I only needed to pick up a wish order and every time I go there during business hours they are closed, I called one time and the owner or employee answered the phone and confirmed they were open, I dragged my 5 year old out in the rain thinking now is a good time to pick up order after 3 times up there already and little behold the door was locked and after 10 minutes of knocking we left. This is bad for business and even if it was just to pick up something. He called me and explained, all is good, but I would strongly advise to call before going and make sure they are not busy doing something that requires door to be locked.
