back tires. OUch time for the check book. Then after a bit, David comes back looking more down than we are. The van is AWD and he does not have the same set as what is on the front so we have gone from the one tire to a full replacement set, and we need a tire sensor.David managed to get us a trade in value for the front tires, a Veterans discount, and helped us know what is needed all the way around. Even though it cost more than we had saved for it, he made it feel like a total win for us. I would ALWAYS shop with Les Schwabs!

Place is full of con artists and scammers. Normally, Id trust Les Schwab based on their reputation, but theyll no longer have my service ever again. Had our winter wheels & tires changed here and noticed a lot of noise coming from the back wheels. They took it for a test drive came back and said they would need to do a full hub assembly for $500. Thinking something was fishy, I took it to another mechanic and had him look at it. Turns out the lug nuts were loose and rattling around. Saved us a bunch of money. Previous times, theyve told me my tires were cupping and I needed to replace all of my shocks. Nope. Two other places confirmed this wasnt the case and that they were most likely just trying to get me to spend money on new shocks, which are worn sure, but are just fine. This is the third time theyve tried to nickel and dime me. Never again Les Schwab. Youve lost a customer for life.

Recently had these guys put on new tires on my wheels and an alignment for my vehicle. Had the wheels balanced multiple times it still vibrates at hwy speeds. Didnt have this issue before I had them work on it.

I needed a new battery and they had it changed and on my way very quickly. They were very nice and very professional.

I will never step foot into another Les Schwab even for free tire rotation. Twice they forgot to tighten lug nuts and I almost lost a tire. They have been trying to scare me into getting new brakes for 2 years even though they had already replaced them and other places said there was nothing wrong with them. They quoted a price of nearly $1000!

Ive always used Les Schwab today was a little slow but I had time so I was able to kick it with one of the Managers while my tires were being installed. Overall I recommend it to anyone needing far and friendly service 😊

Discovered a nail in one of our tires and stopped by to have it checked out. They fit us in, in spite of what appeared to be a full schedule, and after dismounting and indpecting tire.....rather than trying to sell us a replacement, they assured us we were good to go. Arrived home in Tri-Cities and realized we had lost the hub caps on that wheel, which apparently had not been secured enough. They ordered/replaced the hubcap, without any cost to us. Thank you for doing the right thing!

The labor was satisfactory but dont go there if youre in a hurry had to wait two and a half hours for a 90 minute job. They made me late for work and didnt offer an apology or discount for the inconvenience or damage to my work reputation.

Schwabs was never the least expensive choice, but their reputation for service in the 80s and 90s was exceptional - they unwaveringly backed any product or service they sold. Those days are long gone. Ive had three problems with a set of Wild Countrys I bought from them, and each time was sent away after a minimum 30 minute wait with a not our fault excuse and a recommendation to fix some failure they saw somewhere. They were actually trying to sell me service that wasnt needed and using their guarantee as a selling point after sending me away when I tried to get them to back their guarantees on my tires. Management is driving this train, as there are good people working there, but I paid 30% more than I should have for tires they dont back. The alignment they did was ridiculous, and, of course, didnt fix it when I brought it back the next week. Every problem Ive had was resolved by Spence in Walla Walla, all tires were fixed within 20 mins of me showing up, and the alignment was resolved. I tried to back these guys hoping their complete lack of service was a one-day fluke but theyre batting zero for five. I wont be back, and refuse to let anyone I care about do business with them. Les is obviously long gone and likely wouldnt wanna see whats become of this once-great store.

Friendly but you have to wait forever. then i was told that if i didnt rotate my tires every 5000 miles my warranty would be void. they never told me this when i spent $3k on rims and tires. got my money and out the door fast when they got me hooked into that kind of money. extremely poor

12/4/2017Called in to shop at 9:45 to ask for brake repair. Told to bring car in right away they are slow and have time. I live 5 blocks away, drove straight there, car bays were packed, waiting room full of people. I was told to come back in an hour or two. Really? You lie to customers, waste their time and fuel just to try to cycle as many paying customers as you can. You lied once, next you lie about the car estimate? Not going to happen! This shop and its business practices are an example of whats wrong in this country today. GREED!EDITcalled shop asked for manager, manager gone till friday (its monday) ask for assistant manager, hes at lunch. Really? Its 10:15 in the morning.
