I was impressed with this place. They did an awesome job. Derek called ahead to let me know he was free and I went early which suited both of us. I had my windshield replaced and was out in an hour! I met many happy customers. Derek helped even with calling insurance to sort out payments. Derek makes a great place even greater!

First I got a cracked windshield after a rock hit my windshield. I brought it to these guys and they put a filling in to repair the crack. Three days later, it then expanded. After getting it replaced, my active driving display was not calibrated. It appeared blurry, making driving extremely dangerous and unsafe, thus I had to turn it off. I was told I can come in at any time with no appointment needed, and their doors were locked. I asked someone nearby where they went, they had no idea. Two other folks appeared and were trying to get their windshields repaired. They were as confused as I was. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you are trying to get a quality repair done.

Left a pile of glass in my driveway before I noticed that my door would not open properly, they had dented my quarter panel installing a windshield. Impossible to get customer support on the phone. Drove to their shop to show them the damage and have heard nothing in the past week

Quick, friendly service- I changed my appointment, and I made an error in my request, and they accommodated me with a smile. Hope I wont need another window replaced, but Ill definitely call on them again if I do.

We needed Safelite AutoGlass after getting major cracks on our windshield on 93S and they got us in right away, billed our insurance, and finished the job in under one hour! Weve used them in the past at 930 Main St in Waltham and are so glad theyre there for us!Thanks, Safelite!

Excellent professional timely Five Stars!

I had a lot of trouble with replacement windshields with my Jeep. After going through 4 new windshields Andres at the Waltham location finally got it right! Andres was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable and was able to get me better glass and a new cowl to ensure a good fit and resolve highway noise. He even dropped my car back off at my work for me. Great customer service, love Andres, highly recommend!

Second time going here and Ive had nothing but awesome experiences. Was called because appointment I scheduled was already booked and person on the phone helped me to find a time and day that worked. Arrived 10 minutes early and they took me before I even walked in the door. Windshield repair was done in exactly an hour and I got a text and a call confirming. When I walked in, I took my keys and receipt and that was it. Absolutely seamless and a joy to work with them.

Great people. I had a shattered window from a rock and insurance recommend them. They were easy to contact and set up an appointment fast. I went to them instead of them coming to me because I live around the corner. They said it would take about an hour but took 20 min so thats great!!!

They replaced my windshield. They took my car as soon as I pulled in, in a half hour it was done. Fast friendly service.Easiest thing I have ever done.

Terrible customer service never come here again

My passenger side window was shattered when a landscapers weedwacker kicked up a rock and sent it through the window. Bad luck, but things happen.The experience of booking an appointment online and having someone come to me could not have been easier. Also, a customer service rep called me and conferenced me into my insurance company to get the insurance side of things squared away.......that was a great interaction! The install/ service associate called me and let me know he was on his way. Up until this point, JN Phillips had earned a perfect score with me!! Unfortunately, this is the point that my experience became underwhelming. The technician came across as aloof and bothered by the fact that he had to do the job. In his defense, it was a hot day. Regardless, I have learned to tolerate poor customer service for the sake of quality work; and given my experience thus far, I still would have given JN Phillips in Waltham a perfect score. However, I realized after the technician left that the door rattled when I shut it and when I hit bumps while driving. So, I called the Waltham office and spoke to a really nice associate who told me (in a much nicer way) that Im S.O.L. She encouraged me to find a detailer to get the glass out because JN Phillips cant guarantee that they get it all out. Perhaps my expectation were too high, but I have to believe that more could have been done here. If a detailer can get it out, then why wouldnt a glass company have a means to do the same. This was a missed opportunity to make it right fir the customer. And so, in regards to my satisfaction, I generously gave this interaction 2 stars out of 5. I guess Ill try Giant Glass if/ when the need arises again.
