Terrific experience using AAA! We recently moved into a home that had AAA install the fiberglass pool a decade ago. We go into the store to buy all our supplies, it’s very affordable and after testing our water, they tell us exactly what we need to do to fix our levels. They are very helpful. Eric and Steve recently serviced our pool and reworked our pump and sand filter to make our pool/filter run more efficiently. Did a prestine job! Didn’t have to wait long, was on the calendar the next week. They did a very professional and thorough job. Both guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our pool filter pump runs significantly better and our waterfall has a lot more pressure! Very satisfied with our experience overall and would highly recommend AAA to anyone for their pool needs. Can’t beat their high quality work and affordable pricing!

I wouldve given ZERO STARS IF I COULD HAVE !! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AND THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY.I WAITED A MONTH TO GET MY POOL CLEANED AND THEN AFTER THEM NEVER SHOWING UP THEY INFORM ME THAT THEY WASNT TAKING ON ANY MORE CLEANINGS!!! WOW WISH THEY COULDVE TOLD ME A MONTH AGO SO I WOULDNT HAVE WAITED ON THEM!!@ HERES WHAT HAPPENED EXACTLY! I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT AND GET MY POOL OPEN FOR SUMMER!.. I COULDNT GET TO KNOB UNDERNEATH MY SKIMMER TO COME OFF- THATS WHERE MY POLARIS WOULD HOOK UP! THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD A WAITING LIST FOR ABOUT 2 - 3WKS.I SAID NO PROBLEM. SO AFTER 4 WKS I CALL THEM AND THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME OUT ON THE FOLLOWING WED. HE SAID HED TRY TO CALL ME ON MONDAY TO LET ME KNOW IF THEY WOULD BE THERE IN AM OR PM on WED. MONDAY ROLLS AROUND NO CALL. I UNDERSTAND PPL GET BUSY SO I DIDNT THINK MUCH OF IT.. WELL WED GOT HERE I HAD TO WORK SO I PAID SOMEONE TO STAY AT MY HOUSE AND WAIT FOR THEM.... THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I give 1 stars because the workers did a good job on my pool liner but project scheduling, following the contract, and customer service was awful. Jared and his boss made plenty of attempts to bully my parents by extending time of completion without notice, using whatever products they wanted instead of what was in the contract, and charging for services that werent approved or talked about. My word of advice woul be to pay the extra money and go somewhere more professional.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Knew exactly what I needed to do to clear up what appeared to be dead algae floating around in masses on bottom of pool...unlike that other pool store down the road. The only advise their associate could give me was oh you have one of those Walmart pools, you might as well just drain it and start over like water and algae know the difference in the brands of pools.

The people here were very helpful today. I just bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to care for my pool. They gave me a full education on what I needed to do and how much of what was needed. They explained my salt system to me and how certain types of chemicals are too harsh on my cheap liner. They even gave me a general idea on the condition of my system so I can save to replace older equipment. Best of all they helped me stay in my budget. I will definitely be back for all my pool needs from now on.

Patrick and Greg at the service desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. This place is very busy and you should expect to wait. If you catch them at a not very busy time they will help you get in and out quickly. Cheapest place in WR to get salt. The girls are good with the chemicals and testing the water.

As a new owner of a tiny 8ft pool they were amazing at explaining all of the crazy chemicals I didnt know anything about! So helpful!

Of everyone I talked to who has had business with them said they are AWFUL. I had to find out the hard way. BEWARE They are crooks, the workmanship does not last long bc I got the liner and its already tearing up, they never explain anything about why we use certain chemicals in our pool. The ladies who all work there act like they have a stick up there ***. The owner just looks at you never speaks, racist if you ask me (the white slim guy with glasses in back just sitting there never helps or acknowledges anyone). All around bad business and I doubt they will stay in shop if they keep this up. Karma is what they should watch out for treating people below there means, acting like there better than. BEWARE shoppers go online and use Google its your friend your better off ordering products bc its way cheaper I promise😉

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They actually will carry out your jugs of chlorine as soon as the see you bring empty into the store. Normally by the time Im done paying my jugs are already in my truck bed.

I buy some of my supplies from here such as liquid shock. They are a bit expensive but it is the only place I will shop except Wally-World. Great service. They make me feel good about owning an inground pool!

I would not recommend shopping at this store unless you know someone who works their. My husband and I spend over 20 minutes looking at electric pool cleaners and not one employee acknowledged our existence. I even walked over by one employee who was busy helping a lady pick out toys for the lake. She looked over at me but didnt even bother to speak. I still waited, but nothing. I joined my husband hoping he had better luck, nope. You would think if a person is looking to purchase a piece of equipment that cost close to $1,000.00, you might get some help. I get better customer service on-line and I guess that is where I will purchase a robotic pool cleaner.

We went to AAA on a Saturday to ask a few questions. Bonnie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we left with all of the information we needed. You can tell this is a business that takes care of its customers. We are excited to start a new relationship with such a friendly, professional company!

When are they actually open? Went by once at 5:45, nobody there, ok, thats fairly close to 6. Again today at 5 and... Theyre already closed. I really need something that only they have, versus the other pool supply places in town, and now Im just going to have to order online, bc why should I waste my time trying locally. I work until 5 (at the earliest) and this is ridiculous. Online is more convenient anyway.

Very poor customer service, they do not return your calls and they do not stand behind their work once work is completed and if something goes wrong they charge you to fix their mistake. Be very careful when dealing with them get everything in writing because they dont stand behind their word either.

Cheapest place in town for chemicals. Service in the store is usually good. Outside service such as pump repair, liner replacement, etc is okay.

They are always nice and ask if I need any help when I walk in the store. I cant lift the liquid chlorine (because of my back )and I ask if they can carry it to my vehicle and they always do with out any questions.

Agree with the different response from different employees. One employee displayed a very childless attitude. Recommendations from water analyses is very questionable and changes with different employees. Will not return.

It is so sad that the summer is over. We enjoyed our new pool and we are already eager for winter to pass so we can open it back up!

We bought a beaded above ground pool liner last summer at the one on Houston Lk Rd, 3 Weeks later it tore all to pieces it moved the pool so much it also tore it up, we went there showed them pictures they said they would send them to the place they get their liners, we called later and we called so many times I was ashamed to call any more, I even called before the end of the year we always got the same story from Ingrid, I will call you right back Well guess what this was last summer we didnt get our $313 dollars back and no she Never called back, I will never go to any AAA Pools again !
