After placing a print order for some Halloween decorations, I waited three days before going in to pick up (was supposed to be same day). It was then they they informed me they couldnt print them and had been meaning to contact me. Keep in mind I had been trying to call the store and no matter what department I used, no one would ever answer. Also, several employees sitting around doing nothing...including helping any customers waiting.

IVE BEEN IN MANAGEMENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND WAS HIGHLY DISGUSTED!!! While buying supplies for my business today, I proceeded to go to the register to pay. I noticed that my magnetic wall calendar registered almost twice as much as was advertised. I informed the clerk and walked him to where the item was. He saw that ALL of the calenders I had were stacked above a sticker that read $18.99, but they registered over $32. His reply was, Oh we stocked them in the wrong place as he moved a large stack of them. I told him thats where they were and asked him how much I will be charged for mine. He said he would ask management, but doubted he would give it to me for that price. The manager Mike would not adjust the price even though they were ALL STOCKED THERE! There is no way, as a manager, I would lose a regular corporate customer over $14! Mike doesnt need to manage anyones establishment! Well take our hotel business elsewhere.

Im not sure what what is going on at this office depot. I have left the print dept. with a couple of things for our business to design and print. Have not heard anything back and when I call Im on hold FOREVER and still no one picks up! Ive tried calling back several times to no avail. Very frustrating

I can say that at the end of the service I was misunderstood, I need to print a document urgently I could not do it. I can go so far as to say that it was an act of discrimination for not knowing English, I am a Spanish speaker. The first lady tried to help me in view of the fact that I had more clients to attend to, another one attended to me which told me to do what I had already done with the first one ... The difference is that if they do not have qualified personnel to attend all kinds of people, better close your doors

Went to the store to pick up my order only to find out that some of my items were grabbed by someone else. Worst, the item were not available in the store anymore and was offered a refund. Anybody could grab anybody’s item in the stand. Can’t just expect everybody are honest. It’s morning and some staffs act like they couldn’t be bothered when I asked them a question about my items. Smh!

More Detailed Review from FB posting: Time Estimate: 12:45 1.19.2021 This location has completely disappointed me. I went in to look for a planner and ink. I was greeted by a very helpful young man. He and I walked around the store to search for planners but we didnt find any. Next, he and I walked to the aisle to look for ink. Based on the box setting the store had one in stock. By the time I got to the register, the young man had another customer so I went to the next register to a red haired lady. Her entire demeanor lacked customer service expectations. She seemed as though she didnt want to be there. When she couldnt find the ink, her attitude was meh. The nice young man even tried to help her find the ink. I also found some felt tip pens that were posted for $9.99 but they were ringing up at $14.99. Well, I guess it was an inconvenience for her to walk around the register to see the $9.99 sticker. She later took down the sticker. She didnt bother to tell me that she had to call a manager. I was just standing there. I wish I would have just waited on the pleasant young man. I just left the store without getting anything. She needs to be removed from the register if her attitude is going to be so dismissive. I dont think Ill be returning anytime soon. The nice young man is the reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1.

I drove from Columbus Ga to Warner Robbins yesterday. They held the monitors that I needed, placed them in my truck, provided excellent service. The gentlemen who helped me were nice...I gave one gentleman the nick name Fluffy. He was so sweet. The male cashier was sweet too. I apologize for forgetting their names. Please forgive me but once u tell them fluffy they will know its me. Thx guys it was Jordan and I cant remember the other young mans name.

FYI, the establishment sends an email stating further interest but they don’t follow up! It is a facade and they really are horrible to their customers.I went to ship via FedEx. Noted a sign on the doors stating a mask was mandatory, which was fine as I wore one. There was only one person in the copy/shipping area and 3 customers waiting including myself. Only one copier worked in the area. My shipping receipt could not be printed as the only functioning machine stopped working. Many customers came in and were waiting. The poor girl was swamped with people and it took forever for the Manager to come over to assist. There was no activity in the store other than in the copy center. Also, the majority of customers were not wearing masks! Even the Manager did not have a mask!!! There are so many issues here; lack of functioning equipment; no health/safety enforcement; lack of staffing (the existing employee was efficient and pleasant, but she is only one person) and the greatest of all is a dreadful, inefficient and clueless Manager! Office Depot obviously does not care about its’ customers. I will not be going there again.

