We needed short term storage and found CubeSmart to be reasonably priced; they provided month-to-month options; and were responsive to our inquiries. Their staff were polite, efficient, and met our needs all for a reasonable price. It was good to deal with a company who is responsive to their customers and with employees that take pride in their working and in serving their customers needs.

Bridgette was fantastic. Answered all my questions before I could ask them and showed us the units available. Could not have been a better experience!

She was very nice and knowledgeable about the storage process, which only took a short time to complete. Not only is the price competitive, the unit was clean and only a 3 minute drive from out home. Bridgette was so helpful discussing the different storage sizes, pricing and payment options. The facility is very clean and open making it easy to navigate with a truck. Bridgette is always available to answer questions and I had a lot!

The space was as described but the hidden fees (administration fee, lock fee (that I couldnt delete from cart), etc.) that surpassed my 1 month rate.My only other grip was the spider webs/spiders in the corner of the unit and the light was missing but the small 5x10 unit could be well lit with natural light from the sun during the day. I just cant visit after sundown.

I stopped by this location over last weekend and I must say that I was fully please with the General Store Manager service, knowledge, professional and attention. She was both pleasant and kind. I enjoyed how she knew so much about the products, storage units and the community. Furthermore, she gave me her business card and told me to call her for any and all of my storage needs. I went by to look for storage and came to this location. Romello treated me with the upmost respect. Im a bit older and not knowing to much about storage he helped me understand it in the best way possible. He was also very patient with me. I would definitely recommend this location. Great customer service.

Ive been at this facility for a few months now and every time i come in to the office i feel more welcome to be here every time. Talking with mello makes me want to always come to the facility more often even if there taking my money lol. Some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time.

A wonderful place to do business with. Mike was a lot of help and very easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy and showed me how to operate the gate code. He made sure I had everything set and if I had any questions, not to hesitate to call him. A great guy and a true asset to the company.

Mike was amazing. He showed me the facility and took us on a tour on the golf cart. In the office we set up the monthly withdraw from my account so I would not have to do it later.When I arrived, he helped me unload my car and made sure the codes worked. Well illuminated and a safe place to store anything and everything!

Lots of rate hikes in a two year period. Not competitive rates anymore.

Needed to store my boat on short notice. Was able to get in the same day on a Saturday. Prices were fair and service was outstanding. After speaking with Michael and getting the storage space squared away, I felt much better about leaving my boat at the storage space. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Convenient hours, access, payment online, friendly staff.

This was my first time storing at cube smart, and it has been a great experience so far. Shar helped me, and she was very nice and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease and confident that I was getting quality service by evaluating my needs and answered all of my questions. I would recommend for the great customer service alone! I also like the security feature of having a locked passcode gate, in addition to the individually locked unit.

Its a storage place, not much more to say. The roads in this place are narrow and slopes in the middle. Its also hard to maneuver around other peoples cars and good luck getting a big moving truck in there let alone a trailer.

Been renting storage many years, but this is my first time storing with Cubesmart. I started renting a few months back, but hadn’t been to the locker since I move in. Stopped by the office today to ask for help getting in the gate and not only did Shar greet me at the door and offer me a water, but she also knew exactly who I was by name. Just off of our first encounter months ago. I was blown away and jokingly told her I was gonna have to find another storage because it was creepy that she remembered me. She looks at me and goes, “Well sir, that’s always an option. There are many other competitors around. Just remember, you don’t get this type of quality service just anywhere now!” And she is definitely right! If you’re looking for storage and great service, look no further...
