Picked up the new iPhone from the Apple Store and went here hoping to activate my phone. The manager told me they had issues activity iPhone 13 since launch and literally told me the only workaround was paying off all of my devices and migrating to t-mobile. To use one phone, he wanted me to pay thousands. Went to a CORPORATE location and they activated my phone in minutes. Manager was trying to get sales off on me thinking I was uneducated. Very janky business, as most third party retailers are. Would not recommend, 0/10

AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 11 YEARS, I stopped in this location to disconnect a line, add a line & upgrade my phone. I was told I needed to contact customer service. I explained to the gentleman I already contacted customer service & they referred me to walk into a store. He then said with attitude he doesn’t understand why customer service keeps telling people to come into the store. He then tells me I need to go to a corporate store for my needs. He then continued his conversation he was having with a female. I left & went to a corporate store on chagrin & green. Horrible customer service at this location.

I bought a refurbished phone which I tried to return within a week because of issues. I was told there was nothing wrong with the phone and the manager refused to take it back. I am now done with Sprint. Lesson learned.. the customer is smart enough to know if their phone is not working. I am also contacting the better business bureau.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 10years, and after a series of unfortunate events with them this past year I decided to terminate my contract out of anger and dissatisfaction. I was disgusted that I had to pay an early termination fee but, those were the terms of my contract. After 3 months of no cellular service, i decided it was time to reconnect. I read a few reviews on the top cellular services, low and behold, Verizon was at the top of the list and Sprint followed. I had Sprint service almost 20yrs ago and i couldnt recall why I left. I recently relocated from NY to OH so I figured it was time to reconnect; new city, new service. Upon entry, I was greeted by sales consultant, Anita Davidson. She was very patient with me as I continued to rant about my experience with verizon. She was very articulate and I could tell that she had product knowledge as well as experience in dealing with indecisive customers such as myself. She assisted me in selecting the best phone and plan to suit my needs. I am truly appreciative! This, by far, is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Thank you Sprint for employing such an intelligent, articulate, and well mannered individual, and thanks again Ms. Davidson for your excellent customer service!

I was assisted by sales associate, Anita Davidson. She very warmly greeted me as walked in the door, with a smile that knocked my socks off. I was immediately attracted to her and knew right away that this girl could probably convince me to buy everything in the store. Not that Im gullible or anything. Shes just that damn good looking. Anita is also an honest and knowledgeable employee, because Im sure she noticed the dreamy look in my eyes as she approached me, yet she still didnt try to take advantage and hit me with the swindle. She throughly explained to me each of the service plans, and made sure not to leave out any deals or discounts I might be eligible for. Needless to say, I am very happy with my phone and service plan I purchased from Anita Davidson. Id love the chance to thank her by taking her out on a date sometime? Im sure she does look kind of different outside her work clothes...

Prices were expensive, wait for food long at the table to find out they had the order wrong. They said they would fix it but that order came wrong also. The manager did not come to talk to us so tomorrow we call headquarters. Also the music was very loud hard rock. No it was not busy, 1 or 2 other patrons there. The paper thin burger was not worth it.

I came into the store and wasn’t even acknowledged. I waited for about 10 minutes as two employees assisted one customer. They never said someone will be right with you or if they could help me.

Went in to ask a few questions about service I used to have with Sprint. A worker by the name of Dominic helped me. He was super helpful and answered everything I needed to know and got me in and out of the store with exactly what I wanted!

Actual/Real customer service is a thing of the past, ESPECIALLY Good/Excellent Customer Service now thats just a myth (Id know ive been in retail mgmt for 15years)! Trying to find a good cell phone much less a good provider is such a gamble nowadays and I was basically a slave to AT&T for years just because of the fact that I didnt want to deal with it... too complicated of an experience, like signing your life away. But I got tired of my surprise cell bill every month and ever month AT& T would pull a rabbit out its hat to justify why my bill was never the same. When I went to Sprint at Legacy Village I had just started to look for a new provider, it was my first stop and I had no intentions on purchasing anything. My sales consultant Anita Davidson changed that as soon as I came in the door. The store had a lively but comfortable atmosphere and excellent music. I felt no pressures and was left free to take my time in looking; Ms. Davidson was very approachable but direct she was able to ask just a few questions to get the answers she needed to gauge where I was and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. I explained to her that I didnt really have the time to stand there and wait, I had 3 lines to port and I just knew that was going to be a LONG time and I was clear that I wasnt purchasing anything that day. After Anita promised me that it wouldnt be that long and explained to me the promo on porting my lines, I went ahead and did it and she took her time and was very pateint with me while I picked my phones. She even explained every single detailof every phone I looked at and had questions about. The time flew by, she took her TIME explained EVERYTHING to me from what to expect on my first 2 bills, what the process for porting my lines, she transferred all my numbers even wwaited for me to return to the store with my other 2 phones to make sure that I transferred my contacts & pictures to those successfully. It was really an effortless purchase which I appreciated more than I think she knew. I left there feeling as I had made the best decision, instead of feeling like I signed my life away. Since then Ive had to call the store and have always gotten GREAT service and my bill has always been what it shouldve been and have no surprises. Anita Davidson, changed how I felt about cell phone providers & its sales people and the Sprint store at Legacy is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!!