Absolutely the worst experience. They allowed me to place an order for same day pick up. When I went to pick it up, the stores says that it is closed. I have not received any notification about my order. I had to call corporate because the local store does not answer nor has a message about the store. Now, I have to wait on a refund. Still nothing from the store.

Tried to checkout while three employees continued a conversation while looking at me...no service whatsoever anywhere in the store. Shame on this place. Used to be great back in the day. I enter the store 25 min before closing, ask a young lady where the pencils were, she pointed me in that direction aisle 5. I stay on the aisle for about 4 min went up to the register as Im sure I was the only customer in the store. There were at least 3 workers,one of which was close enough for me to say Can someone ring me up cause at that point, I had stood waiting long enough. She says someone will be with you. No...... the customer service thing to do is to ring up my products. I placed them on the nearest object and got outta there. Never again!!

Horrible experience at this store both times. Well, not exactly, the drive up pickup portion went smoothly. However the item I received did not work and had already been opened. Tried to return it, they never picked it up. Tried again, same thing. Tried again, nobody came so I went to return in store. I spent almost an hour at the store trying to make a return because they couldnt process the return. I figured, fluke, right? WRONG! Went again for a print job, pickup was at 7pm. Received a text at 9am that the job was done, well I couldnt get there then now...so I went at 7. The job was lost!!!Just a horrible experience altogether. I will surely not be coming back here

Just leaving the Warner Robins location and am very disappointed in what I understand is your policy not to take big copy jobs after an hour before closing. Arrived at 515pm, 45 minutes to close just to laminate 25 flyers. Mind you 3 staff and ZERO customers in the store at this point. Really?Finally talked the manager into laminating 4 flyers and making 20 more color copies. They promptly completed in less that 8 minutes. Really?I am now looking for another business center to complete this and all future projects. Really?

Self-service copier was super easy to use. Staff were friendly, especially Jordan who assisted me at the check-out. I observed him be exceptionally nice and knowledgeable with many customers before me. Upbeat and fast; give that guy a raise!

I was looking for a computer. The first time I stopped by the employ was helpful and knowledgeable, but checked other places anyways. The second time around I knew what I wanted. the guy that helped me first wasnt there so I spoke with a different employee. I told him what I wanted and they didnt have it in stock he insisted for me to order online. I would of love it if he he did everything there. I would of bought more stuff from them. But it is what it is.

The check out is a very slow process. Takes on an average a little over 5 min per person if they dont have a return. If you are 4th in line you will have at least a 20 minute wait. The staff, God love them, they do their best. There are always 3 or 4 in the back of the store to help you find your item but only one checkout. I, along with others, have walked out several times. I cannot always anticipate 2 days in advance what my project may need so ordering on line is not always an option. If there are 3-4 in the back, seems at least one can be trained on the register and step in when there is a line. Ive not seen this happen yet. Hopefully this manager will be more mindful of customer service in the near future.

It was very busy with back to school shopping, as expected. The staff was friendly and working to help find items for shoppers. Most items were in stock and plentiful. This is my local O.D. and it is smaller than some, but I prefer this location because of the employees. Enough parking and but you can drive right by it if you dont pay attention.

Ive been to this particular Office Depot a couple of times and each time Ive had the same experience. The store is well stocked and clean, but even though i was obviously having difficulty finding something, I was never approached to ask if I needed assistance. When I go to find someone, no store associates were available for assistance. The computer repair center (where I was not), was very busy with plenty of staff for customers there, but not in the office supply section. Then there was only one lane open, providing for a very, extremely slow checkout time. This has occurred each time Ive shopped at this particular store. Other Office Depots Ive been in have been friendly, helpful and reasonably fast even at peak times. It is possible I have simply had bad luck, but it appears that staffing issues seem to be a concern at this location. Just FYI.

