Great place to get stuff that you dont want to pay full price at a store for

Love the staff. My son was so curious and wanted to run free. The store manager was completely understanding. Definitely felt like family engagement.

Helpful staff and decent selection

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than those at a normal store but you do get the convenience of making payments as well as insurance the whole time you have it.As far as the comments about them calling you a lot that is only when you are past due. If you make your payments on time you never hear from them. Way better than Aaron’s where you pay 10x the price it’s worth.

Good place for anything you need for your house

I have never owned anything from these people, but they have gotten it in their thick skulls that Im someone named Donald who is apparently a week late on payments. I dont know who Donald is, but they were very rude the first time they called. The guy who spoke to me acted like I was lying when I told him that he had the wrong number. He kept demanding that I pay them, without even telling me that he was a rent a center representative until about 2 minutes into the call. After I got off the phone with that piece of work, I blocked the number and went on with my business. Two days later I woke up at 8:00 with 2 messages left on my phone from a new number demanding I pay them. So I did the rational thing. I blocked them again. So they just keep calling with new phones over and over. I try to tell them that Im 16 Im not even allowed to buy anything from rent a center and I have no idea who Donald is. Its bordering on harassment now. Please, for your sake never buy ANYTHING from these guys.

Jose and the other staff are always Kind and nice we have been going thro this particular rent-a-center for about 7 to 10 years paid off every item i have got from them and still have items im paying on. always a help if something happens to happen to a item would not go any where else.

Awesome people and they help lower my bill

Dont even deserve a star, they called twice a day every day. Then when you try to call them back to explain what is going on they just ignore the call. So, to save everyone from wasting money. Go somewhere else.

Cheap price and cheaper quality

Never ever ever go through these people,I have used aarons and premier and cant even explain to you how horrible rent a centers practices are. I actually have saved voice mails from the harassment, they have called my job pretending to be a customer to talk to me, they pretty much make their own prices every time I talked to them my pay off amounts be very made sense they had no rhyme or reason to their practices. Horrible.
