Purchased a Country Cut 44 Trail Cutter tow behind mower. This machine is a beast. I pull it with a Polaris Sportsman 570. Have rough terrain to go over and it handles it with ease. The machine performs just as specd in their descriptions. Gas consumption is great. Customer service was great when I needed them. BUY THIS MACHINE. ITS WELL WORTH IT.

I recently got delivery of a Rough Cut, pull behind, brush cutter & a Road Buster gravel grader. Delivery was great; mostly assembled in wooden crate(s) the ordering, shipping & delivery aspects were perfect. I particularly like the Road Buster! I have a very long driveway; several miles. Ease of use, assembly & very sturdy. Knocked out my potholes & wash outs in a few hours. The rough cut is good. No complaints. Im mowing up one side of the road & back the other. Also a gravel pit & a few miles of walking paths. Does a good job. Id have liked an easier connection to tow vehicle... But again, works well & good quality. Thanks Swisher Folk

I am an owner of a 66 Tow-behind mower and it has been great. The shear weight and build quality is impressive. The engine starts the first time every time. When I had a small issue with a part, the customer service department was knowledgeable and friendly. There were no excuses or runaround, just plain good service from a reputable company. I would buy from here again and again and plan on doing so.

Swisher mowers are some of the best in the business. I have a zero turn with a 60 deck for my yard, and the mower gets things done. They also have these Shelters called ESP Shelters which are near indistructable. Its also nice that Swisher products are all made in the United States.

I bought a brand new ZTR60. I try to buy US made products whenever I can. However, after approximately 400 hours of use the hydraulic transaxle blew. I called to order a new one but they no longer make this part anymore and they have no aftermarket parts. Their fix????? You can buy a brand new mower for 5,000. Good job on standing behind your products. These products are a waste.

Picked up a load. They were easy to deal with. Got loaded super quick. Staff were friendly. Just their washroom sucked.

They have a little bit of everything, but all the female employees that work in the clothes section act like the customers are wasting their time and wont acknowledge the customer and keep carrying on their conversations. The lady working the front register is friendly though

I recently bought a used swisher mower that been stored outside . It needed lots of TLC. The previous owner try to rebuild but was unsuccessful. My first thought was to I.D. the unit,disassemble,make a list of parts and get them ordered.The previous owner broke some parts trying to get it apart.Causing me to get some replacement part from the factory.I place my ordered for a couple of new spendals.When i received them i mic them to make sure everything was the same . It was not. The bearing fits was .003 undersized The old ones where right on size. I came to your company trying to get some replacements for my replacements. Your parts people did know what to do so they had another person call me back when he finally got in the office. The problem was he told me that the parts were on size by there prints and was trying to tell me, a guy with 35 years of micing bearing fits, that a bearing lose lose on the shaft was ok . That if he sent me new parts they would be just as bad as what i got. He said that swisher did not make most of there parts .That they contact them out and their prints stated +-.002. I said no you mean +- .0002. he said no +-002. so i had to peen and lock tight to keep my bearings in place.Ive never peen a part in my 35 years of doing business. it was a bad in our shop even our secretary said she knew that was wrong and laugh at your incompetence and lack of knowledge The customer service was bad.Management i would have fired the guy that give me such line line of bull. I thought i might had caught a big screw up and was help correct a problem, but found out you done it on purpose. Instead of my in the USA. your sign should say half assed in the USA with China made parts If i need parts in the future ill know to go to my local machine shop and have them made in the USA by the people that know something . Good luck on sell all of those defected parts
