Zero stars would be more appropriate, but I cant post unless I give at least one star.My order was cancelled.ZERO notification.I had to call to find out.The order was not pushed to next day (like it was the last time, when they also jacked my order) ... it was cancelled altogether.No call.No text.No email.So, if I re-order, why would I expect that it wont happen again???This has been the sorriest & most pathetic customer service Ive ever experienced.I will say, they were friendly when I called.The guy apologized.Thats better than being rude, but it doesnt solve anything.I suppose thats what I can expect from now on, if I ever try this again - absolutely zero reliability, a total crapshoot, zero communication, but at least an apology when I call about my messed up order.

Quick and easy

Placed my order yesterday online, easy. Scheduled pick up from 12-1pm. Got an alert my order was ready at 11:50am, checked in at 12pm, arrived at 12:14pm. An associate came over at 12:20 to notify them what spot I was in. My car was being loaded by 12:30pm. Waiting for 15 minutes was way better than shopping for 2 hours after a long day at work. Totally recommend!
