We had a new 3 ton gas pack installed to replace our old 2.5 ton gas pack due to failure with this company. Im going to list the issues we had with them along the way1. We were told we would have to pay a buy-in fee that would be added to our loan in order to finance the purchase or the Unit through We Care.2. Condensate drain line was initially installed below ground level not allowing it to properly discharge and inevitably backing up the drainage system. This problem was resolved after numerous phone calls and 2 visits with an R-trap and extending the pipe being the resolution.3. Return system being insufficient for the upgraded unit. This was a concern that we brought up prior to purchasing the unit due to the fact that 2 other companies had already suggested that the return system was too small for the current 2.5 ton unit. This issue was also resolved by increasing the return vent to 16x40 and the return duct to a 16 flex duct. The 16x40 size is extremely tall and we were not happy about this but it was the option we were given that they would do. If we had someone else do it we were told it would void our warranty with them so I asked for the warranty document that I would be voiding and there is not one. So I dare ask how can you void a warranty that is not written with stipulations and guidelines to follow?4. Permit was not pulled until after the unit was installed because I called Perry code enforcement to have them inspect the gas line to make sure that it was brought up to code as was stated in our invoice. The City of Perry informed me that they could not do an inspection without the permit being pulled. So I had to get We Care to pull the permit after the unit was installed. We Care acted as though it was not their job to do work up to code (citing the pre-existing gas line).5. Gas line was not brought up to code like it stated on the invoice because it failed the inspection from Perry Code Enforcement. This issue was resolved and did pass the inspection later, however when the technician was installing the new gas line his method of inspection was extremely dangerous. He checked the gas line for leaks with the gas on with his lighter.Our experience was terrible and I was under the impression that this was a great company based on all the stuff they do within the community and their reviews(at least 1 recent review is from a current employee). Also, the owners never once were available for us to speak with and did not respond until my wife left a negative review on their FB, by the time they responded, the work was already done.

Had our system fully replaced today by We Care, the guys who came out we’re quick, efficient and respectful of our home. They even worked in the pouring rain to get the job done! Our new 2.5 ton Trane unit is working like a dream and I am glad we chose to hire them. Was able to finance the entire purchase with Wells Fargo with 18 months 0% interest as well! Awesome experience from start to finish!

My technician Brian was great. He called to let me know he was coming and arrived soon after. I appreciated the booties he put on to enter the home. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and even when he thought he had it,he realized something more was going on. He continued until it worked properly before leaving. We Care called to make sure all was OK with the work and so far so good. GREAT customer service.

This company is Great. I needed a new unit in my mothers house. I reached out to an old friend I knew worked for the company who assured me i was in good hands.william came out for an estimate. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He put me on the list for the next week. Thursday am the workers came out ready to work. My appointment was 8-3 ..they showed up a little after 7am and was done way before lunch. I am very happy and I appreciate the fast friendly customer service. I will definitely recommend.

Our AC went out on Friday evening and we had to wait til Monday and we called we care they came that day and told us that basically we needed a new unit due to what needed to be repaired. And we were told that it was going to be 2wks before they could get to us and because we had a newborn baby and they wanted to make sure she was safe and comfortable they were able to squeeze us in the same day! Shout out to the crew who helped us we know you guys were tired and ready to go home but thanks to y’all we slept comfortably that night. We are so appreciative of everything! Would10/10 highly recommend.

During a crazy time of trying to sell my house and panicking when the air went out, We Care made my life so much easier. They came out so quickly to solve my problems. Everyone in the office, to the men handling the job were so kind and helpful. I was even able to talk to Matt and he was amazing! My AC was back up and running in no time at such an affordable price. Alexander came out to help resolve a ceiling leaking issue due to the AC not draining properly. He discovered a clog in the pipe coming out of the unit, possibly have been undetected for years, no wonder the drain pan kept filling up too much every hot summer. Thank you for your responses to my questions and helped me learn more about what to do to prevent the clog from happening again. Recommend We Care for AC services, hands down!

