Horrible service called for a price quote, Steve ansewed phoneHe told me to fix my water pump 2002 PT Cruiser would cost me a lot of money So I asked Whats a lot of money? He told me his labor rate was in the ball park of $200.00per hour. (Dealerships only charge 97.00 Per flag time fyi) and I said are you sure he said Yes?? But he couldnt quote me a correct quote due to his computer not being ON? Im very unsure about this place? I called the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair to seek action against this shop. Is this how we treat women and new customers? I dont think so! LADIES BEWARE!!!!!!
