Super service. Very knowledgeable, efficient friendly. Had ordered the wrong part, had located the Data Plate gave the service rep. All of the numbers from it, he found correct part number and placed it on order. Cant beat it. Recommend you take a picture of the serial number plate. The more information you have from your lawn mower better your chances to be successful.

I have a Hustler hidro gear that need a seal and the wheel spindle groves was damage, everyone else was trying to sell me a new one, saying that cant be repair even a local Husler dealership. I went to Powerhouse store and Raymond pull out a kit with all the parts and seals and in 15 minutes change everything for me in the spot saving me hundreds of dollars. Thats what I called superior customer service. Since then I dont waste time anywhere else, the knowledge, expertise and good customer service experience its always consistent.

Fantastic place. I went there to buy a new Stihl leaf blower because my current one was not running very well.I told the store clerk how my blower was running. He said that I could fix my old blower in about five minutes. He explained that the exhaust port was probably clogged up. They offered to fix it. They removed the exhaust plug cleaned it. Now it runs like new.There didnt charge anything to fix it and I didnt have to buy a new blower.

Hands down the best around!!! I will never buy or rent any tool or lawn care equipment from any place else!!! I rented a small 1600 psi electric pressure washer from them and I was the first person to rent it. Was brand new out of the package and got home and it began to loose power and smoke slightly. Called the guys there they said bring it in. I show up and they had a full size 2700 gas powered pressure washer waiting outside for me. They did NO additional charge and they had a full tank of gas in there for free for me!!! THATS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!. Well done powerhouse.

The folks at Powerhouse always go over and above to satisfy the customers and show their appreciation for your business. Knowledgeable, efficient and more economical than the box stores. Great Job Kevin!!Raymond and the crew are always busy but also always willing to help as quickly as possible. They are polite, even when busy, and dedicated to helping their customers. These folks are the real deal. Needed a new muffler for an Ariens mower. Online warehouse kept extending the delivery date. I called Powerhouse on Monday and they said it would be delivered on Wednesday. It was, and priced right, too. Next issue was hard cranking and no starting. Took the battery to them and they said it tested good. They recommended adjusting the valves, which I had never done. Talked me through it, and also recommended some Seafoam for a carbon build up issue. My mower runs like its brand new. These guys are now my go-to for parts, service, and advice. Thank you, Powerhouse!

In response to some not so pleasant experiences that some have had on here I believe we should always be given an opportunity to correct mistakes. I went in just before closing time on a Friday afternoon looking to buy a new Gravely zero turn. They didnt have the one that I wanted in stock, and would have to order it. That wasnt a problem, they told me they would have it by the following Friday, and they kept their word. Raymond and the salesman stayed way after closing time to work out a financing issue. We got the issue worked out, and Raymond was gonna order the mower for me on good faith and a hand shake. I then knew that the Powerhouse team truly cares about their customers, and will go above and beyond to take care of them. I highly recommend them to anyone for your lawn care needs or repairs. When I left today, I didnt leave as a more than satisfied customer, the Powerhouse guys built a friendship, and that means something to me. They will ALWAYS have my business.

Called to order a part for my mower. Was told it would be there on Tuesday around 2. Waited until 4 and called, was told the order didn’t get placed because they didn’t have enough to order without charging me freight. Had my number and could have called to ask if that was an issue. Next I’m told the part won’t arrive now until Friday. Went to outdoor in Macon and got the part on Tuesday. Called power house to cancel and I’m met with condescending Caleb on the phone. You didn’t think to call me, at least I let you know I didn’t need the part. Tried calling on my way to Macon to get the part and was placed on Hold again. I spent more time on hold then actually speaking with anyone. And you wonder why everyone is ordering online instead of buying local.Edit: was called a month later to be told my part had arrived.

Mr Moore this is Raymond Mullins I manage Powerhouse. As we always strive to take care of everyone that walks in our door. We sometimes miss the barrel. I am sorry your experience was not positive. Were we usually fail is when we step outside of our focus of product. Im not sure what manufacture part you order as you order was cancelled so I cant see it any longer but some manufactures that we dont deal with regularly we dont generate orders large enough to meet there minimums. Either way we definitely should have handled it differently so no excuse for that. I hope that one day we have the opportunity to make things right with you as we do keep a large inventory of parts for the brands we sell and a large percentage of the time we have what it takes to fix that. Thanks for giving us a try and sorry again we didnt take care of you.

