Ryan in the Wareham store was amazing and very honest which is important to me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I feel great knowing I got the new iPhone 13pro. I highly recommend going to Ryan if you want honesty and you want someone who will run through your entire Bill with you and know exactly what you are paying for.

Had a wonderful experience, had to switch carriers, the staff was friendly and very helpful, made the switch simple and very quick. I would give them a 0 if I could. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I went in to upgrade my phones a few months ago. It has been a nightmare ever since. I just hung up with them for at least the 5th time. When I went in the gentleman I dealt with (Jason maybe)gave me all of these great reasons to upgrade to a package that included HBO Max. He estimated my new bill would be around $180. The first bill was $340. When I went back to store to ask he told me he had “never seen one that high”. He referred me to customer service I was told this was because the bill was pro-rated which makes no sense. I had to write to the presidents office to get help. Since then every bill has been over $225. I finally was able to sort it out this morning after spending hours of my time. They can’t even explain their own billing. I will be looking for a new carrier
I witnessed Michelle working with a woman who wandered in. This client was clearly challenged mentally, but Michelle handled the situation professionally and kindly. This was why I came in, and why I’ll come back to do my phone shopping—relationship rather than transactional selling

I’m leaving this review for Joe, I’ve been shopping at this location for years and it has been a pleasure everytime. I was interested in a new phone and Joe was able to save me money and get me on FirstNet and explained the benefits and it sounded too good to be true. He was able to transfer all my photos and videos and content from my old phone which I was nervous about. He made the whole interaction painless and exciting. Thanks Joe!! Was in the store on 4/25/2021 to upgrade my phone from an android to an iPhone and Jane the customer service representative was absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable and friendly and she left no stone unturned.
FRAUD - I’ve shopped here twice now and both times had charges on my bill I explicitly said no to. Because most people sign up for auto billing, sales people tack on ATT Next and insurance and put you on a plan that’s more expensive. This was an extra $20 PER PHONE. These things benefit the employee that has to keep up with metrics for bonuses. I was charged insurance for over a year on a free phone and I only found out about it when I got an enormous bill after adding two more phones. When I called to fix everything I was explicitly told by customer service that they constantly have to remove these charges from new plans due to the salespeople. BUY ONLINE. Reporting this place to the AGs office. ATT should be required to give you a print out of the plan and all charges you’re signing on to. It is a contract where one side walks away with the terms and the other only finds out when they get an insane bill. The salesperson doesn’t care because they already got away with it. Check your bill if you’ve shopped here.
I’ll start by saying I’m a fairly tech savvy person, but was a bit daunted by how many things I was trying to accomplish in one visit to the AT&T store.. Carlos was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door in helping me upgrade from an old archaic plan that I was paying too much for and not getting the perks of a modern unlimited one, by also uncovering a couple hidden charges that were on my old bill that I wasn’t aware of, in addition to actually getting a new phone which is why I was here in the first place! He made the transition super seamless, explained everything very clearly and simply. While I was here I also decided to add an iPad that I already had but had never activated cellular service on, and he also helped facilitate getting my girlfriend who is out of state and currently with another carrier brought over to my plan as well, including the logistics for getting her a new phone as well, and making it super simple!All around, I was expecting a fairly complicated transition with everything before walking in, but was pleasantly surprised that it was made extraordinarily simple and transparent getting all of the moving pieces sorted out. Much thanks! Can’t recommend working with Carlos and this store highly enough!

Really poor service, first time I have ever walked out of a store, went in wanting a certain phone and to pay it off in the same day. Jacob kept trying to sell me the newest phone out there, I kept insisting I wanted a different phone. He still wouldnt listen and kept insisting on the newer one. After about 10 minutes of him trying to push me to get the newest phone I said yet again I wanted the other phone I came in for and wanted to pay it off, he then said you cant pay it all off today, youve never been able to do that. So I went to the Dartmouth store and got way better service and got the phone I wanted no hassle and PAYED it off, also was in and out in only 15 min, fast, kind, inviting, and hassle free. (First time actually writing a review because of poor service)

Listened to Jake help customer before me and was very impressed by his patience with her, so I hoped that we would get him for our sales person and we did. Jake was very patient and informative walking us through our sale and set up. Bought a phone online and it was nothing but trouble. I went into the store and dealt with Joseph Bonelli and he was all over it. It was a amazing experience to go to a wireless provider and everyone in the building isn’t mad about service or customer service. I’m a 20 year sprint customer and so glad to have made the switch!

I cannot sing praises about the staff of this business enough. I’m the type of person who staff ignore when I enter a building as I’m just really quiet.Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by every staffer in the building, and asked what brought me in. I was then guided to a staff member named Carlos.This man was nothing short of brilliant, patient, and kind. He was easy to talk to, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for breaking my screen protector. He genuinely showed concern when he heard I hadn’t registered my prior purchase, and without the airs of arrogance, patiently walked me through the process of ensuring I had all the information required. He even educated me on a few new tricks regarding my phone that I hadn’t a clue about.I struggle with speaking to people I don’t know very well, but Carlos made carrying a conversation so effortless, and warm. Instead of simply attempting to sell me something, he was more concerned with knowing me in the few minutes I was in the store.He made what usually is a nervous situation for me, (of having to gather my nerves and walk in a store and squawk the same sentence I’ve spent 5 minutes practicing so I don’t trip over my words in nervousness), easy.Thank you Carlos for your friendly air, your kind smile, your enthusiasm for conversation, and your patience.

Was greeted immediately upon entering store by Christian. He asked reason for visit. Brought up account information and in less than 10 minutes we had phone, screen protector and case picked out. He synced and set up phone fir me. When I left there was nothing for me to do other than use my iPhone 11. He was professional, polite and courteous. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. I’m on vacation so I wouldn’t normally use this store, but I’d make the drive just for the service.Thank you Christian for all the help and knowledge and getting be back to my vacation.

We had the pleasure of dealing with what I can assume was some sort of manager there. Employees were running up to him and peppering him with questions left and right, but he kept his eyes on the prize. We came in with two phones to swap SIM cards and protect them as best as we could with cases and glass and the like. He handled it all, and when it came time to ring us up, he hooked us up with discounts and the like. We did come in with two phones and they didnt have a second screen protector. Thank you so much. We walked out of there feeling frickin fantastic.For a quick short story on my experience with second screen protector, please go ahead and read my review on the Verizon located just next door. To call the experience I had with Verizon vs ATT night and day kinda misses the mark. Its more of like the difference between staring at a 67000 lumen stadium lamp from a yard away, and the blindness youll forever endure for having done so.Thanks again guys

While visiting family in the area we went to cape cod beach. A big wave hit me while my phone was in my hand. I thought I had insurance and it turns out I didn’t. I had to bite the bullet and pay off my old phone and upgrade. Enough about my mishap. Christian the store manager did a great job by exploring all options that would be best for me. He got on a personal level and didn’t treat me like I was just customer. Polite and professional. I would recommend this store for any one to take care of their att needs.

I decided to come into the store to buy a phone case and work on looking at my phone plan and he was incredibly helpful and informative.
