Great store!!! I am never disappointed when I come here. They always have some type of sale going on! Great for getting supplies for my shop.

Susan was just an absolute ROCK STAR today! I purchased 2 buggies full of decor and she was just as pleasant and helpful as she could be…..then after I unloaded the items in my car, I came back in and purchased 3 more buggies full of items! The amazing part is that she saw me in line and was thankful to see me come through her line again! I wasn’t going to do that to her but she insisted. You just don’t find service like that anymore and with a smile! It couldn’t have been a more incredible experience! Hobby lobby, you are lucky to have Susan, as your sweet young helpful team member!!!

I love going into Hobby Lobby because of all of the neat items and various craft ideas they offer. The only downside is a lot of the items are broken or damaged and still for sale at the same price. Definitely make sure to look before you buy!

I love that this place is so big and everyone inside seems pretty kind. Great selection, I just wish the prices were a bit better but they always run deals so it works out.

Who doesnt love a Hobby Lobby?!. You can find every craft imaginable in this place! And get ideas for new decorations in and out of your home. Wheel chair accessible. Clean store. Nice, easy in, easy out parking. Cashier was very polite.

I got there just 30 minutes before closing the day before Easter so it was pretty busy. The checkout was quick and painless. Right as I was done paying at 4 minutes till 8, something else caught my eye. I asked the cashier if I could look at it and she told me to take my time. I appreciated the gesture. As usual, I really enjoyed my visit !

Always love shopping here! Theyre very clean and well stocked. I was able to find every single item I needed for many different crafts and events. A little pricey, but having everything all in one place...I dont mind spending a little extra for that.

Staff is usually nice, sometimes you get the staff that arent as happy but they still help. The store is pretty stocked and theyre good to put inventory back up quick.I wish they did a better job cleaning their cars but overall the store is nice.

I need at least a couple hours to browse at Hobby Lobby. So much cool stuff. Some things are priced good. Some stuff is way more than I would pay but Im cheap. Lol

Addicting, I went for ONE thing 😭. I got several. The fall and Christmas decor were 40 %.

Selection of product is great so the reason for the low rating is due to a horrendous experience with one employee. Usually customer service here is amazing but Sarah is on some kind of power trip and is EXTREMELY rude. A product marked on sale, with signs didn’t ring up correctly. After someone checked, they confirmed there was a sign and offered a partial refund. As the employee was fixing my purchase Sarah comes up and demands to know the situation. The employee informs her it is already taken care of and approved by another manager. She insists on knowing what’s going on, because apparently this is the highlight of her week. After she rudely speaks about the situation as if I can’t hear her, I tell the employee to just refund it. Why would I want to sit there and continue to be belittled? She then says (again as if I’m not even there) “oh she doesn’t want it on sale, that’s fine we’ll take it” with her disgustingly rude tone. I left in awe someone in a professional setting would act like that. This woman needs out of retail management.

A store built off the backs of a well knit community. Hobby Lobby staff showed my wife and I unparalleled customer service, assisting us in finding exactly what we needed for our house to make it a home. Hobby lobby should be considered a staple piece of America.

Hobby Lobby is great but note it helps to know quality of items and the process of them. For example for batteries are very expensive here. but MODEL rocketry is a great price and can be beaten not anywhere else for there price

THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH REGISTERS OPEN!!! Every time I go here I have to wait 15-20 minutes just to purchase!! Once I have even just left my cart and went to Michaels! The staff is so friendly though which is why I didnt leave a one star.

The selection of fabrics is HUGE. Whatever your looking for, I promise you its in this store. I could spend the day in here and still not see everything. Items are grouped together nicely and employees are very helpful. Some of the prices are steep, but they always have something on sale.

Nice supply of crafts and fabric. Sales associates are very helpful. I needed assistance finding a product. The lady knew exactly what I was talking about and took me right to where it was located.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. The products are always so cool and they keep up with what trends in hobbies and decor.

Extremely limited in quantity of picture frames. The framing section that had 8 isles was condensed down to about 2. The guy who worked at the counter to get a mat cut acted annoyed to be bothered. It was very expensive to get an 11x17 plain white mat cut. $21 just to get 4 4x6 pictures, Very expensive.

Great place. If youre looking for decorative items you cant go wrong here.

Great selection of seasonal items. Furniture was 50% off at the time and plenty of cashiers. Call out: What I didnt like was the sign that designated cleaned carts yet I saw carts returned with no one cleaning them. Hmmm. With that said, definitely a place to stop of wanting Halloween or Christmas items.

Found just what I needed!

Im not sure if it was just me or the dated I went but everything seems to be marked up and then put on a discount to make it to the regular price that is sold everywhere else. So there is really isnt any deals. Not for the things I were looking for maybe on other items. A lot of the merchandise seems to be cheaply made and overpriced for the quality. They did have a plethora of merchandise. On another day I will go back and look throughout the whole store to see if it was just the decorations that I was looking at that were overpriced and cheaply made or if it is the whole store. At that moment I will either keep the rating I have or up it to a better rating. At the moment this is where I stand with Hobby Lobby.

Everyone was super nice! There was an isle specifically for school projects and it made my visit that much easier.

Went here Saturday to get some Christmas decorations and all of it is beautiful, well I got home and realized one of my glass decorations was broken so I went back today to see if I could exchange it and the lady (not sure of her name though): was very nice about it! Love the service !

Love the selection of items and the people are always friendly. Seriously though, can we get into the 21st century and start using barcode scanners? I spent almost 15 minutes in line because the person up front had several dozen items, all having to be keyed in manually. In this age, that much time in line is a bad thing.

I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY 😍! The one thing I like most about it is the ARTS AND CRAFTS section. I am a beginner when it comes to sewing. I am trying to learn everything there is to know about sewing. There is an employee I talk to when I go in there. She know everything there is to know about sewing. I try to ask as many questions, get different suggestions, and get all the information I need. The thing about the employee is, she doesnt get frustrated or angry with me when I ask a lot of questions. She answer them to best of her knowledge. She gives me suggestions and things to try to help me with my next project. SHE IS THE BEST. I WISH I REMEMBERED 😔😞 HER NAME. She is in the fabric section of hobby lobby 😊.

My wife really likes to shop here. They have a very wide variety of different items and the store displays are good and the organization of the items is excellent. I dislike the use of the 50% off! signs on what seems like everything. Im not sure this is the case and it seems disingenuous. But, it does draw the eye... good marketing I guess. The people are friendly and courteous. The prices are average to high on some things. But we like it and will continue to shop there.

I love Hobby Lobby for all the different crafts. I could spend hours just browsing the isles for all kinds of things to craft. They also have decorative glass, wall hangings, wedding needs and pretty much anything you need.

Went with my wife and she did all the shopping. Not my thing, but she was happy with Hobby Lobby.