David responded to my service call. His dominance in thermodynamics was fundamental to allow the heat pump work at its best point of efficiency. This is remarkable! My heat pump has never performed this well before! This helps a lot due to family medical reasons. He was very assertive and very quick identifying the root cause of the issues. Our older units were going out and I called We Care for an estimate. Josh Nelson promptly came out, and gave us an appraisal of which we accepted... and a great price at that! Josh came out on installation day and brought Steven and his amazing crew. They installed double units, inside and out, new duct work, rebuild the inside cabinets, installed new thermostats, and got everything up and going, problem-free, in one day with no issues!!!! The whole crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. All the way around this was an amazing experience with amazing people, thank you We Care and thank you Josh, Steven, and the rest of the crew. A+!!!

Jordan Stanley was the individual sent to our house to service our air conditioning unit. He was professional yet personable and friendly as well as efficient. He came in, diagnosed the issue at hand, explained everything to me (I can be somewhat inquisitive) and had our unit up and running in an expedient manner. I called them because my secondary drain pan was leaking and needed replaced. The tech came out and before he even looked at the drain pan, he starts pushing an over priced in-duct air purification system. I called around and everybody was cheaper. He then looks at the plan and says yes it needs replaced and would give me a quote the next day. Since my unit is fairly old, he suggested getting a quote for a new system. I said sure, and I would compare the quote for the pan and the new system to see which way I wanted to go. When the other guy came out, he tries pushing a duct sealing treatment at 2600.00 since my ducts are over 5 years old. You have to prove to me that my ducts are leaking before I just give you 2600.00. Well, its been over three weeks and I never received the quote for the pan replacement that I paid the 49.00 service fee for. I ended calling Pruett Air and they gave me a quote that day and had it replaced in a couple of days.

(-1 star)The technicians weren’t able to accurately identify the cause of the problem(ac not blowing cold air). (-1 star)They first tried fixing the issue by cleaning out my drain pipe. I was charged for that, but it didn’t fix the issue. (-1 star)They wanted me to spend a lot more money the next morning just to look for a possible freon leak, with additional cost to repair if that ended up being the case. I’m not arguing the price, I’m just not comfortable paying for what seemed like a shot-in-the-dark guess. (-1 star)The technician was suggesting I should buy a new or additional unit from them (mine is only 7 years old) because they thought my current unit didn’t have the right ton/BTU capability for my size home.I called Pruett Air Conditioning the following day. Their technician turned on my ac, heard the motor/fan blowing slowly, and immediately identified the problem as a bad motor. They had the part in stock and fixed it the next day. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged if the motor part didn’t resolve the issue. They even said my lower ton/BTU unit was indeed adequate for the size of my home because it is dual climate controlled and heats/cools separate sections at a time. Forgive me if I miscommunicated some the the ac repair technical jargon.We Care Heating and Air gets +1 star because their technician was courteous. However, If you also want more experienced service, go with Pruett Air Conditioning instead

I just got a new unit put in Wednesday and I was hoping to be cool in my home since we’ve been without a/c since April I was waiting hoping that the a/c would cool off the house still hasn’t cool so I call and got a tech to come and look at the unit he tellme that the guys who installed hasn’t tightened up the Freon on the unit outside and plus one of the lines were clogged now as I was told to switch the breaker on and off to restart the system because the unit would kick if something were to prevent it from working so it cut a maybe 3 times a day from that point now the breaker isn’t working anymore and it’s 90 degrees in my house and they haven’t even asked if wanted a window unit so I called and asked for one they don’t supply them anymore because people don’t return so me and my husband and my 3 year old son is supposed to suffer in this heat until a part becomes available

I’d recommend having your technicians show up to the home and ring the doorbell before deciding to take the next job on the list. I understand that there are individuals who set up appointments and ultimately end up unavailable. In this pandemic a lot of people work from home and have meetings. It’s not always possible to answer a phone call from a technician while you are in a meeting. I was also given a timeframe that a technician would be at my home between the hours of 2pm-4pm which didn’t happen. Just suggestions and opinions to consider.

