I’ve always liked the Cumberland Farms stores. This one is a very wonderful store. The staff is wonderful. My son recently broke down while he was getting gas there and me being in North Carolina I couldn’t rush up there to help him. I was concerned when three hours later he still hadn’t called to tell me he was home and he wasn’t answering his phone which I was afraid the battery died. so I called the store just to ask the woman if there was still someone stuck in the parking lot she went outside and spoke with him to reassure me that the tow truck was on the way. This was very thoughtful of her, not a lot of people would do that. I will always stop and patronize this Cumberland Farms when I find myself in Ware MA.
I have never been to any Cumberland Farms store that wasnt clean. The staff are always polite. The sandwiches and pizza are fresh ... I like them, but its individual opinion. I wish all their stores would have their carrot cake. I like their coffee, and their icecream is excellent, and less expensive than the name brands. Their bread is good.Convenience store prices are always high, so dont expect anything different.I dont like their gas price policy, but I dont like anyone elses either.
Its a gas station with diesel fuel and snacks and drinks
This location is a large store with many items including beverages, snacks, fresh coffee, lottery, cigarettes, magazines/newspapers, gasoline (including diesel). They also have gift cards available & a DIY milkshake machine as well as hot prepared foods such as pizza, empanadas, & much more. They do accept credit cards & EBT snap/cash benefits. They have a public restroom also including a baby changing station in both the mens & womens restroom. Prior to COVID-19, they also had tables/chairs outside for customers. Most employees here are very outgoing & friendly. I have only had a few negative experiences here. This store is almost always very busy, no matter when you come. It is open 24/7 as well. My reason for not giving 5 stars is due in part to one individual who works here that is almost always rude to customers. She made my son an order of mac & cheese bites awhile back that were ice cold in the center & when his Dad brought them back in to complain to her (the woman who made them) she argued the fact that they were cold inside, claiming she put them in twice as long as they should have been cooked, which wouldnt even make sense had she done such a thing. Regardless, no apology & hastily made a new order with plenty of attitude, as if it wasnt her responsibility @ all to see to it that customers satisfaction is part of her job. They also constantly have issues with their cappuccino machine. Im not blaming the employees, but seeing as this happens so often, they really should look into it more or inform management! The restrooms could also afford to be cleaned more often. Another thing I should mention is they are often out of sugar in their automatic sugar machines which is problematic for customers who like lots of sugar in their coffee/tea. Its much faster to simply push a button rather than open several individual packets of sugar. They often run out of napkins too. I try to give them a break because I know how busy the store gets, however it only takes about a minute or two to be sure these items are being restocked.
The way they treat their customers is like a paycheck. They could care less about customer satisfaction. They do not provide a service then are going to charge you double for less. I am going to have to reconsider where I spend my $70 a week. I think its time to start supporting the smaller gas stations.
I love Cumberland good coffee good price good snack especially when you got kids..clean safe generous friendly staff..good services...💯💯🌎💛
Best fuel prices in town, and quick service.
