Eric helped me change my service provider to T-Mobile. We encountered a couple problems because my old service provider was terrible. Eric was able to solve every problem and find an answer to every question we needed in order to switch to T-Mobile. He was very patient and friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be referring people to this T-Mobile store.

I went there to check my options for an upgrade and met this rude representative named Jayce. While I was working with another employee at the store, she interrupted rudely trying to tell me it was not okay for my son to be going in and out of the store because they had a ring every time the door opened. How baseless and senseless her call out was, I am still appalled. Are you telling me once we step into your store, we are not allowed to step out. I will make sure this gets to her manager as well but being such a big company, the employees working there should be more professional, courteous and make some sense when they talk.

I went to the store because my phone was not working looking for help with what to do. I ended up leaving with a new device and my bill went down. amazing workers, very great atmosphere.

Their customer service is very bad. This is the nearest store for me.Their service even goes very low on T-mobile tuesday. Whenever you go there, they will ran out of stuff. I have been trying here for the last 1 year but never succeed once. I went lunch times around 11, or 2 or 3PM. It doesnt matter the time of the day. they will always run out of supplies.

Laraesa is the most patient person I have ever met in my life. She was very helpful and Ana was excellent support.

They were suppose to order my wife a phone and call us when it was in. I received no call or message saying it was in after 3 days. After calling them the person told me there was no phone order on this account and would have to come in to do this process all over again. I will be going to another T Mobile store. What a great way to gain a new customers trusts in a carrier that cant even order a phone for you right.

I wont bore you with the details of changing cell service because you already know it pretty much always sucks. But Emmanuel at this store patiently goes above and beyond, major kudos to that guy.

Was just in the store for 20 minutes to buy two note 10+s and transfer from sprint. Didnt get greeted, completely ignored the whole time I was there, so I left.UPDATE: Ive reached out to the owner (per their request) and have received no response.

I added line and purchased iPhone 8 plus. I told lady rep not to add any protection plan and she said for sure there is no plans added. After two weeks I received protection plan agreement via mail and I had to call t-mobile to cancel it.
