As always, WalMart pharmacy is so easy to deal with. The pharmacists dont make me feel rushed when I have questions, the techs are always extremely friendly, and they dont mind if I check out a few other items as I come through their line. Wouldnt go to any other pharmacy in this area.

This has to be the worst pharmacy around! The people that are working have no clue what they are even doing. There is a line of 20+ people and one person to running it all. It’s ridiculous. I even called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready and the pharmacy confirmed it was. I waited in like for 25 minutes just for her to say it was not ready. I have now been waiting going on an hour! This is just a horrible way to run a business. 😑

This Walmart Pharmacy is the worst Ive ever experienced. On more than one occasion they have disappointed me. The latest being that I called in a refill that was suppose to be ready on Thursday at 10am. Friday I went to pick it up and it was never filled! Im told give us a few minutes it will be ready. 20 minutes later it was still not filled, I took the prescription to another pharmacy, it was filled in 10 minutes!

Very high volume. You are just a last name and a birthday. Inconvenient having to park and walk all the way into Walmart for a prescription, especially if you are short on time.

If I could give 0 I would. Nothing but trouble every time I have to get to this pharmacy. This evening my friend got his wisdom teeth taken out and a medication was called in TWO hours before we got there. We get there and it isn’t filled, it takes them over 35 minutes to get it done. I get back in line to see if it’s ready and when it’s my turn to come up, their employee Katie let’s someone cut me after I’ve been in line AGAIN for 10 more minutes, so we’re at 40 minutes total now. Already furious and another worker comes to the counter and this woman tries cutting me again so of course I go “no it’s my turn”. I explain my situation and how my friend is in a lot of pain and this was supposed to be done sooner and Miss Katie decides to get attitude with me about it saying the other woman was waiting as well. Okay Kate, well does she have fresh holes in her mouth just got done with surgery and has had no meds yet? No, I thought not.Horrible service.

Dropped my prescriptions off 30 min before closing. They were still able to get my medication to me and even stayed a little past closing to do so.

I went here yesterday and bought $130 worth of merchandise. Today, went to return a iPhone charger that didnt work and 2 inexpensive articles of clothing that didnt fit--with the intention of getting items that would fit as well as groceries while I was there! Undoubtedly, I would have spent at least $100 more, as usual! I HAD my receipt in hand! The CSR, Josh, scans one of the items throws it to the side and says he can do nothing with it because it isnt on the receipt. I tell him to try again. He refused! I read the barcode to him from the item and receipt... Both match with the exception of the last digit--however, anyone who has ever ran a register at Walmart knows you often have to drop the last digit from the number. I asked him to pull the camera from when I was there yesterday- he replied he wouldnt. He said I did not purchase the item. He calls me a liar(apparently accepted by management!) I asked for asked for a manager-he replied he was a manager (he wasnt. He was CSR) I asked for an assistant--he (Nick) comes, crosses the number in the telzon and tells the CSR it is the same item. I tell him he can give it to me in cash or gift card and he responds he will not. I tell him I am thoroughly pissed to be called a liar by the CSR and have him tell me he will not refund my money for any reason other than he doesnt want to. He respond that I am pushing my luck by questioning him and he does not have to help me because he reserves the right to refuse service. I inform him I will be contacting corporate ASAP! He says good for you... I take a picture and tell him it is for corporate--Nick throws his hand up and tells me pictures are not allowed in their store

Poor customer service, VERY rude pharmacist, have been filling the WRONG prescription for months now, and got an attitude today when I asked that it be fixed finally. How dare I ask the pharmacist to order the medication that our patient actually needs??? Go anywhere else.
