Fine Floorz came to the rescue!!! We had a contract with another flooring company to replace the hardwood floors in my entire house, and that company unfortunately cancelled installation the day before installation day TWICE stating they had oversold the product we chose both times.We had moved all our furniture and belongings into storage PODS and living out of a hotel before the 1st installation date, so we were motivated to find a reputable flooring company that can install fast! I stumbled on Fine Floorz in Walnut Creek as I had seen their sign a couple times making my way back to the hotel. I decided to stop in and was promptly greeted by Deanna C. I explained my situation to her and that we needed to install floors fast! All other companies around the area was quoting 3-4 weeks out or after Thanksgiving! Deanna steered me to floors that she was sure would be in stock as she understood that getting the material was half the battle in our world of short supply and high demand COVID-19 reality. She let me bring home samples that same day, and may I say, their samples were big to where we could put them up against our new kitchen cabinets and actually envision how the new floors would look like. Their samples were about 2ft by 3ft while the other company we had signed with had samples that were 4inches x 4inches.Not only did I get to bring home samples that day, but she managed to get Mitchell out the same day to measure our entire house! This was on a Wednesday. The next day, Thursday, my wife and I visited Deanna to work out the details and choose the floors we wanted. Fine Floorz worked within our budget and we came to a mutual agreement on the right price for the product we decided to go with. We signed the contract, and the very next day, Friday, the floors were delivered!!!!! In just two days of working with Deanna, we were further along then we were in 2 months with the other flooring company!!! On Monday, the work began in prepping our floors. One room was actually completed on Monday. The next day, Tuesday, there were a total of 3 installation members and they knocked out the entire house and installed all the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms. We are very happy with our installation and the floors look fantastic!! I cant thank Deanna, Mitchell and the fine crew at Fine Floorz enough for a quality install and product!!!! We are now back home and no longer living out of a hotel. If you need quality floors with quality installation and World Class customer service, you MUST visit Fine Floorz....One last thing to add, this is a family owned business and we felt like they treated us like family. That in itself should speak volumes all on its own.

With an old house, you have to expect surprises. Fine Floorz did a great job on a new wood and tile floor installation. We ran into a few bumps but they were responsive and quick to resolve. I love my new floors!

I was very happy with my experience at Fine Floorz. Diana was very responsive with my request for a quote and gave us a ton of great options to choose from that were within our budget. She was proactive with the supplier to procure our materials knowing that we had a tight timeline and that materials were running low with long lead times.When it came time to start the work, Fine Floorz set us up with their A-team for labor in Alex Duran. He had a keen eye for detail and was able to suggest creative solutions for all of the tricky transitions that we had throughout the home. Despite it being only him and one other laborer, he was able to complete everything ahead of schedule. Everything turned out perfectly, as if the original builder of our home had put it in themselves.During the whole process, Diana and Alex were both super responsive and proactive in letting me know what was going on so I was never in the dark. I plan to use them again in the future!

I went to around 10 different flooring stores and wish I just went to Fine Floorz from the beginning. Their selection and quality of flooring is superb. I was going to try and do the installation myself but felt like I got a great deal on the material and installation so I just had them do it and it vane out perfect! Im really happy with the results. Ill definitely continue to work with them and highly recommend them to all. My only regret is it was recommended that I replace baseboards and not just have them reinstalled. I opted to save a few dollars and not replace them and like they warned me, they just didnt look right so I ended up doing them later.

Fine Floorz did an amazing job on our home flooring. My husband and I could not be happier with their level of service and skill. About 2 weeks after our floors were installed we had a minor issue with one of the wood planks. I called and they quickly came back to replace the plank. Over all we are super happy with them and now they are going to carpet our bedrooms!

I’m a very particular person which at times is exhausting for me, because I went to a million stores throughout the Bay Area trying to find a waterproof vinyl floor that actually looked like real wood. At most stores they often looked fake, or if I found something that looked real I couldnt find it in the right color. Then I walked into Fine Floorz and saw so many vinyl floors that were wonderful that I had a hard time deciding as to which one. On a side note they sell ALL types of flooring.Mitchell and the whole gang ( this is a family run business) are wonderful people! They are so nice, professional, and they did beautiful work, even my general contractor who works with many different flooring companies commented on their meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend stopping in!

My new hardwood floor is beautiful! Diana at Fine Floorz is very easy to work with and kept me informed. Fine Floorz did an amazing job! Everyone there is really nice and helpful. Our wood floors look so good! Our house looks like a brand new place. I would recommend them if you are calling flooring companies because the overall process was easy and the pricing was about the same as everyone else we called. They had a lot to choose from which made it pretty easy since we were on a budget. We ended up getting the laminate flooring because it looks so real and is way less expensive than the real hardwood floors. The house looks great and they even came back to fix a deep scratch we made after they left. Overall it was a great experience.

Amazing experience. This was my wife and my first time buying floors and the options are intimidating. One of our good friends who works in the industry told us about Fine Floorz. Diana was amazing and helped us through the whole process. We got to bring home several sample, hold on to them for a couple days, and check them in all our rooms during different times of day. Diana and her team were extremely consultative and turned us into floor experts. We love our new engineered hardwood and bathroom tile and can’t recommend Fine Floorz enough!

They were one of the first companies to respond to my quote requests, but went the extra mile in showing up on Saturday morning to come survey the house, draft plans, measure, and expedite the quote procurement process. Quick help in house picking out material and the installation was rapid. They installed it the day after it arrived at the shop and it took about 2 days total for 850 sq ft. Disposed of all the old flooring, installed baseboards, and respected the property. I would use them again.

For the longest time my Mother who was diagnosed with cancer, needed all of her apartments carpet replaced, which was very old and had stains on it from all of her children and grandchildren living there. There was mold under the carpet which is bad for anyones health and my older brother even had a dog living there at a time that really made the carpet messy and smelly. So we asked FineFloorz to get the job done and they did an awesome job. They replaced the carpet in the main bedroom as well as all the kids rooms. There was carpet on the stairs that was replaced efficiently as well as the upstairs living room area. What a difference it made and also put a smile on my moms face as she felt more comfortable living in a more suitable and better condition. The moldy and stained carpet was ripped and thrown out from every square inch of the apartment and now the place looks marvelous. The Fine Floorz squad completed this task with efficiency and haste, I couldnt be any more happier with the results.
