Bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz ML350...great price, great service!

Initially (4 months ago) I reviewed this dealership very positively. However, after four months owning my Volkswagen Jetta, I must revise it. VERY DISAPPOINTED with my vehicle. Annoying rattles and vibrations coming from the dash area ruin the driving experience. Frustrating to say the least... I regret purchasing this car and feel it is very likely the dealership was aware of this problem and neglected to disclose it. Unethical is how I would describe these people... anything for a sale is obviously how they run their business. Oh, and by the way... I just received a notice in the mail last week that indicates there is an open recall on my vehicle. And the recall dates back to BEFORE THE CAR WAS SOLD TO ME! And this fact was not disclosed to me when I bought it. Im pretty sure thats against the law, and Ill be looking into it.

BUYER BEWARE - owner is rude and inconsiderate. Will not honor their service/repair work, their cars or promises. When asked for help his answer was “not my problem” and walked away. With many dealerships around I would recommend going somewhere else so you don’t have to have the experience I did.

My experience at this dealership is the best. Adam does everything he said that he would do and is by my side step by step in process to get my car.

On my recent visit 6/6/15 for an oil change, have the brakes checked & aim the headlights beam, they put the wrong mileage on the invoice & since all my service history is reported to Carfax the wrong mileage is showing. I contacted Dave but its been a week & still not fixed. My first visit here I wanted them to fix a rattle noise on the exhaust but I had to return a week later because they didnt fix it. Theres always an issue with these people but I wont be coming back here again.

S and E Auto did not deliver what they promised...they never told me about a $100 deductible to fix my car after it broke down and only driving it for 6 days!!!! They lied about the features on the car and in....2 of my vent visors got ripped off while they had my car!!!! This place sucks!!!! Dont ever buy a car for them ever!!!!!