Everything was very professional. I was so worried about the issue with my AC but from the phone call with Kristie to my technician Brian Wilson coming out, everything was excellent. Kristie was really nice and helpful on the call and Brian Wilson is an excellent example of what professionalism and great customer service is. He took time to explain the problem to me and the steps he would take to fix the problem. Great experience and I will definitely call again with any of my AC & heating issues.

My entire experience with this company, with exception to Darren our last technician, has been terrible. Will sold us the unit and seemed to be a straight forward dude at the time. The crew that installed the new Trane unit gave zero cares about quality, the sheet metal work looked like a high schooler did it, the whip wires were routed wrong, took my gutter drain off and didn’t reinstall it, left sheet metal scraps all throughout my yard which my mower found later, and left trash in my front yard. I sent a picture to Will and they sent another crew to fix the sheet metal work but still left trash in my yard. My Trane unit was installed in late April ‘21 and by Saturday 28 Aug 21 it was broke and blowing hot air. Darren came out and found the compressor harness was sparking causing the problem, but didn’t have a part to fix it and stated that he would get the part ordered on Monday. When I called at noon on Monday the process wasn’t even started yet. The technician later called stating it would take 3-5 days to get the part in. Naturally frustrated by my family of four being forced out of our home even longer, I called to talk to a manager and was met by rude customer service and several hours later a rude General Manager. Darren eventually fixed the issue, but I highly regret doing business with this company…

Deducing one star for telling me my unit wasnt properly designed for my house. Deducting another since they conducted a repair that wasnt necessarily needed.Source was the HVAC company that actually installed the unit at my house upon construction. After explaining the system, it appears the tech I got from We Care just wasnt well informed on my specific system.This company was responsive, polite, and efficient, though. Id advise others out there to identify who installed your unit if you bought a house second hand so that you can spot things like this before they happen.

I am very unsatisfied with the solution offered to a mistake that We Care Heating & Air made when installing my unit. The work is scheduled to be done tomorrow to fix this issue but it is not to our satisfaction and have been unable to speak with anyone other than Erica to resolve this. So, i rarely share as i know people.have different experiences but this one i feel i should. So i scheduled an appt woth them... date comes, and no one shows... waited all day at home. So decided, let me see why. They put my number in system wrong so didnt even bother showing. Ok, lets try again, cause that $49 price to come take a look (new hpuse) is great price point. So set a 2nd appt (and verified the price again). Well, date comes and he shows! Awesome. Here at 806am!! Awesome again. Well, he asked where stuff was, showed him.. than he goes to looking. At 821 hes back in his truck... at 833 he comes inside tells me hes done. Had a few questions, but he seemed very unsure of answers, even confused. While asking he tells me price, i am confused on exact, tells me 186 or 146... woooohhh. When i tell him thats not what i was told, he says oh, well i can do 98... nope. Its 49. So i call the office (found out its a call center handles here or Florida can get either center). The center tells me again, its 49 unless they find an issue and i agree to have them fix it. So of course takes the 49.. but i really didnt get an answers i have on this system, and still sorta in same boat before he showed on stuff..

