RX auto care is willing to listen to what You want and provide you with what you NEED. This is very helpful when you have an older car that needs to keep going but doesnt have to be made brand new. I took my car there without an appointment on a Wednesday morning. They were busy with appointments and other walk-ins. I was greeted immediately and they took a look at my car right away and gave me an estimate and offered to complete the repair the same day or I could call to schedule a time that was convenient for me. There was no pressure and no surprises. I went back later that day when the part arrived and while I was waiting I noticed that everyone that had gone in either knew another customer waiting or had an established relationship with the guys at the shop. My car was fixed right (I took it somewhere else before for repair) and quickly. This place is not only a hidden gem but a model for any other business. They know customer service, quality work and are clearly just all around good people. I think 30 + rave reviews speaks for itself. Beyond 5 stars. Thank you!

Having just moved to the area, we were enticed here by the great reviews when a car repair became necessary. Im happy to say this is going to be our new place! The main thing for me is to find a repair shop that is honest and doesnt try to push you into repairs you dont need or charge you an arm and a leg, and Rx Auto Car definitely delivers. I went in for brake work, and they were totally honest in saying that the front brakes still had some life in them, though the back brakes needed work, and I really appreciated that. They even gave us an approximate time frame, which really helps us so we can start preparing financially. Also, the people were friendly and easy to talk to and provided excellent service all around - including a pickup!

The guys at RX Auto Care are quality auto repair craftsman. They do a great job at a great price and they stand behind their work. Our family has been taking our vehicles to them back when it was Radiator Express.When they worked on my truck, they only repaired what needed to be done, stating the other parts were not worn and did not need to be replaced. They tell it like it is, at a competitive price. Cant go wrong at this shop.

RX is the greatest. There was no other repair shop that compares. Their knowledge and experience has none to compare. And the prices were very reasonable . Id rate them a 10 if i could but 5 is the max so they definitely get a major 5 stars from me.

Took my car to Rx after I felt I was being taken advantage of at another shop. They put they car on the lift and after 10 minutes there was a plan to repair only what needed repairing. They earned my business that day and I will continue to patronize their business in the future. The work was performed in a timely fashion and I felt I received an excellent value.

Always forth right. Explained my repair options. Reasonably priced. Stand behind their work. My last repair on my 17 year old car was for a dead spot on my starter. I took it in around Noon. They called back with a verified diagnosis and repair option/estimate around 2:00 P.M. and called for me to pick up the repaired vehicle around 4:15 P.M.--all on the same day! Their suggestion for a rebuilt starter rather than a new one saved me big bucks!!

Came in with a transmission issue. RX auto called the dealer and found that there was 2 weeks left of warranty. Towed it to the dealer and transmission was repaired the following week under warranty. Great Service

The best auto shop in dupage county. Ive been to about 10 over the last 15 years and I always come back here. They are straight shooting and honest people. They wont buckle and dime you and will tell you exactly what it will cost before the work starts and keep in contact throughout the process.

These car mechanics are the real deal. I was served by Ron, he happily checked my car out for free, identified why my coolant was leaking because of a cracked radiator and replaced it the next day in an hour! The price was reasonable too... **thumbs-up**

I called around for a heater core replacement and they were the best price and could get me in on short notice. They got the job done on time and at the quoted price. They also checked my charging system free of charge since my battery light was on. Great service and great attitude - nice guys to work with.

Ive used RX Auto Care three times, once when they were still Radiator Express. This place is always the lowest price of the quotes I get for my repairs. Twice, the final price I paid was even less than the amount they quoted me in the first place. That had never happened to me before with mechanics. My friend turned me on to this shop and it is the only place Ill go from now on.
