Just have had my hearing aids for 2 days but I am pleased with how they are doing.Staff is most helpful and friendly and put you right at ease.I got the rechargeable unit and am happy with it. Instead of a pocket full of batteries.So far I am very pleased with the office staff and the units themselves.Easy fit on the ears and into the ear. - forget I have them in - they are so comfortable.Beverley
We are very happy with the assistance and products provided by Brandon Croft, HIS and his team. This is especially helpful to me, since I live 4 hours away.While my mother was hesitant at first, she did agree to attend an initial appointment with Brandon which then lead to a purchase. I think several things contributed to that including a money back guarantee trial period (of 90 days?) Brandons patience and compassion, and as mom says Hes not hard to look at.It was a little rough at first since my mothers ears were full of wax and we had to go to the doctor 3 times to get them fully cleaned out so Brandon could conduct an accurate hearing test. He and his staff were extremely sensitive and assistive as this involved a few additional appointments.One of the most amazing things Brandon educated us on is how far hearing aids have advanced; from becoming incredibly small and almost invisible, to the functionality of adding Bluetooth to connect your phone for example.My mother struggles with short term memory and she was not the most was compliant with the instructions. One example is that she showed up for a follow up appointment when her hearing aids were not charged up so Brandon couldnt do any testing. Again, he was very kind and explained the importance of properly charging the hearing aids every night, and helped us reschedule the appointment.Since I am in town this week to help my mother with cataract surgery I decided to ask about scheduling a 6 month follow up and cleaning. To my surprise they were able to see us 2 days later in their new location. The new office is very nice and easy to navigate and appears to be ADA compliant to accommodate chairs and other ambulatory devices. Its also just about 1/2 mile from the assistive living community that my mother lives in.I did some research on hearing loss and other age-related conditions and the bodys natural decline. And while they are sensitive issues, I also learned that not addressing them can lead to isolation and withdrawal. I have noticed a huge difference in my mothers f interactions with me and with her friends. It may sound silly, but having to repeat yourself several times becomes annoying after awhile, and its easy to begin decreasing your interactions with a person because of it.Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy review, AND for improving the quality of life for yourself, a family member, or a friend. Uhhh...dont really really like this brand just because they dont hav very many digital options, you can turn them up & down, answer phone & talk thru but, cant mess with treble, bass, etc etc...they work ok tho..mayb No hearing aid will turn me into a 20 yr old young man!!!Lol
Very clean quiet. But in hindsight too dark and sterile! More client friendly!Was tested yesterday will receive hearing aids about 3 weeks.Now after I’m having afterthoughts of questions I should of asked.More specific about my hearing loss.More detail of what I was receiving.I signed I assume invoice or work order.Was not offered a copy!!!!The audiologists was very knowledgeable, kind and patient!!I’m not a complainer just offering some constructive criticism!
Time for a cleaning and batteries. Readjusted some settings for better hearing. Super people and very professional
