Dont rent here, go somewhere- anywhere else.Truck broke down at 3 in the morning, uhaul wouldnt service the vehicle until 9 hours later. The roadside person said the fuel pump died and that we were lucky we werent driving it at the time. When the vehicle had been towed 3 hours after that, and the case closed out, we spoke to uhaul customer service about some kind of compensation. THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS STORE TOLD UHAUL WE TAMPERED WITH THE VEHICLE.If the manager here is shady enough to do something like that to us, imagine how much they could do to you too. Hopefully theyre removed from their position.

Customer service is sorely lacking. The person working there was totally disengaged.....no customer service skills. He apparently didn’t want to be there, and it showed. Talk about low-energy!!! When I returned the truck, I had a few items with me. I had to make a couple of trips to my car. As I was struggling a bit, he stood there watching me without offering help. Now I know it’s “not his job”, but it was only the two of us, and his help was clearly needed.

Replaced malfunctioning gate remote controls relatively quickly.

I took a Lyft to pick up a cargo van, only to be told once I got there that my card didnt authorize. There were funds on the card but the guy at U-haul said the bank might have put a block on it when they saw it was U-haul (which made no sense but okay). I used another card from a totally different bank that, also had more than enough funds. The card wouldnt authorize. I told him I felt like it was their system or their servers (on the pin pad, it had shown as approved on the screen on my end), but he insisted it was my bank(s). I called one of the banks while I was standing there for them to confirm nothing had come through on their end, indicating it was in fact U-hauls end that had the issue. I told the guy to cancel it and he had the nerve to look annoyed. Had he not insisted that all the blame lie on my end, I wouldnt even be writing this review, but he did. Now Im out $30 in Lyft fees, and I have no cargo van. Thanks U-haul! I wont be using this particular U-haul facility ever again, thats for sure.

Horrible service. The owner, William hooked up our trailer wrong and never should have rented me that one in particular. The lights went out on me on the road and I had no lights and had to say on the side of the road overnight. The wires were shredded when he rented it to me. Also, he did not hook up the trailer correctly and jeopardize my life and others by doing so. He did not hook up the chains and they kept falling down and sparking. I was finally pulled over by a truck driver who assisted me. This is horrible and I will NEVER utilize his business again. He needs more training or hire help that can do the job correctly. Shame on you sir! I have pictures also that I will publish of this horrible ordeal. Thank God for his mercy and Grace and that I was not injured or did not injure anyone else. Drove from GA to MI in danger because of your negligence to secure the trailer correctly sir!!

These guys were awesome for my last minute trailer rental. I called the other uhaul place thats closer to the base first, and that one closed a half hour early and didnt want to help me. This one however was great! Call here first!

A lot of interesting things to see over here in this plaza.

Amazing customer service. I got there at 6:55p right before closing and was treated with the same energy and respect youd expect earlier in the day. Youd never know it was closing time. Great experience overall.

Nice facility well gated not to much to worry about compared to surround area

Its a good spot if you just need some extra space around the house. Havent had any problems yet been almost a year with them.

I rented from them for well over a year. They had many changes in employees at one time which caused issues when I wanted to pay my bill and couldnt get anyone back up to the office. And all though I was paying monthly to access my unit anytime...that doesnt include access to the dumpster!

I arrived only to wait for almost 45 minutes. The young woman arrived and seemed bothered that I had called main number wandering where anyone was. Didnt really explain or say alot. I feel that customer skills could be improved!! Well see how the return goes.
