I arrived in Walla Walla with a bit of a vision emergency, and Valley Vision helped me solve it effortlessly and with a smile. Very professional, and delightful!
Use to be a 5 star for me since being a kid going there since 1994. But after today Im very disappointed. Was just in there walking by several people and no one said anything about the mask. For which I cant wear because of bad asthma. After be seated to get glass fixed two employees just got in my fiance and my faces yelling at us about a mask. Fiance was just meeting me because 105 degrees plus outside. Way not cool! One they could have been a whole lot nicer in talking and handling things. Then how it was handled. Very upset how the communicate and society is handling things as a whole. We have lost be polite and good customer tactics across the board to the point that most everyone has lost their mind and humanity. Dont how things are going twith appointment next month, because I can not wear a mask medically under no certain twrms.
I was new to Valley Vision and ended after my second visit. I don’t think they wanted my business so one less customer will not break their bank. Lack of communication and unfriendly employees.
Just a wonderful experience. My puppy chewed my glasses. They were respectful, knowledgeable. All around great service. I will be going back for future eye needs
I called to make my son an appointment for an eye exam to purchase new glasses, as his broke. I was speaking to a gal that seemed unhappy. I didnt pay much attention because I was not sure what she was going through. However, Valley Vision has not had the most friendly receptionist in the past. This time was no different. As she gathered my information, she gave me an unwelcomed energy that provoked me to call Nielson Eye Care. The difference in the tone and vocabulary was night and day. I called back to Valley Vision to cancel my relationship with them. When I called back all I heard was Billing and again, very unwelcoming. I spoke to Natalie, which was just as happy to talk to me than KIFFIN. Which is the person who I had such an unwelcomed experience with.Unfortunately, one thing Valley Vision is consistent with is Poor customer service. I recommend Nielson Eye Care as his Receptionist are much more kind and make you feel welcomed. I am quite shocked that I am writing this review. Its important to give business where is it appreciated. Hope Valley Vision and KIFFIN can do a better job.
They ordered my glasses in the wrong prescription, when I told them of the mistake they got very hostile with me.They never offered to fix the mistake and I ended up having to BUY glasses I couldnt see out of.I ended up having to buy new glasses elsewhere
Tried to book an eye exam. The first person said that my insurance was accepted. The second person said it wasnt, and transferred me to the insurance specialist who said they have never heard of United Health Insurance and seemed very put off but having to look it up. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
Though only been twice I find them to be very quick and efficient. I have not had to wait more than about 5 minutes each time before being seen.I have received glasses from them and they are very reasonable on price and will. due payments if need be. They seem to be very thorough with the exams and tend to needs when making a selection for glasses.I do definitely recommend them even with having only been twice myself.
Very professional service. Ive been a customer here for 20 years. High quality care and products. I highly recommend it.
I received my first pair of glasses from a small store/eye clinic a couple years ago. I learned that I was able to go to Valley Vision thru my new insurance. I wanted to try a real eye clinic and picked this one from a recommendation. I was blown away by the difference. There is no comparison to a retail store clinic and Valley Vision. They did a great job in every respect. The staff was great. Had answers to all my questions. The testing was done with a smile. The doctor was great. They have a few but I can only attest to how great Dr. Harrison was with me. The part I loved the most may be the simplest thing there is but it really meant a lot to me. It was the person who helped me pick out my glasses. That need was never addressed in the previous place I went. That place didnt help or care much. At Valley Vision, the staff walked me to the glasses section of the store and had a person come help me from start to finish. They kept me in budget with my insurances allowable for glasses. Let my man brain know how each pair looked on me and what it projected to those who looked at me. It was a wonderful experience. I dont plan on ever going to another clinic for my eye needs. Why would I when they did everything right. From me to all of you who helped me, Thank you. I really do appreciate it.Brad Hughett
Needed an eye exam to get a license. While I was there getting the exam, some of the tests performed seemed unnecessary for the license I needed. I asked if the tests were necessary and they said yes. Later found out they were definitely not necessary for the license. They also tried to sell me glasses afterwards even though my eyes are perfectly fine and they knew I was there just for the license exam. This business takes advantage of its customers, as I did not know exactly which tests were necessary for the license at the time. I trusted this business to perform only what was necessary and that was a mistake. Please do not give your business to this company.
Five stars bb
I had called previously to ensure I choose an insurance that would be accepted by valley vision. I choose one that they suggested but when I went to get glasses, I was told by a very unfriendly blonde receptionist that I have to go to Walmart to use my insurance and that was my only choice. When I tried to get claification about non preferred option, I was told my only option was to pay full price in a dismissive manner.
If you have a serious problem dont go to these people, the doctors are good but its run by fools and the optic lab is clueless.
They really work with you until you have the best Vision possible, even if it takes a few tries with different glasses. They were very patient with me.
Poor service
