I was just at this Walmart a couple minutes ago. I asked to look for a pair of glasses with the intent of buying but the lady who works closing shift today on Tuesday was BEYOND rude. I’ve never dealt with anyone this stubborn and rude to customers. Terrible customer service and will NEVER come here again. If there was a way to put zero stars or negative stars I totally would.

I really wish I could give them a zero. They were very unprofessional. I went to see why they kept telling Walmart contacts why I was not a client of theirs. When I went to see them a few years back. The lady said its not that they havent seen me its because I have not been there in a few years ( in a snoby rude tone) and that theyre not going to write me another script for contacts. when I asked to speak to the eye doctor about it get his information to contact him she says that he tells us to use our better judgment and 2 shoe customers away as they see fit... to me that is ridiculous if you are a client you shouldnt just have been shoed away. I will never be going to this Walmart eye care again.

DO NOT COME HERE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCECheryl one of the practice assistants is awful at her job. She was incredibly rude to the patients and made it clear she didn’t value anyone else’s time.I had to ask multiple times for her to contact the doctor for me, which in my opinion is the bare minimum. Do not give them your service, go anywhere but here.

Extraordinary selection, excellent service, and amazing prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A pleasant surprise for a big box retailer.

The doctor showed up 30 minutes late. I had 3 young kids with me and he charged me an arm and a leg. We will not be going back.

I called for an eye exam, was told $109. Once I talked to Ann she told me out was $159. Obviously confused I asked why it was 50 more. I was told I may or may not get a contact prescription as well. I didnt ask for Contacts. And Im not paying extra for a maybe
