Emily at the brow bar was an absolute gem. She did a great job and my eyebrows and recommend some great products. I’m a hairdresser so I’m hard to please, and she did an absolute wonderful job. I’ll definitely be back to see her. The two older cashiers/managers at the front though, very very rude. One of them wouldn’t take my coupon because she “didn’t know how” and they were both just very unprofessional.

I have yet to meet EMILY the brow artist because she was late for our 3pm today. I was 30 minutes early because I am responsible and professional even after working all day for a job I value and was not late for. I also left over 100 dollars worth of product on the brow counter because I will not be spending money at an establishment that does not value my time and my money.

Its a bit spendy! Most of the products can be found at othwr stores. Honestly, wasnt to empressed. I think its awwsome that they have a salon and place to do eyebrow tinting though.

First time in the store and definitely not my last. I love the layout of the store. The sales associate was so nice and helpful! I cant believe I can return the makeup if the color isnt right! They just earned a lifetime customer right here 💛

Checked in for my curb side order and waited almost an hour and I’m still waiting while writing this review.. The store has about two cars in the parking lot so not many customers. I thought this would be convenient since I live 15 minutes away. Also it’s for an eyebrow pencil and eyelash curler so it’s not a huge order either.

Got the help I needed quickly

VERY DISSATISFIED. I ordered to pick up in store, but their site defaulted to shipping. They refused to correct their mistake or cancel the order so I could reorder and get it sooner, and basically blew me off and said there was nothing they could do. Their customer service is disgustingly bad.

I did a curbside pickup and was told that someone could bring out the items and put them in my trunk or leave my back door open. When the lady came out she told me to roll down my back window. Yet I saw her hand an item to another customer in her hand not the trunk or back seat but tells me to roll down my window. Maybe you guys need to retrain on how to manage curbside pickup so that this doesnt happen again. Treat customers equally!

Harder to buy products without testers, but 2 managers were very helpful. Traci and Alexys helped color match and choose products that were right for me.

Large selection and standard pricing

I love that Walla Walla has an Ulta now. Way overdue! This location has everything I want or need. Well stocked with Too Faced, Drybar, Lancome, KVD, Stila, Urban Decay, Exuviance, etc. Only downside was no samples to try but such is life with Covid restrictions 😷💕💞💜💙

The staff dosent even acknowledged me or help me after I ask to get color match so I did it myself trying on the make up. At the register they didint accept my coupon even though it was valid. They are the worst place to shop at.

Orlando did my hair and its GORGEOUS. He is absolutely amazing and even did a mini-tutorial on curling my hair to make it have the most body. Hes very knowledgeable and comfortable working with Asian hair types. My hair looks amazing and healthy!

Rose from Ulta was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products we discussed. I felt very comfortable with her.

Service can be great or completely non-existent just depends on how I’m dressed. In professional work attire I get great service. Wearing jeans with a baseball cap or after a workout I get no service. My biggest complaint though is about the deceptive adverting. Every time I’ve tried to take part in a promotion I’m told I can’t or that they’re out of the free gift even if the circular is only two days old. I don’t necessarily fault this particular store but the Ulta brand and its management. Were it not for a family member who thinks Ulta is the GOAT I wouldn’t step foot in another store.

This store is over flowing with every kind of makeup you could want. Most of it VERY expensive. its clean and well stocked but over whelmingly filled with perfume. Too much perfume. I could barely breath.

Im your typical girl probably wearing a slightly unmatched shade of foundation feeling awkward at the store just trying to look put together. All I wanted was a cute nail polish for Halloween but they had 2 whole rows and I panicked. The girls who work here are incredible. Theyre so sweet and knowledgeable. The girl helping me had personally purchased almost all the colors and spent almost ten minutes explaining each brand and color to me. And went on to tell me about their return policy if I didnt love one and then showed me a bunch of other facial products. Ill be back for sure. Thanks for letting me feel competent

The sales reps that helped with an eye brow and an eyeliner were outstanding in their service and knowledge of the products. I was so happy and excited of my purchase. Cant wait for my next purchase

One of the better Ulta stores Ive been to. Very clean, well stocked and inviting. Had salon service by Kaylee and very happy with the care and attention. This location carries the full line of Lancome by the way which not all stores do.

People on the floor are poorly trained and really not interested in helping anyone.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful when I need help finding a product.

We went in to purchase an item we bought from them in the past. After finding the item on the shelf for sale, at check out they could not sell it to us because it was their birthday gift for the month. Customer care is lacking when your time is wasted due to their mistakes.

I love Ulta, the employess are ALWAYS very helpful and honest about their products.

My daughter just had a bad customer service experience. Signage showed items as 2 for $24. Clerk rang one of them up at full price, and said it wasnt ringing up that way .We had her tired 2 year old with us, so didnt want to run back and forth, after my granddaughter had run back once already. Another clerk offered to go back, then just told front clerk that it was not in correct price range for the posted sale. No one offered to run back and see if there was a smaller size of that item that would work...sure would have been nice for them to present items that would work. We wont be back. There were 3 clerks standing around. We got the feeling no one cared to meet her needs .

Worst customer service ever! I went in today and as I’m shopping I finished my coffee and looked for a trashcan to throw it away. I asked the clerk and she looked at me and said Im not on the clock! I didnt realize that you can be standing around gossiping to two other women but cant point me in the direction of a trashcan. On top of that I looked for a benefit product for 10 minutes but couldnt find one single person to help me and I wasnt about to ask the not in the clock woman. Ill stick to Sephora.
