My girlfriend got her root hair colored. They said it was going to stay for a minimum of 3 months. It didn’t last a single shower. 3 days later when asked, the manager replied her hair grew. I do understand hair grows, but in 3 days, that I do not agree with.“POOR SKILS ULTA” and the store would not help wit it.

The woman that did my hair was great. She fixed the color. Im happier with it now. She also explained the process [which was helpful]. I made an appointment to return for more services. I found some hair products there as well. I wasnt sure I would find stuff for my hair texture (I was pleased).

I love Ulta Beauty as a whole. But not the employees at this store. Lazy. Only sits behind the counter and play on there phone and talk bad about who walks in and if they dont look good.

I love this store. I am a disabled woman and my associate helped me every step of the way . From a cheerful hello as I walked in the door to holding my shopping bag and going from isle to isle with me until my shopping needs were filled. Best place to get makeup

I had a great experience a few days ago. Arielle was very helpful finding me a suitable skin cleanser that would help my skin. She was very friendly, humorous, and easy to talk to. The store was in wonderful condition and clean. I would highly recommend this store!

On one hand, this store has a great selection of beauty products for men and women. Many products they sell arent available anywhere else in the area, which before, could only be ordered online. But with convenience comes price. Their stuff is more on the pricey side. So to sum up my review, Ulta its a great place to pick up hard to find products, but you are better off ordering them online if youre willing to wait for delivery.

I wish i could give 0 rating..! Bad hair color service. Bad customer service. Really bad experience, just waste of money and time. Color just wears off in couple days..! Did not expect this from ulta.

One of the worse haircuts of my life. This woman just couldn’t cut hair. Thank Goodness the “haircut” she gave me was less than a trim (not what I asked her to do) and there was minimal damage, but a complete waste of my time and money. Vogue Beauty School grad with less than 1 year experience charging $50.

The staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful. I never leave with out what I went for and if I do they make sure it is ordered and on its way to my house . Truly love the versatility and that the stuff I use is all in one store. and close to me.

I had my hair cut colored and styled by Caree!!! She does a wonderful job! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

Lauren did my makeup for my wedding yesterday and I fell in love on how it turned out. All of the girls there are nice and helpful.

Ciara is THE best for hair. Cheaper than the others and super good customer service I’ve been coming to her for almost a year now and will follow her if she ever happens to leave.

First time at an ulta. Was recommended a foundation color that didnt match my skin. I thought the girl would have tested the foundation, they did have tables with mirrors and i thought she would have. Sop now Im stuck with a $40 tube of foundation that doesnt match :(

Ive been to the Ulta in Goshen and I loved it. The Ulta in Warsaw turned me off quite a bit. Upon walking in I wasnt greeted which is not a huge deal. I actually needed help finding what I was looking for so I stood at the front door like a deer in headlights for a few minutes and still no one approached me. I decided to venture into the store down numerous aisles and finally found the one I was looking for it. By now Ive had a number of Associates walked by me and no one offered to assist me. So I got my phone out and looked up what I was looking for and found that Target had it for cheaper so I went elsewhere. Ill definitely be back to Ulta in Goshen definitely not Warsaw. Customer service is key.

Ladies there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. These places have an amazing amount of choices.

Everyone was really nice but it was not what I expected i went to get my hair and makeup done for my weddding and i explained that I wanted a 50s style wave to my hair and makeup to match that style she just curled my hair with a curling iron and combed it out i could of did that myself and my makeup was really bad she had to redo the makeup twice it was not what i wanted at all it was hard to believe that the makeup application was so bad after seeing everyone that works there and how they apply thier own makeup at the end someone helped me it was better but not what i really envisioned for my wedding day they need more experienced makeup artists and hair stylist especialy someone who can work with women of color like myself

I used to really like this Ulta and it used to be my favorite one. However lately every time I visit I have had a negative experience thanks to the employees to the point that Im just kinda like nah, i would rather not have my evening ruined by rudeness. My last visit all the employees were gathered around a makeup display that i was waiting to look at, gossiping like high schoolers (although to be fair they didnt look much older than high schoolers). No one really acknowledged or acted like there were customers in the store, it was awkward.My past few experiences have been marred by cashier rudeness. I was met with an attitude for asking about a sale sign and having a price double checked. Ive always been very polite because I know being a retail cashier can suck but i dont think its too much to just be kind in return.Ill probably start shopping more at the Fort Wayne Ultas if i can, I shopped there for years before moving and cant remember ever feeling dread when walking into their stores.Update 7-22: the atmosphere has GREATLY improved at this location since I wrote this review. Theres a lot of different people there now and it seems like a much friendlier polite atmosphere. Ive gone back to shopping here more.0

My daughter went here for a hair style and makeup application and it was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. I let her use my debit card thinking it would be around 50-75 dollars. It was $170! Never again!