I bought my house in 2017 and the week we moved in realized the A/C needed to be replaced and was temporarily fixed in order to pass inspection for the sale to go through. I called a few different companies and decided to go with We Care. They had zero percent financing and said they could install it almost immediately. The guy did upsale me on some fancy 2 stage unit that can control the humidity etc. They also told me some of the ducts leading to the back of my house needed to be replaced and 18 inches of insulation needed to be blown into my attic. He assured me everything would be taken care of and it was one of the best systems in the market and would exceed my expectations. The install went great, however the unit kept shutting off because the drip pan was filling up with water. They came out and wired up a pump to take care of the problem. The only problem is they wired it to the light switch in my attic which doesnt have any power when you flip it off. Can you guess what happened next? Yep, the unit turned off because the pan filled up with water again. They asked me to look up there, which I did, and heard the pump turn on when I turned the light on and told them what they did. They came out and fixed it I think that night. But the leak caused water damage to my ceiling in the garage, which they spay painted to cover it up. I noticed that area had turned dark again when they came out for my regular maintenance last September. They sent a guy out to check it out, and he said the drywall was good and spray painted it again, but he needed to match the paint color on my wall and come back to cover the dark area on the wall. He never came back. Next we noticed the back of the house still was about 5-7 degrees warmer than the rest of the house still. It took us a little while to figure this out because we rarely used this rooms. They sent a different guy out last year and told me there was a boot (I think is what he called it) that was all wrong, the vents in my house were not placed right, and they needed to do something called aeroseal to close up leaks in my ducts which apparently they didnt find when they sold me the unit or any time they came out every 6 months for their maintenance. They told me it would be another $8500 on top of the $11,700 I originally paid them for this state of the art system. I didnt have it done because it seems every time they come out, something new needs to be done or something else is screwed up. Not to mention that the unit still not only doesnt control the humidity, but the vents drip water when the unit is running! My thermostat just told me it was time to change my air filter (which the guy that came out in September told me he did because the one that was in there was dirty and caused my coils to freeze over) I get in my attic and there was NO AIR FILTER in my unit. So for the last 7 months there hasnt been a filter in my unit. I wonder what new problems are going to come up when they do their next maintenance check and how much theyre going to try and take me for this time?Update: apparently over the last few years Ive been dealing with these issues, the technicians Ive been reporting these issues to hasnt been relaying or documenting my issues. Theyve had a bunch of bad apples that are no longer with the company. As soon as the new management heard about all these problems weve been having, they came out that day. Everything has been fixed as promised and working like great.

The sales person Will was very unproductive to talk to. He would rather talk to my wife about unimportant stuff than sell me an air conditioner. He was always talking about being the number one sales person instead of knowing the product. When I finally got it out of him, it was a discontinued unit with many recalls. I paid more to get away.

My wife and I got married less than a month ago! 🙂Then our A/C stopped working! 😩From the initial visit of the technician to installation, we couldnt have asked for a better experience with We Care!Once informed of our HVACs symptoms, we agreed with the the time had finally come to replace the unit.JOSHUA met with us after church on a Sunday afternoon to discuss options! He provided us with several to replace our unit and took his time answering any questions we had. He then scheduled the installation to happen asap!A technician named DARREN arrived to do the actual installation two days after our initial meeting with Joshua!Darren arrived on time, answered any questions I had and did an awesome job! With perm, he needed to drive the company truck across our yard to access the HVAC, etc. Once finished dismantling the old unit and installing the new one, there wasnt a blade of grass out of place or one single piece of debris leftover from the installation!Furthermore, we never felt pressured to buy the new unit or ever felt taken for granite. The front office personnel were extremely professional and helpful in providing any follow up we may have needed initially.Great job We Care !!

I was a little nervous as I’ve been burned by HVAC people before. They came over right on time, let me know what they needed access too and what they planned on doing since my system was throwing error codes. Immediately they knew of 3 scenarios that would be causing it and needed to troubleshoot to narrow it down. They found it fairly quickly and went ahead and ordered the parts. The process it’s self took some time but it was due to what was needed to be done. They explained everything to me during the whole process. Very professional the whole time, very friendly. Everything works great now.

This is a great company to choose for your heating and cooling needs. They have always done us well when inspecting our system and keeping it maintained. All employees have been very professional and very responsive to questions. Anything they didnt know they would get an answer and follow back up with you. We just had our systems maintenance done for the winter and the service tech Jill was very attentive to my questions. She was very professional and cared about my concerns. She took them to heart and got my questions answered quickly and even came back to take care of another issue, like she said she would. Also this company is very involved in the community and takes care of those in need.

