The people who work there are amazing! I always get great service and they really try hard to meet the particulars for each job. We manage LOTS of properties and whether we need something to endure for rental properties or want something that just pops on a home for sale, these guys KNOW their business. The installers do a great job and we usually get it installed in record time. We highly recommend them!

Verrryyyyg untrustworthy. You are not valued as a customer. I wish I would have went with Carpet Salvage. At least the job would’ve been finished by now. Incomplete carpet Install last Thursday. A failed reschedule for the next day(Friday). Received a call from Stacy with a sob story about the carpet being in stock and they expedited it from the warehouse but it hasn’t shown up yet. To this date, I have yet to get on the schedule to complete our last room. Called today to check the status of the remaining room, I was promised a call back, no one even bothered to call. They are inconsistent, and Untrustworthy. Find another business that gives a damn about the whole customer experience.

I went to H&H Carpets to order waterproofVinyl flooring for two bedrooms. I am pleased with the price I was given and Im looking forward to having it installed.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I ordered a commercial grade carpet and it was installed at the end of January. I was unaware that the job was not complete. They failed to install the transition strips. After several calls and two pop ups, an employee finally stopped by to determine what needed to be ordered. He assured me that he was going to get this ordered immediately and it would only take a few minutes to install once it came in. No problem right? To my surprise I am still waiting on him to return my calls. They all cover for the man. Ive called and stopped by. I left my name and number each time. My advice is find some other company for your job or withhold payment until everything is done to your satisfaction. If you have a problem and you have paid them, good luck getting them back to complete the job. Its too bad they arent worried about repeat customers because I have rental properties that will need carpet replacements. I read the reviews and took a chance anyway. The carpet is beautiful and it looks nice but I hate to pay for something and not receive it all. Transition strips are major in a high traffic area because the carpet is unraveling which can be a tripping hazard. So, H&H employees....if you read this please give me the transition strips I paid for and I will have someone else install them or you can issue me a refund for that amount.

Really helpful and courteous employees, prices on my new flooring much more reasonable price than other places for the high quality flooring (Pergo LVP top of the line ) products outstanding as well, Hope and Stacy were amazing but the installers didnt do a good job at all floor has many bad spots due to incorrect placement a lot of gaps, they also damaged my newly painted walls there was actually a whole in one place. I contacted the store about the issue but nothing was ever done.

Needed a remnant to put in my van. They had what I needed at an excellent price. Will probably go back for new kitchen floor.

Found the carpet we wanted

We recently purchased Mohawk laminate flooring flooring from H&H Carpets and had them install it into 4 bedrooms of our home. The Mohawk flooring is a fantastic, quality product. The sales representative at H&H was prompt and very professional, but thats where the professionalism ended. The installers were scheduled to be at our home on a Friday between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m., and they showed up at 10:30 a.m. The install was supposed to take one day, but we were warned that it could run into Saturday, which it did. The installers left our home several times for reasons such as going to pay my insurance, going to another job, and going to get a soda. Each time they left they were gone for over an hour, with the longest break being over 3 hours on Saturday. The installers spent as much time taking smoke breaks as they did actually working. At 7:00 p.m. Saturday night, not even one room was completed, but all rooms had flooring partially installed. This meant that although the installers had worked two days, I could not move any furniture back into any rooms. The installation was finally complete Sunday afternoon. I am giving three stars because of the top-notch sales reps and materials, and we were satisfied with the end result. However, it is clear that the company has absolutely no quality control in regard to who they send out to perform installations. A job that should have taken no more than 2 days took 3 full days due to the extremely poor work ethic and completely lackadaisical attitude of the installer. When I talked to the sales rep and let him know how horrible the installer was, he admitted that they have no idea about how their installers perform at the job site unless customers tell them. Due to the lack of quality control in their installers, I will not be doing business with this company again, and I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone else.

I called and set up a appointment for a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm, and by 2pm I called to be told they had no record of the appointment. Okay so I rescheduled for Saturday at 2pm as this was a carpet cleaning for a move out inspection on a rental home that was Monday morning the coming week. No show again then the carpet cleaning guy Stacy called and was ride to my wife over the phone. So I called the store and asked for a manager to call me back, he or she calls Stacy and decided not to send him out there, but never called me. As a result Stacy called my wife and got rude again with her. Ok now I called Stacy and got rude with him for speaking to my wife that way. Will be going to the office Monday.

This company is the absolute worst!!!! H&H will set appointments and never show up. I should have took that as a sign but I forgave that incident and called them back to install my hardwood floors! The installers came late my floors are still separating after installers came back TWICE and couldnt fix the gaps and it hasnt been a YEAR! Please do not use this company you will be very angry and disappointed!!!
