I had been looking to get a partial paint protection film on my new 2021 corvette. I had spoken with a couple of local companies about doing it but could never seem to get it scheduled . Partially because of me and not willing to drive car if there is a chance of rain and partially because these places seem to be one or 2 man band shops . You call and leave message on what sometimes is a cell which is either full or couple days to get a return. They had good references but they are not run like this place . I worked with Eduardo on getting the car scheduled around weather and of course his other commitments. He is a fantastic manager and is completely customer centric. He was very flexible and I just got the car back. I can tell you bar none a fantastic job ! Actually covered a little more of the hood than the others showed and for about the same price . They use Expel paint protection film, check out You Tube videos on the durability of this stuff and you will see. That’s how I found Eduardo, because they are one of two distributors in RI . I will absolutely use them for the rocker panels and headlights next . The shop is spotless as you would expect of Penske, and the whole group are professionals, and very nice throughout. I would tell you this is the place you should go, they have the resources, expertise, and quality people and operation for this. Thank you very much Eduardo,

I was so elated to pick up my Tesla from the Warwick Collision Center on Wednesday - No it was not in a collision if thats what you were thinking!The Warwick Collision Center is just one of two authorized locations in Rhode Island that apply XPELs Ultimate Plus PPF and their FUSION Ceramic Coating - The *Best* Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coating in the industry.I had asked them to apply XPELs Ultimate PPF to the entire front of the car which included the bumper, front fenders, hood (aka Tesla frunk), LED headlights, fog lights, and outside mirrors.I addition, they applied XPEL PPF to the rocker panels and the piano black center console!Miguel Pereira at the Warwick Collision Center surprised me and applied the XPELs Paint Protection Film to the 15 touchscreen protecting it from fingerprints and scratches. Thank you Miguel!Afterwards, the Tesla was treated to XPELs FUSION Ceramic Coating. The Warwick Collision Center technicians both Elias and Michael were trained by XPELs 1st Place Competition Winner Chris West from CCA Motorsport who I had met in-person while he was there! XPELs PPF protects the paint from debris, bugs and stone chips and is self healing and warrantied for 10-years.Their ceramic coating negates the need for waxing the car for 4-years and protects the finish from environmental pollution such as acid rain and B-52 droppings. The car is much easier to clean and maintain and looks *Fantastic* far exceeding my expectations!Big Shoutout to Miguel Pereira, Elias, Michael Joyce and the rest of the team at the Warwick Collision Center! Kudos as well to Chris West at CCA Motorsport!

The personalized service, coupled with outstanding results made my vehicle looking newer and better than when I even purchased it. They went above and beyond in restoring its original condition, removing any imperfections and doing so with the highest level of professionalism, friendliness, ongoing communication, and cleanliness. Everything was provided to ensure a positive experience and utmost convenience including transportation, convenience, vehicle delivery, cost competitiveness, and timeliness.I was so impressed, I have already referred friends and family members for auto detailing and auto body services (whom are also above impressed and fully satisfied).I won’t bring my vehicle anywhere else and I recommend you don’t either if cost and quality matter to you.

I brought my vehicle in as part of a Premiere Protection / ECP claim. The quote, the service, and rental -- everything was taken care of effortlessly and completely. On top of all that, they put in the extra effort for a full detail free of charge despite that part not being covered. I swear the car looked better than the day I got it. Mike was very nice and spent a good amount of time discussing car care -- he genuinely just wants to see cars looking shiny and new!

I will never bring my car to another place! From the start, everything was painless. I was so impressed to see how each employee was friendly and how well they all worked together as a team. I never had to explain anything more than once because each employee was informed about my car, what needed fixing, etc. I was also impressed with the collaboration between the Collision Center and my dealership. Jessica Guzman went above and beyond to make my experience as great as it was; She worked with my insurance company, she was friendly, she organized a rental for me and always had a smile! My car came out looking brand new. Great experience - keep up the good work!