I used this company a few years ago and thought I left a review and forgot to hit POST.I purchased my home and had some issues with sweating duct and the addition to the home not heating and cooling properly. They told me they could patch it up and make it work but what was really needed was a complete removal and replacement of the ductwork for proper airflow to each room. It was more than I was looking to spend but based off the reviews I trusted their expertise.They came out and replaced the duct work, I had a five inch in filter installed underneath and a water line had to be moved. Unfortunately the water line came loose overnight where it was glued together. It flooded my entire crawl space with all the new duct work. I started calling and even messaged Mr. Collins via messenger on Facebook who gave me his word that he would make it right. Thats exactly what happened. They came and fixed the line and used sump pumps to get all the water out. Then used fans/blowers the dry it out. Installed a new vapor barrier (better than what I originally had). All was well until summer rolled around and I noticed some of the duct sweating, I called and they came out and double wrapped it. Have not had a single issue with it since.I know what your thinking, that sounds like a nightmare. It was actually a blessing, Matt and his team stand behind their work and care about their customers. They did what they said they were gonna do and probably lost money on this job. They could have easily not told me about the water line and said tough luck. Why would you use anyone besides We Care Heating and Air???

Three years ago We Care repaired my A/C and the tech (Jacob) did a superior job. Today the Company completed an annual maintenance inspection plus made a repair by replacing the start up capacitor. After a most pleasant and professional discussion with the service manager a follow up re-inspection was accomplished two days after the initial one.Matt did a very thorough and complete inspection of the heat and air system and made a recommendation for a couple of needed improvements to the gas furnace. A very professional and absolute inspection. I certainly highly recommend We Care Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing their assistance.Thank you folks at We Care very much.

We were very pleased with the level of service we received from We Care. Our AC stopped working and Terry and Chris came and took good care of us. They were very professional and courteous. Terry went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. Chris was also very professional and we felt comfortable with the advice they gave us.Because of their professionalism we decided to go with We Care to purchase a new AC unit. This is a horrible company with NO customer service or professionalism whatsoever!I signed up to use them as my annual maintenance company.So I scheduled it for a specific time. The technician was an 1.5 hour late and did not bother to call me! I had to call the office to find out his location to see if he was still coming. I work 45 min away and I had arranged to be off work for this appointment. He finally showed up and his work ethic was terrible!! Said he was tired and had been on call the night before and was just ready to go home! And me as a new homeowner I wanted a thorough check.He went into my attic and found some duct work that had fallen down and didn’t bother to tape it back just walked right on by. Lazy!! And Eddie the service manager confirmed he was suppose to tape the insulation around the duct work as part of the maintenance inspection.He wasn’t going to clean my coils on my ac unit outside until I asked him (as this is a part of the annual maintenance check). He said his drill battery had died! I said well you’re in luck because I have one! He then got an attitude and didn’t want to do it but I stood there with the flashlight and insisted that he do his job! 🤨Before leaving he said he makes more $ than most adults and could care less about the company but to give me him a good review! Wow!! He also said the company was horrible.. So he confirmed it!They sent out another technician a couple days later after I called and explained what all took place and how I was not confident in the inspection. He was also an hour late and no call!!!! Again, I had took off time from work to be at the scheduled appointment. Such an inconvenience and disappointment! Strike 2!So I called and explained everything in full detail that had happened to the owner Matt Collins, Service manager Eddie and to the GM Ericka. I even had pictures with the time stamp on them as proof and none seemed to even care. They didn’t apologize for my inconvenience or anything. As a matter of fact the GM Ericka hung the phone up as I was telling her what all happened! They all backed the technicians (even though I had proof of what I was telling them) and said there was nothing they could do! I’m just glad I found this out now before having a major issue like having to replace my unit and then dealing with them. I can only imagine the stress and issues that would arise.The company should be calledWe do NOT care heating and air! The team at We Care did a great job taking care of our new install up upstairs system and fixing our downstairs system quickly when we were stuck with both going out the same week! Took my call late at night and sent someone out the next day. They even offered to give us widow units in case they could not get it running! Cody was true to his word, installing a state of the art system at an affordable price. Signed up for the maintenance plan, won’t go anywhere else.

