This is a company that doesnt care about their employees. If you dont have a life, family, hobbies, or anything better in your life this will do. Youre expected to just drop everything and work the hours they mandated you to work each week with little to no notice.If you are good worker you will be stuck in that position. Trying to bid on other jobs is pointless. They will pass you over and hire people off the street with no experience.The benefits are nonexistent. The upside is mediocre pay and lots of overtime because they cant keep employees.

Cant give a good review because theres nothing nice to say about the place.. They dont give you your raises when youre supposed to get them and the quality supervisor is a complete joke.. Too much favoritism and if they can find a reason to fire you... They will!!! I actually give ZERO STARS!!!

I worked here and I lasted 3 days very hot I was scared for my life the machine were never maintenanced very well and would always move had to climb into machines at times leaky fluids out of machines on my head

I hate it when good people and my buddies leave BC general aluminum change and they should have more benefits and try to keep people thats my opinion on it
