Great place to shop for vintage and gently used clothing excellent staff friendly environment

Took in my items and then there never was an accounting of what happened to them. All they could tell me is that my account was 0 balance. Pretty lame way to make money if you ask me. They claimed they didnt want a couple of new pairs of shoes because they were out of season, of course I saw what they had on the shelves and maybe they didnt want to outshine what they had already taken in.

BEWARE: Do not sell/shop here! Its a scam. They take your clothes and dont pay you out. I have called and visited the store 3 times with different answers every time on what my balance is and why they cant pay me. I brought in thousands of dollars of high-end clothing with nothing in return. SUCH A SCAM!

DO NOT CONSIGN HERE.You will not be paid. We are owed over $400 and have waited for many months. Read the other reviews - we are not the only ones.If you are looking to buy clothes, go somewhere else that runs a more ethical business where the people who supply the clothes actually get paid.

I brought my items in to resale in September. I called in October and was told all my items sold except for one item. I requested a check and was told it took 6 weeks. Ok, that seemed like a long time but ok. I called in December and was told I would get a call back by owner/manager. I never heard from them. Called today 1/3 and was told I would get a check cut the first week in February. I was also told it takes 10 weeks to get a check once one is requested. What is it 6 or 10 weeks? I think 6 or 10 weeks to get a check is insane. They have sold my items they have their money. Where is mine? They have had my money (119.00) since October. I demanded a check and that I would come in and pick it up. I was told the owner/manager was not in today and she would talk to her tomorrow. Unexpectable, horrible customer service. If they cannot afford to pay me 119.00 my fear is they are going out of business. Would definitely not recommend anyone to bring their belongings in to resale.

I’ve been shopping here for quite some time. I was about to make a purchase when the lady said the item was miss marked....would you believe she proceeded to mark the price tag $20 more right in front of me! I was so surprised, and said you aren’t going to honor the price?!! She said oh no! I just left what I was going to buy on the counter. I will never step foot in there again! Neither will my mother, whom would shop there many times. What an appalling way to treat customers! They lost hundreds of dollars over $20!

DO NOT CONSIGN with this company. They have been promising me a check since June 2018 and this is now April 2019. What a scam!! Next they will probably go out of business without paying any consignors.
