Went to buy an electric fireplace heater. Havent put them out yet but nice to know we could order online and have delivered to our home or to the store.

I frequently use the paint dept. At this location. Ask for Dave . Very knowledgeable with the Stores painting supplies. He will help you save time and money. Also checking out is more pleasant with a real person. If you are lucky Inez will be on a register. She has been at the warwick location for 29 years. Always a smile and a pleasant disposition.

Ordered 3 items and had to come back and wait for them to drop a pallet Everytime. One shelf was missing parts. Another item they picked the wrong lids for my bins. Then come to find out they gave me 25gallon bins instead of the 35gallon bins I ordered to begin with.Naturally I was a bit frustrated and the old guy BoB staff member decided to give me attitude when I said those arent the bins when it said 55g. He couldnt tell the difference between 35g and 55g then got mad at me. Now Im sitting here waiting at home Depot for my items this entire time writing this review.That is what ultimately made me write this review.

Lets just say I had the WORST EXPIERENCE at Home Depot tonight!!!!! I went in to buy an AC and the pricing sign was incorrect. BONNIE the only manager on duty told me the sign was incorrect, when I asked her to produce the right sign it was nowhere to be found. She proceeded to belittle me and my girlfriend. She even went as far as saying to my girlfriend, and I quote, ARE YOU EMBARESSED YET. Another supervisor came along and offered me a $50 credit to witch BONNIE said she would not approve. I paid full price and my girlfriend left crying. I hope BONNIE gets fired for her improper treatment of customers. Another employee told me if I dont like it, theres a Lowes down the street. Lets just say Ill never be shopping at Home Depot again!!!!

I was waiting for over 40 minutes just to call the curbside pick up but they never contacted me even after I checked in even after I arrived it was insane to wait that long and no one tried to contact me until I had enough waiting and looking at the app saying that someone will be outside. It looked like coverage was lacking I don’t blame the workers for retail lawyers not wanting to pay workers to come in it’s not their fault but shouldn’t have taken that long maybe Home Depot should stop being so cheap and hire more people and put people on more hours then have their customers wait for so long because I’m assuming there was no coverage seeing people running all over the place. I put one star because the workers did try and I saw that but the company as a whole needs to stop being greedy and accommodate to their customers better.

Staff was very helpful. The worker in the lumber section was very helpful with making sure we got the right wood and that it was cut to the measurements we needed.

Doris went above and beyond to help us with our microwave, we could not find anyone in the appliance department to help us so I went up front to Customer Service and Doris was AWESOME!!! This store is constantly out of items and is severely under staffed. Very very difficult to find an employee at all let alone one familiar with various products that are sold there. Nearby Lowes store is much better in both regards.

Poorly stocked compared to some of the other Home Depots that Ive been to. At least for the items that I look for. For example 2x 3x 8 Lumber poor selection. Swiffer heavy duty replacement pads never can find them but they do sell them. Is there a certain items that people purchase a lot but when you go to this store theyre always out of it all the time.

I never leave reviews but this store is constantly off on there inventory. I check ahead of time to make sure the items I need are in stock before going and once I show up they never have what is listed online for the store location. This has happened so many times. Anytime you ask for assistance they don’t want to help. You have to search the top shelves yourself for any chance of items being in a box higher up.

They are the best stocked Home Depot in the area, and the most polite by far. I go out of my way to go to this location.

I was very disappointed to find out that you couldnt go into the garden shop until 8 you had to walk through the entire store to get in and then go back to the registers to check out the woman who was watering the plants at the garden shop was extremely helpful helpful she loaded things into my trunk then I drove up to the registers in the front and paid

My vehicle was damaged by a shopping cart when I went in to complain it was as tho I was the problem definitely not happy about the experience I definitely have everyone an earful an frankly Felix the supervisor needs some attitude training he could take a few pointers from the employees he supervises above all the policy with which home Depot has where that they must rectify this because it was their cart that struck my vehicle so I processed the claim with them they didnt even try to see which negligent shopper defaced my car seemingly intentionally

Picked up drywall for home renovations. The clerk that checked me out ended up loading my truck with me too— not crazy about the staff shortages after 8:00 pm

Had gone depot come out to measure for new carpets a couple months ago, next step was picking out carpet. Found a few we liked, sales rep said they would only quote for 1. Seriously?

