Employees are super helpful and nice. Lots to look at, even though its a rather small shop. I ended up buying some riding gloves for a decent price. Would definitely come back again 😋

An awesome purchasing experience! I went to see Steve at noon on 4/28/20 at noon. I bought a Honda NC750X DCT. He arranged insurance and plates, delivered it all the way to Ann Arbor, added a helmet, and I was riding by 3:30 PM. The motorcycle is fantastic... the automatic clutch (dual clutch technology-DCT) is smooth. The ergonomics of this machine made for a comfortable ride for several hours. I’m very happy about this purchasing decision, and very glad I went to Suzuki of Warren.

Deals in Honda scooter and other models with the same tire size as mine and were unable to get a tire on the rim after telling me they could 2 separate times

Listen, I was on a ride from NYC to Seattle on my Rebel 500. In Ohio my left fork arm sprayed a fine mist into the air and proceeded to leak all the way up to Detroit. These guys went above and beyond to try to help me out when I was basically stranded with my machine. Just the willingness to help out a stranded rider is substantial and indicative of a wholistic understanding of the riding community outside of the business aspect. I really appreciate these guys and their work. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I recently had my bike serviced. The people there were very friendly. But after 3 weeks and $900 later I got my bike back with all new brakes but not all items I paid for was completed such as my Valves being adjusted. And my right front brake Lever was bent they tried to tell me it was from me laying the bike down (Due to my brakes being bad)when I 1st pulled up to the dealership but that was not the case