I have never done business with We Care but I do know they are the real deal. I have watched them build from the ground up. Matt and Zach have created a great business that is not only thriving but supports the local community like no other. Above all else I personally know the installation manager, Blake White. Being he is my brother I feel I can give a fair review.If he says he is going to do it, it will get done. If you ever need a hand, he will lend it. My AC went out last night and I called We Care to come out the next day. Id previously had some systemic issues with this unit and wanted to get a clear understanding as to what the problem was and how to remedy it. Chris (technician) came out and was very cordial upon meeting him. He took a look at the unit (just 2 years shy of new install) and quickly diagnosed what the issue and root cause of it. He then proceeded to correct it and then showed me what he did!!! Im active duty military (18+years) and I felt he represented this company to the highest of professionalism. Our technician, Raymond, was on time, professional, well groomed and proficient at his job. He did a thorough inspection of our system, gave us a full report and even gave us things to watch for as our system is old. (And did not try to shove a new system down our throat) The amount I paid was well below what I had expected, especially for the great service I received. The technician was really great and helpful, fixing our air conditioner. He also was very knowledgeable about different ways to fix our capacitor issue which we’ve had issues with multiple times in the past. With the knowledge he provided to my wife and I, he was able to upgrade our current system with a “power pack“ that would better suit our air-conditioning needs so that the capacitor would stop burning out as fast as it has each year. My wife and I Would definitely recommend we care heating and air to any of our coworkers and friends for their future air-conditioning needs.

I spoke and met with several companies and while they were all very nice and professional, We Care exceeded my expectations. All of the guys were professional and polite at all times and ensured that I was most satisfied with my new system and the instillation. It takes a lot to WOW me into writing reviews, and that alone should tell you why I gave them 5 stars. Im still going into detail though, because Joshua, Jason and Anthony deserve it. The company itself has been good to us from the start, even offering us a temporary no-cost solution to our AC problem while we waited for them to come install our new unit. Our techs went above and beyond from there. They arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and explained everything we needed to know. If we ever need service again, I hope we can request them specifically.If you need anything related to heating or air, call We Care. Theyre the best.(And if youre concerned about people coming to your home amid the Coronavirus pandemic, theyre prepared for that too. They even wore masks in this awful Georgia heat. Decided to start an annual preventative maintenance program for our HVAC system. Submitted a request online and promptly received a call back the next morning. Scheduling was easy and convenient.Raymond was our tech, an extremely well spoken and presentable young man. (Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you, he knows his stuff!) With minimal guidance, he dove into his work. At the end, he provided a comprehensive rundown of the system, any problems or issues he found, and the actions he took to correct them.We discussed some concerns I had with our system intermittently shutting down and he explained the most likely causes and several alternative solutions. Soon after he left, our system shut down yet again. I called Raymond and he committed to returning after his next service call (at the end of his day). He quickly diagnosed the problem and made it his mission to make it right. Raymond went above and beyond to ensure our system was working, not just while he was there but for months to come.Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just bought an air conditioner from these guys. We had a couple of minor issues with it not getting the master bedroom as cold as the rest of the house, but the technician Chris DAmore came out 3 separate times and every time he was very informative. He explained in detail every change he was going to make and why and each time the issue got closer to being resolved. We had We Care to come install a Brand new unit at our Condo last October...it’s now August and we started experiencing a leak in the coil. Well they came out and cleaned the system and add Freon. It started leaking again and we had to shut the system down. It’s 92 degrees in our home and we have 2 small kids. We have been getting the run around for 2 days. Our unit is still under warranty but we’re suffering in this heat! We had no issues with we care at first but this is ridiculous. How does a brand new unit give out before a yr of use.? Darius and Henry showed up at my house to work on my heat pump and air handler. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they planned on doing and they got right to work. Once they were completed, Darius explained to me my options moving forward. He knew his product and he obviously stood behind his work. He and Henry left my house in the same condition that they found it. Darius provides me with a thorough and detailed invoice and left me with his business card. I tried to tip him, and he said ‘no way!’ The company even followed up after they left to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Very good! Will be using them in the future. No doubt.