Assistant manager Felix at this location is the worst person to deal with. He lacks problem solving, rational, and people skills. He refused to give me products that I already payed because he didn’t believe that I actually payed for it. All because the entire purchase couldn’t fit in my car and the following 2 days were bad weather. The associate didn’t give me a “will call” to come back and pick up the rest (which he blamed me for not having even tho it’s the store associate who’s supposed to know to give that to a customer. I have my receipt and the associate who worked the day of my original purchase was working that day but he told me that she was not working and he couldn’t call her on her day off. This sad excuse of a man is causing Home Depot money and Value. As a manager, your job is to problem solve and improve sales and customer satisfaction. Don’t bother asking for help if Felix is working. FELIX NEEDS RETRAINING

Worst experience of my life! Waited 1 month for a mini split to come in. It was supposed to take 3 to 5 days. Had to order it multiple times. No one at home depot knows where my order is, when it shipped or if it will ever ship. The managers were no help at all. Spoke to 2 of them. Went into the store to speak to a manager in person and he didnt give me the time of day. I finally just had to cancel my order and ill have to order it from Amazon. All arounf terrible customer service.

Home Depot was horrible. Ordered a product on line and never received it. Spent over 5 hrs trying to resolve it; not resolution. Then attempted put a review on their website and three times I was told it was not acceptable. I guess the only things they post are glowing reviews. I will not shop there again

CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR!!!!! Bought a new refrigerator, got it home and discovered when i opened the box, I actually bought a used and filthy, not to mention moldy, completely broken refrigerator. Wasnt a complete loss, there was some leftover dried up food to snack on.

My go to home improvement store for sure. I usually always go here 1st but prices can definatly be beat at other places specifically for tools and certain things but you also get what you pay for. If I have a long list of supplys I need this store has almost everything most of the time. I like the home depot and I do recommend it.

My choice over Lowes

Went recently to get a ton pellets at this Home Depot the day after Christmas. Customer service was busy, but we were quickly helped. The guy operating the forklift was professional and did a nice job loading the pallet, even though we were concerned about the weight in our truck. We were in and out within 20 minutes with a ton of pellets on the back of the truck. Good visit for us today.

I have been going to here, since it opened. I know where everything is. LOL. The prices are not bad. The staff are kind and helpful, they dont know everything, by they try to help.

They are out of stock of a lot of items. That in of itself isnt that bad, but Home Depots website inventory is wrong. I went to 4 stores looking for an item that the website said was in stock at all locations.

Bought a fire pit in the first week of August and today I found out through the tracking number that the item that I purchased was damaged. I did not receive an email advising me that it was damaged. Also item was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Come on home depot, at least someone could of send an email or contacted me advising of this mess.

I will say, I was very happy with my purchase, 20 bags of mulch and the best part is I was helped by a very sweet young staff. He was so sweet and put all the bags of mulch in my SUV for me, he tied it down and I was off and running. In the middle of pouring concrete, we ran out of bags. We called Home Depot on our way, explained our situation and Julie processed our order so we could get back as quick as possible. She was extremely helpful! We made it back before our concrete set. I’m not sure if we would have without Julie’s help. Exceptional service.

Its home depot...tried picking out some items and was asked to leave the isle for 10 min so they could drive the forklift through the isle. Ended up leaving. Helpful when you dont need it and not helpful when you do need it.

Not wasting any more time explaining than what was wasted there. Suffice it to say, although lowes isnt much better, still worth going there instead.

My previous order took 3 trips, not 100% hd fault but mostly, lack of training for the so called pros.This time walking in was so important to be counted they insisted I walk out and walk in a certain entrance to be counted by NO ONE. The super important task of counting people was not that important I guess. When I was apologizing to the insisting woman when entering, she told ms that sometimes the counter lady helps with returns. When I entered I specifically looked for the woman with the iPad... no where.THEN when trying to order lumber, not HD fault, I was told pt lumber is no where to be found. HD has no backup plan for people to make orders. On the positive, the one hd pro did take my name and # so when pt lumber does come in I can place my order. That was 100% the HD employee not a policy of HD. He gets 5 stars. Some things cant be helped. I understand that but this will be trip #5 to place 2 orders. NOT GOOD ...Im very well aware that you wont care, your sales are through the roof but since not much is going on I decided to take the time to write this. I am and will always be loyal to HD. Lowes is only used as a secondary.