They have a good store, with plenty of inventory. Ive been shopping with them since they opened. They have always given me great service, in store.. Their employees are as knowledgeable as one could expect, considering the breadth of their IT products. The only thing that keeps them from getting a higher rating is their corporate office and ability to support their online service points Getting my Tax Info and account to sync...well... never happened. So although I shop there, I do not get the entire benefit of the business relationship. But neither do they.

Good grief... I honestly am blown away by the print shop here and the lack of workers for it, along with the wait times. At this rate they should put chairs in the line to at least sit and relax because you will be in longer lines for up to 20+ min and I dread to think what the maximum wait time will be. The store clerk announced it was because everyone was in there to print resumes, but they have had so many issues in the past with people needing to print other things like phamplets etc and at the most Ive only ever seen 3 employees working that department tops. I really wish they would hire more staff specifically for the print shop alone since Warner Robins has no other places like this since Staples left.

Went in to have something printed. Not very busy and was helped right away. However the young lady could not figure out the template of the product being sold by them. What is the use of having a print shop if the workers cannot or do not know how to use the computer. Very disappointed. Never called for someone else to help her just gave me an excuse that she is sorry but she she cant figure it out. Never again.

I needed to drop off some packages for shipping, so I carted my packages inside and stood at the counter and waited over 5 minutes before I decided that I would just take my business elsewhere. I use to shop here alot. However, I no longer shop here. Just after they renovated I went into this location to pick up a couple items I usually purchased with them in the past. As I walked in an associate with her little head set described my clothes to someone. Next thing I know another associate was tailing me around the store. It happened for a while until I got mad and asked him if I could help him. He responded no and left, another associate showed up in his place! As if I would not notice. When I got to the register as I was waiting. The associate at the front was describing every persons clothing as they entered . I have never been so angry! I felt as if I were a criminal. I was a regular customer. I have not stepped foot into this store again. I have told my friends and family and have made them aware. Many have experienced the same thing since being made aware and have stopped shopping there also. Pay attention it happens!

I use this location mostly for printing documents. That area is usually hopping. Although there have been a few exceptions, most of the time theyre pretty quick to help me out. The checkout staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Worst experience of my life. Associates in the print, copy, fax area was not very friendly at all. While they were standing there talking I was struggling with the fax machine. Neither one of them came over to help. They just stood there talking to each other about their hair and nails appointment 🤬. I had to pay 24 dollars to fax 11 papers. Its outrageous. The receiver recieved 11 blank copies of nothing. I wasted 24 for nothing.No associate here was eager to help anyone. When I got to the cashier. There was a lady in front of me who bought 175 worth of stuff and had a hard time for the chip reader to read her card. The guy wouldnt even manually put in her card information. She also left the store mad and frustrated.If I wasnt in a hurry on a road trip back home to KY. I would have requested my damn refund for my damn $24 for blank sheets of paper🙊

There were a lot of people staffed, however not one person said hello or offered assistance. The wait at the copy and print center was ridiculously long. There were three people behind the counter just chatting and only one person working on something. Still, none of the chatty Cathys said hello, and the person actually working noticed me after a few minutes and finally someone said something. If I didnt already have an order printed and paid for, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a computer there a month ago and it was just too slow for what I needed. They took it back and gave me a refund without any hassles. They helped me find a much better computer and I am about as happy as can be. I will be returning in the future. However I wish they would lay off of the extended warranties. They are a rip off and it makes the store sound dishonest. I know upper management tells them to push them.

Rude unprofessional conduct by cashier. She was openly rude to my daughter, myself and other customers. The manager removed her from the situation to calm down, but she didnt seem worried about it Ald it seemed as though it wasnt the first time and wouldnt be the last. The other two poor cashiers trembled in her shadow, so you could tell she was running the show. We left our items as did another woman in line behind us; will drive to Macon from now on.

