Friendly staff,its a very clean place and have nice glasses....

Found this place on Google. The staff was especially nice! Veronica was extremely helpful without being pushy like other opticians Ive been to. She offered help but let me explore on my own and take as long as I needed to. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, something that isnt usually the case at these kind of frame shops. The service was quick and the pricing was competitive as well!

I went in and paid around $500 for an eye exam, glasses and insurance for the glasses I also got some extra stuff for when I’m taking pictures with flash and blah blah blah . Well my bad experience was with the doctor . She was very quick to charge me everything upfront without doing her job first. She did an exam but I paid for a thorough exam which means my eyes had to be dilated and I didn’t want to drive home like that. So I told the dr and her response was I can’t give you a refund . I wasn’t asking for a refund I just wanted to come back another day with someone being able to drive me back home. So she said okay just to give her a call back when I was ready. I called back in less then a week & Well it was very hard to get hold of her with her very busy schedule and when someone was finally able to give me a call back they said that the dr would no longer be able to do the exam because I waited to long to call her back . I had my receipt and explained that I kept trying to get a response within that month but they basically said it didn’t matter and that she has to many patients and that it would be to much to back track and look for my receipt as If i would make a fake receipt . Anyways just be carful with the dr at this places because they will take your money regardless of completing the job you pay for

Came in to get my glasses repaired and they cracked the lens. When I pointed it out to them, they really tried to say that I brought them in like that!

Very bad service wasnt happy with what I got and very expensive. Not coming here again.
