They are pleasant enough. Be sure to select your slab carefully and approve the template on the slab immediately prior to cutting. Discuss carefully any joins and whether the pattern will align or not if they are sending separate pieces for a single installation. Ask if the slab is long enough for your countertop if it is a large installation. Get everything in writing as you would do with any other project as stone once installed is difficult to remove. It isn’t as easy as repainting in a new color. Good luck to you and hope you have a good installation!