Great experience from all corners. The Secretary was very warm, efficient and welcoming. Information was share quickly supported by good operations. High degree of professionalism. I sensed pride in what they do. The repair was above my expectations after an accident with a dear. I only had 8 months with the SUV- and when I inspected the car and return it to my wife we felt was brand new again. Amica insurance also was sublime. Be well. Hope helps someone decide.

Customer Service is awesome. Thank Miguel!!! A++.But quality of the repair can be much much better. I had a chance to repair my Audi Q3 there, were promised by 99.9% color match. But my bumper is still off the body color. I know its tough color (LS9R) but if you promise you should do that.Please improve the quality, you are Audi Ultra Certified.

The Warwick collision center went above and beyond when it came to repairing my Audi. My car hit a guardrail and it looked as if it would never be the same again. I was wrong for sure. The collision center made my car appear as if it were brand new off of the lot. Not only did they completely fix it to the point you would never have known there was an accident, but they also completely detailed the inside and out of my entire car. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thank you Jen and Miguel for helping me and answering all of my questions!

I visited Warwick Collision Center after a mishap. The insurance provider gave the estimate of the parts that weren’t original or recommended by BMW.Nathan from WCC helped me understand, how it would jeopardize the safety of the driver.Nathan and team were extremely helpful in the entire process and punctual in their delivery.Highly recommended!!!

This is a wonderful place to bring your car if you need collision service! They are conveniently located to other dealerships. I needed to get a rental car while my car was being fixed and everything was taken care of for me. In fact, Enterprise Car Rental is also located near by in the same auto mall. Great customer service at Warwick Collision Center!

Where do I start? Samantha was beyond amazing, Jessica is an angel, and the collision center manager Doug was on top of it all.My new SQ5 was rear ended and so you know that thought everyone has “it’ll never be the same” well you can through that out the window with these guys. I think they’re the only Audi certified collision center in New England so that meant everything for me but they deserved the 5 stars not only for the work be the service. I know what was happening throughout the whole process and it was easy and enjoyable knowing that my baby was in the best hands. The GM during my pickup was nice enough to come out and introduced himself which was a nice touch to an already family feel/experience. A+++ service and quality of work. Sam, Doug and Jess you guys rock! I owe you coffees or lunch!

I damaged the paint work on my Panamera recently. Mike Joyce & Cameron did a great job with a very quick turnaround - they used the 3M trizact system to take out the scratches, then the Rupes detailing system, applied the 3M suntek pro wrap on the hood, front bumper/fender, mirrors and finally did a ceramic pro coating. It looks terrific - better than new. I think it was the first car they did at Inskip with all those processes. Highly professional service in a timely manner with a great outcome. Couldnt be more pleased.

I cant say enough great things about the people that work here. I was having a tough time with the other party involved in the accident and my insurance. Everyone at Inskip was very kind and patient when working with me to get my car fixed. They went above and beyond with the level of service they provided, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

Got quoted a good price on the trizact sanding method because my car has swirl marks and scratches. He quoted me $450 from a $600 original price. Tried to make an appointment with Cory and was simply ignored. At least be professional enough to say you can’t do it at a discount anymore... took my car to top notch detailing, they got the job done.

I would have given another half a star if I could. But, I rated four stars only because I didnt notice the hood was misaligned and I had to go back to get it fixed. But, I cant rave enough about how I was treated by the owner and staff. I would have them work on my car anytime.

My car was expected,to be at the Center for approximately one week and it was there for three weeks because the replacement part was not in inventory. I learned of,the delay when I called for a status report.The communication was not proactive and the center was not able to tell me where the replacement part was located and when it would be delivered.The repair work was well done but that positive was undermined by communication issues.

They also suited my luxury sports car with a ceramic coating and the service was pleasant, friendly and cooperative. They went over the process of the work with me in detail and I never felt rushed.