Slow slow slow. The staff is slow, the printing center charges for computer use, which the Office Depot by me NEVER does, the staff look generally more concered for each other than the customers. Other than that, its a well put together and clean store. Just avoid actually needing something.

I only give it 1 star because there isnt a negative rating system. They were inattentive to the customers. We waited to be helped to send a fax because we had never done it before and when they asked what we were doing they just pointed to the fax machine. We stood there forever because we didnt know it was self service and she just moved on to the next customer and ignored our existence. Then there was a register open with its light on and no one was there. We waited there hoping someone would return and we never saw that person return to their station. They were just rude and didnt make for a good experience.

The manager of this store has some serious issues. Every time there is a promotion on gift cards he is pulling all kinds of shenanigans to prevent people from purchasing them. Previously I have seen him remove $200 denomination cards from the rack, hide the promotion sign, even place another rack in front of the side with Visa/Mastercard gift cards. If he sees a customer at checkout with gift cards he will come over to stop the transaction and say gift cards are cash only, a policy I have never seen at any other Office Depot.

I loathe this store. When Staples left the area I almost cried. Customer Service is horrible. Wait times are insane. Print staff wont even acknowledge youre waiting, they literally ignore you. I pre order the prints I need, pay online, and still end up waiting 10-20 minutes for someone to pull it out of a box under the counter. Its completely ridiculous.Ive had orders go missing and have had to come back. Low quality imaging. And the solutions are usually its your fault...thanks for the tip, what can I do to make you work more efficiently? Gah!Ive written this whilst waiting to pick up an order...hmmm. Case in point. Everyone here is nice and friednly, but the copy/print area has issues. Dont get me wrong everyone behind the coutner has always been nice. But they just mess up order after order. Terrible customer service-- I have a bulky heavy small appliance that needed FedEx shipping. I asked for shipping assistance and the women at ths shipping desk just looked with competition disdain and said isnt there soneone on the floor? I needed a box, packing material, tape and a shipping label. Needless to say, I will find someone else that will assist with my FedEx.

I visited the Warner Robins, Georgia Office Depot store today to purchase a few things for my company. I was looking at the Dell Inspirion Notebook, and the HP Notebook, which were priced between $450 and $650. I could not find a way to turn them on so I could use them for a few minutes, get a feel for how they might work for me, but they would not turn on. I looked for an Associate, who I finally found and he could not get them to turn on. He found someone who eventually told him that the end-cap where they were located had lost power so nothing could be turned on there. I had seen a Samsung Chromebook and another notebook on the next end-cap that were up and running, so I went to those notebooks and started looking at what they offered. The Associate had since walked away. I noticed that there was nothing available (tab) to take to the register to purchase the item I wanted, so I went and found an Associate, again, who had to call it in to one of two managers to go find in the back. I waited, and eventually two more people came over, one Manager, I think. He explained about the warranties, but never made mention of the rebate, nor how to get a rebate -- I learned after I purchased this that the rebate is only for purchases of more than $299 (which I qualified for), but only if you use your Office Depot Personal Credit Card. The person on the register gave me the rebate form, and told me what it was, but not that it was only for the Personal Credit Card. She took my payment, so she knew I did not use my Personal Credit Card (I dont have one for Office Depot). She made sure to remind me to send in the rebate form, though. She was very nice, but poorly trained, I think.I just called about this and the same Manager I originally spoke with, just now explained to me about those qualified purchases, and said he would need to speak with the cashier, again. I would have ordered these things online, thru Best Buy or Amazon if I had known that I would spend 30 minutes in Office Depot trying to find a way to give them $464.00. Then, to have this slap in the face??? Does Office Depot have enough customers to afford to treat them this way? Best Buy is a hop,skip, and a jump down the street . . . perhaps they need to re-think their Customer Service.
