This place to was quite a bit costly the people there was real nice the spoke to us when we walked in then a few minutes asked if we needed any help but their prices are a little higher than most places but they did have a great selection to choose from my daughter was looking for her so work shoes for the bank job she just received and usually places want have her size, she wears about a 9 1/2-10 and they had some 10 but a bit higher than we had plan on spending for we where on a budget that day. Having to buy other supplies and clothes. Very clean store too.

A buy 1 get 1 half off sale was in effect but the second pair i wanted was out of stock in my size. NO PROBLEM. The cashier let me pay for both pair and I had the option to ship my size on the second to the store or directly to my house (45 mins away) at no extra cost!

Nice selection of shoes. The store is well-maintained and organized. I searched the website for shoes that were available in the store before going in and found them with ease when I went into the store. Staff is friendly.

I came in to find some shoes for my son for the next day. The short round lady decides she needs to come over where we were shopping to watch us. (We had on shorts and tank tops so idk where we would hide big men shoes 🤷🏽‍♀️ ). So I asked her for help since she wanted to “do her job”. Imagine to my surprise she made me wait while she helped an imaginary person and searched for their imaginary shoe 😂 ... we decided to leave since she couldn’t help us. At that rate I guess the imaginary money will pay the very real bills or closure...

The management and employees are amazing! Very friendly and excellent costumer service! The store was super clean and well kept. Every question I asked they knew exactly where to take me and showed me exactly what I wanted. They were perfect with my kids as well(SUPER PATIENT, as I have a toddler and 6m old)! Id like to take a moment to just praise what hard work I saw when I made my trip into the store! I wanted a new place to shop for shoes and saw this store while shopping around in Walmart and I fell in love! Everyone was so nice and seemed to really enjoy their job. I was asked if I needed help, and when I asked questions the staff was quick to meet my needs and point me in the direction I was looking, or offered other opportunities they had to offer. Management SHOULD be proud of the crew theyve gathered! The ones that helped me were so sweet and patient, and made sure I left the store with what I needed and then some! I will be recommending this store to all of my friends because of how well I was treated and how I saw how helpful the staff was with others as well! Great selection, great staff, and phenomenal customer service! Amazing job at creating a fun and exciting environment that I cant wait to come back to the next time I need shoes. :)

I had a WONDERFUL experience today at Rack Room Shoes. Michelle, the store manager, was so instrumental in making that happen. Her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! She was so sweet and accomodating. First time shopping here. New store, clean, well organized. Had to get shoes for the kiddos. After shopping for about an hour, they were able to pick out two pair each. The staff was great and we didnt feel rushed. We were helped by two staff members, one being the store manager and I am pleased. Ultimately we got exactly what we needed (5 pair) and at a great price! Thanks Rack Room....!

Great store and staff is nice and helpful. I bought a pair of shoes of the clearance rack but found out afterwards that I could get the shoes cheaper from another store. I dont know if they match other stores.

Michelle, the manager, should not be a manager. Customer service/satisfaction is obviously not her thing. Not only did I have to wait for her to stoll to the desk to help me with my return, she is rude, very short, and obviously doesnt know how to train her staff. I was told as long as I had a receipt I could return a pair of shoes and at least get a store credit. Wrong. The receipt says otherwise than what the employee told me. I wore a pair of heels for 15 minutes. I walked to the car and into an event and they immediately had to come off. No cushion what so ever and I got blisters. What a waste of money and my $15 reward. 👎

Not enough styles. They have way more mens and kids shoes than womens. Very limited and what they have is not better looking than a Wal-Mart shoe.

My shopping here was great. I usually go to a competition, when I went here I ended up buying some shoes.. kids like them so I did good.

Went in yesterday and for the first ten minutes or so I didnt see any employees at all. Finally she came out once it started getting busier. Not ince did I see her greet or speak to any customers that walked in. Once she got to the front counter she stood behind the register texting on her phone and not paying attention to anyone that was there.

Dont plan on buying shoes for yourself or anybody else unless they are in the store to try them on at the time of purchase. A week ago I bought two pairs of shoes, one for myself and one for another person. Based on their sale that day I got the shoes on sale buy one get one 1/2 off. The shoes for the other person didnt fit, so I went back to Rack Room today to return them. I was told that I had to pay the difference for the pair of shoes that I bought myself because they were no longer eligible for the buy one get one 1/2 off promotion since I was returning one pair. They refused to take back the pair that didnt fit at the price I paid for them. Thats absolutely ridiculous!!! I will NEVER shop at Rack Room Shoes again.
