First time shopping for specialty footwear due to medical condition with my feet. Was met in the store by Shawn and she said that they work by appointment to give the time needed to properly take care of the customer and she was able to set me up to come back in about an hour. Once I went back in I explained to Shawn what issues I had and what she would suggest. Shawn had a couple suggestions and went to get a couple pairs of shoes for me to try on. The first pair of shoes she selected are most likely the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I tried on the other pairs but the first was the best and I made the purchase. This is a smaller family owned shoe store but the customer care displayed here was unparalleled ! You have a new customer and I would recommend to my family and friends. Thank You !

So happy I found this place! I wear size 5 1/2 and extremely hard to find, plus I have fallen arches and my feet pronate inward. The staff can help find the right shoe for your needs and they can adjust them if needed😃👍. Just wish they had a larger selection but they do have nice options for being a small store.

Amazing service friendly appointment only but great shop

Several of our family members have been going to this shoe store for years. All of the stores staff who I believe are family members and owners of the store are very well trained in fitting shoes and being able to recommend shoes for the most difficult situations. Shoes are not cheap there but the quality is worth the price.

I needed new shoes for work where I walk at least 5 miles per day on concrete floors. Ive never bought high quality walking shoes, so I wasnt sure what to look for. After some research I decided to make an appointment at Footwear Footcare. Im so glad I did! I walked in and was greeted by the owner who asked what I was looking for. He assessed & measured my feet and immediately was able to tell me how I roll on the outsides of them when I walk and where my callouses were (he was spot on, I was surprised). He brought out 3 different pairs and they all felt amazing - I decided to go with the ones that provided the best ankle support.Knowledgeable, friendly, no-pressure service and I got exactly what I was looking for. Very happy and they have a customer for life.

A small business that caters to people, of all ages, who have problems with their feet. I have Mortons neuroma and degenerative joint disease, both in my left foot. Because of this, I was having a rough time finding comfortable shoes. Then a friend recommended Footwear Footcare. I finally found someone that understood my issues and was able to help me. I used to go to red wing shoes store for 25 years for work boots nothing but problems and they did absolutely nothing about it Came here for my first time in March 2020 . I’ve been back two times for different shoes . You need to ask for Shawn she is a specialist at her job, if I could give it more than five stars I would.

I made several trips to this store trying to find a perfect shoe for a recovery of ankle sprain and 5th metatarsal fracture. They took so much time with me and had so much patience. Wonderful store, wonderful staff.

My wife went to see if they could help with her foot pain. They fitted her with a pair of gravity defer shoes. After about one year she went back and got another pair of the same shoes and they feel great. Footwear Footcare is very knowledgeable and helped her with great shoes. She will go back for another pair of shoes when these wear out. Thanks for your help and excellent service.

My foot dr recommended the store to me years ago. I have referred many people. The shoes are comfortable and stylish. I love everyone that works here especially Shawn. Always takes her time with me. Love it.

3 years ago I was in a cast because I had severe Plantar Factitious and I tore the tendon on the bottom of my foot. I was fitted with a pair of shoes from footwear footcare and within a month I was able to build up my arches and the pain was gone! Im also on my feet with my job for several hours a day. I had back issues, but now the back pain is gone. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I believe the owner said theyve been in business for 35 years! They carry all the top brands and now I am a customer for life!
