Just went there tonight at 9:55pm. Everytime I visit family in Naperville I go to this very Dairy Queen. I ordered a Rocky Road Royal with extra marshmallow in the middle like I always do. I got no marshmallow at all. Then when I got towards the bottom, I got a scoop full of what I think was hand soap. I threw up several times on my hour drive home. I dont think I will be eating any kind of ice cream for a very long time.

Ice cream is good, no doubt, but what is up with these kids having an attitude? My husband and I went and there were 4 I’m guessing high schoolers, all of which had an attitude. Be welcoming please. A smile won’t hurt, getting off your phones won’t hurt. Rolling your eyes when customers comes in won’t do you any good. Thank you.

Guys working were very kind and made the treats perfectly. Thank you! My kids enjoyed it.

This Dairy Queen has a lot of nostalgia for me, and conjures memories of my childhood and visits to get ice cream. On a hot day, you can stop here for a milkshake or other sweet treats. They have a drive through window, and it always seems pretty clean.

Service was great product not so much

Definitely my go-to spot when I want a ice cream treat. My favorite would be the New York strawberry cheesecake yummm. Customer service is always friendly and professional and speed of service is always fast.

On a hot summer day what a relief for a blizzard. My wife tries to tell me to try something new but it seems to always be the Oreo cookie that brings me back. The drive-thru is a little funky during the night you drive up to the window to order in a million bugs coming in window from the lights at the drive-thru window. Other than that not a bad place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Oreo blizzard my daughter ordered had paper in it that appeared to be from some type of ice cream container. She threw the paper at me and inhaled the Blizzard anyway.

Just went here with my bf because he wanted ice cream.. I prefer la michoacana

This DQ has indoor seating, ice cream cakes and hot dogs. The funnel cake ice cream dessert was alright. The funnel cake was a little stale and certainly not near as good as a carnival funnel cake. The strawberry cheesecake blizzard is the star of the show here.

Me and my family have stopped by here quite a bit with it being so close to one of our after school activities. High schoolers run it for sure but they know what theyre doing. Weve never had an order messed up. Ice cream is good, never sits and gets melty before we get it. Employees are friendly, and inventive when you need them to be. (I have a dairy allergy toddler)

They get very crowded after baseball and softball games and do a great jpb of getting everyone served. Drive thru is nice, too bad cant place order until you are at the window.

Arrived at 9:45 pm. Big neon sign was lit open, the hours said open til 10pm, but the door was locked and people were cleaning up to leave early. Waste of my time to stop.

Love DQ. Sometimes they dont knits how to make various blizzards if they arent in the current rotation.