First met Brandon at the 2016 Ga National Fair at the Powerhouse Booth. I was looking for a ZTR upgrade for my 6 year old Gravely ZTR. He took plenty of time to explain the features of the unit I was considering. He answered all my questions. He said to get a value for my mower he would need to see it so I told him I would try me best to get there as I live over a 100 miles away. I went there this past Friday with my mower loaded on my trailer. He and Raymond came out and went over everything to determine the value. As with an automobile, I was somewhat disappointed with the amount they offered me for my mower. But Brandon, Raymond and I continued conversation and they came up with a deal I could live with. They immediately got someone to begin getting my new mower ready. They even agreed to take the cover top off my old mower and put it on the new one as well as taking my hitch off my old ZTR and put it on the new one. However the hitch off my old mower would not fit so they ordered me the correct one for my new mower and will ship it to me. I must say they were very helpful and nice to me during the entire process. Had Brandon not taken the time to answer all my questions at the fair I would probably have never went to Warner Robins to buy my Gravely Pro Turn 260 ZTR. They have assured me that future service will not be a problem either. So special thanks to Brandon Causey as well as Raymond and the rest of the staff at Powerhouse for all their help.

I have bought many a tool from powerhouse, I have purchased 2 Lawn mowers and a lot of handheld. I have never been there when they are not busy and I never go there in a hurry. The sales staff have always been great. I also appreciate that the staff sells you what you need instead of what they make the most off of. Recently i went in and purchased a new zero turn mower. I cut about 1.5 acres of grass that is heavily landscaped. I talked to Raymond the manager and I was looking at mowers in the 3000 to 4000 range. He recommended I get a smaller mower. I was a little apprehensive. He told me if it didnt work out to come back and we would make it right and I would upgrade. It has been amazing. I bought a 42 inch xl and it cuts like a dream. I dont have a lot of sand so I didnt NEED the fabricated deck. He was right. I have sent several people up there and they have also bought or serviced equipment.I have worked in multiple industries and in all of them you have complaints. People are really quick to point out things that went wrong but rarely document great service. I was looking for a number to call them at and seen these comments.I have never met a team more willing to work with people than powerhouse. I have seen people in that that act a fool over something as tiny as not having a blade in stock that day.If you take one minute to remember that other people are out there in the wold maybe you would realize your mower just needed some TLC. Or maybe they didnt want to be rude and tell you the 3 month old gas you dumped in that thing is what is causing issues.I had a mower in there for a while under warranty, It was a diode that no one ever seen bad. They replaced 1000 bucks in parts/labor over 3 weeks for a 18.00 part. I got all of them still on the mower including a new clutch and relays ect.All I got from them was a loaner mower for a day and an apology for it taking so long.As far as that youtube video and 2 hours of your life after watching the video and having technicians fix other problems. My Labor rate is about 125 an hour. so that would be 250 plus any parts. My time is worth money as well.once again thanks Raymond and the powerhouse crew. Kaleb Bryan and Russel for doing the best job and providing outstanding customer service to a bunch of old grumpy retired military dudes like me.

It comes down to this ... if you dont have any knowledge... You are at anothers mercy ...I did not have the time to work this problem, so took it to Powerhouse Eqpt .... A Craftsman lawn tractor for repair, was loosing power after warm-up, I did not have time to work this problem, decided to pay someone to do it. Was told the carb was dirty, needed new gas filter, needed a new carb, and valves needed clearance properly set. I had prior cleaned the carb and set valve clearance, new plug, new filters (air n gas)... accomplished the easy, quick stuff. OK I dont have the time... do it and I want back all parts replaced, $167 and a week later picked it up, cant find the carb or gas filter replaced !?!. Fired it up and after warm up would NOT EVEN PULL ITS SELF!!! I pushed it into the garage. Demanded my money back for labor.... NO, bring it back. You did not fix it first .... Why give you more money the second time??!? looks like a SCAM to me or INCOMPETENCE. A month later, I spent an hour on YouTube, $110 for parts, 2 hr wrenching the engine, tuning the carb and 2 years later... Ive had no problems, zero . I vote with my wallet, I will never again darken the door of Powerhouse Eqpt.

Every time I’ve had a problem with a Stihl product, saw not oiling or chain not holding adjustment or whatever, they’ve corrected it on the counter right there in front of me. You can’t get support like that at the big box stores.