In April we called We Care out because we wanted to add a wall mount to our bonus room. Slate, the salesperson, came out and he was an awesome salesman. So good in fact we ended up deciding to gut everything and go with a completely new system, duct working, EVERYTHING. This was the last positive experience we have had with this company. The install team came out a few weeks later to get started. Steve Z. told us he would like to come out at 6:30 and get started. We agreed to this proposal. So, we got up early and no one showed up, until almost 8:00, no call, nothing to let us know they would not be arriving at that time. This was rude and unprofessional, but we were like okay things happen. After the install but before the team left, I had to call them back into the house because they didn’t hook up all the supply lines. Afterwards, we were having issues with one part of the house being hot. We called them back out. It was because the return line was not installed. The install team also “forgot” to balance the duct system. Later our house would not cool below 78 degrees during the day, but the A/C constantly ran. The install team did not properly install the wiring to the 2nd stage portion of the system and the system was over charged with coolant. Cooling issues continued. Called We Care and they again sent out a technician. Come to find out when they ran the return line, they initially forgot to run, they crammed it into the same small diameter hole the supply line was ran through. This has now greatly restricted the supply of cool air to one side of our house where it does not get below 80 degrees. It has now been a week since this was discovered, and team has not come out to fix this. This is not the quality of work I thought I was getting for the $21,000 we spent. After the service and equipment we were promised and then to have all these issues, we are regretting our decision and are disappointed with We Care.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. They were able to work around my schedule and could have been here within 24 hours. Jheremy (our technician) called when we was headed here, was friendly, considerate, (had his mask ready), and was very thorough in making sure our problem was taken care of. Fortunately it was an easy fix, so he was in and out in 25 minutes while still making sure that our problem was completely solved. I was really impressed with We Care Heating and Air. We called them to come out to our home due to our A/C making all sorts of noises and was really impressed with the two technicians that came out. The lead tech Jeremy, took his time and explained everything to us and was extremely knowledgeable w the entire process. Even though we received bad news about our system once the initial diagnosis was made, Jeremy continued to take his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. After deciding on replacing our system, I was very pleased on the next team of guys who came out to assist w this portion of the process. Will and Mike, like Jeremy, took their time on explaining all of our options and answering all of my questions. Will was also available over the weekend and helped scheduled a 2nd tech to come back out to our home and confirm the original diagnosis so that we could have all documentation on file with our homeowners insurance. Lastly, was the install team who like the other techs and service mgrs did a great job and were in no rush to just install and leave. Jordan answered all my questions, showed me everything that was replaced, and ensured that the work area was cleaned up squared away. Additionally, because I had someone picking up the old unit and air handler the install team made sure to keep all of the hardware together and placed everything neatly in our garage. Overall, when the initial call was made I was not anticipating having to spend money on a new syste; however, the bad news was softened with the fantastic customer service and professionalism we received by We Care and I am glad that we chose to go with this company.

I would like to give a big shout out to We Care heating and air. I called them this morning at 8a and they were hear by 10:30, fixed my unit and gone by 11. Mike was my technician and was very pleasant, knowledgeable. Price was very fair and they even filed the warranty papers. Our AC went out Saturday. Only 21/2 years old. Install company said no one was on call and it would be 2-3 weeks before anyone could come out since it was the middle of July. Haha!Needless to say I’ll be calling We Care in the future.

My heat didnt work so from Google reviews I called We Care, really just to see if they really did. William Shi impressed the hell out of me, he REALLY did care! Within 30 minutes my heating was back up and running and I didnt need to sell my first born (Im sure shes happy about that) or a kidney to pay for the service.
