I bought a used 2014 Nissan Rogue in back in June at Balise Toyota in Warwick. After a couple of months of driving it, I absolutely LOVE my Rogue. My salesman, Jeremy Farrow, went above and beyond to get me into this vehicle. He even tried to expedite the paperwork process because I had my 5 year old daughter with me who was getting very antsy. He could immediately tell and got her a Gatorade, which I really appreciated. He worked to get me a great price and helped me switch over my insurance policy while at the dealership too.Since I needed a MA registration and my prior vehicle was a lease, I couldn’t use a temp plate to take the Rogue that day. Getting a MA registration and plates definitely took some time, but Jeremy was great at keeping me in the loop and letting me know when they should arrive by. As soon as the plates came in, he contacted me to come pick up the Rogue. Since it was his day off, he reached out to me to let me know that he coordinated the pick with another salesman. I went to the dealership for a car that I reserved online. By the time I got there, it was being sold to another person. I was confused and upset about what happened. But then they came through with an even better deal than I was anticipating. They took their time to get me what I needed, and offer me a car that I didnt know I loved. I guess its just good business to satisfy the customers needs. Great people, good bargains. I would go back with them if I was ever going to buy a new car.

It was my first time financing a car and the financing department was great. They were straightforward, showed me all my options and we discussed what would work best for me. If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is awful and so is their service department. They are not helpful, they are unresponsive, and do not prioritize helping the customer. Their service department unbuckled my 3 year olds car seat during a service appointment to fix a recall and didn’t bother to buckle it back it in. They never told me they unbuckled it. I found out it was unbuckled when the seat went sliding into the back of my seat after leaving the dealership. Thankfully, my son was not in the car when this happened! I called multiple times to get help on this issue and understand how this could happen and received no call backs from anyone. I emailed the person I was directed to contact multiple times, and she never responded even once. Safety is clearly not a priority!! I was interested in deciding to buy out my lease or get a new lease and went there to see if they can help and lay out my options. They sent me to the bank and said they don’t do buyouts there. Bottom line, going there is a waste of time and I don’t recommend to anyone.

This dealership is amazing, I was being help by Robert Peterson which he is a sale person at this location. Rob went above and beyond helping me and my wife out in terms of choosing the right vehicle for us. Robert was very informative about everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only because Robert was very helpful but they also valued us as a customer and not like a money sign like other dealership does. Whatever comments you see or hear if it’s negative don’t listen to it, just go to Robert and I’m make sure he will help you out just like he did with me and my wife. I WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!My boyfriend and I came in last night (11/3/21) to look at a 2022 Camry SE AWD. We spoke to Bryan and Jordani last night who were great, worked out a number that was agreeable for both us and the dealer. We left last night agreeing to talk it over with my father (who is a co-leasee on the car we were trading in) and set up an appointment this morning to fill out the paperwork, which we were told would take no more than an hour. We walked in this morning to meet Bryan who handed us off to a different salesman - Derek, who brought us back to square one in the negotiating process, completely trying to lowball our trade offering us 5,000 less than what we agreed to last night and trying to say the lease price would DOUBLE what we had agreed to last night. I showed him the Carmax offer that we pulled last night which had gone up an additional $2,000 from the one I originally showed him! I asked to meet in the middle and they still offered me $5,000 less… Then Derek came back with another sales manager (wish I got his name), who then wanted to put me in an LE when we specifically talked about the SE and all of the packages that I wanted. Someone over at Balise want to explain how that works? Doesn’t sound right to me…We repeatedly asked to speak with Bryan instead of the other sales manager that was brought over to us to continue last night’s conversation but they flat out refused to allow that so we walked out. I am absolutely disgusted with the dishonesty that went down. I am beyond furious. I’ll make sure to tell all of my friends and family never to buy a car from Balise. I would rather walk than drive a car from Balise!

I needed an inspection for my government vehicle and was treated with nothing but the utmost respect. My service associate was Paul Roque, he attended to all my needs and got me in and out of there in an expedient manner. I needed new wipers for my 2020 Dodge caravan and he went out of his way to make sure that I got them even though they were not in stock. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my auto needs, not only for my government vehicle but for my personal vehicles as well. I recommend anyone that needs a service for their vehicle, go down to Balise Toyota in Warwick and ask for Paul him and as well of the rest of the staff will take care of you.

This was my first time getting my own car. My mom and I didn’t know too much about cars and would usually rely on my grandfather who sadly passed away 2 months ago. I remember being a little sacred going into the shop with my mom (two women who were clueless about cars) but Rob was really nice and reasonable and I was able to get a great car that same day. 2 weeks before my grandfather passed away and when he had just started Home Hospice, he told me that he wanted me to get a car and wished that he could help since I had just graduated college and started a new job and needed a car. Everyone was really nice at Balise and I am grateful. I am sure that my grandfather is happy.

I would not recommend going to this dealership at all. Their website is never up to date. I came to see a Corolla today and called 20 minutes before I came and when I got there they told me the car was sold and that their secretaries do not have the updated list of cars they have. After we were told the car had been sold they kept us there for about 25 minutes and they brought over two cars that we were not interested in nor did we ask to see. At one point the salesman showed us a car and after asking about the price he refused to give it to us. At that point I had enough of their horrible customer service and left. I’d recommend going to Greico Toyota or Toyota of Smithfield instead of this place

I just bought my first car, and the experience was amazing. Balise Toyota of Warwick did everything to make me feel like family, and not just a customer. I was not pressured into anything. They talked over many different options with me, and never once made me feel obligated to do anything. I originally went there to just test drive this beautiful Mercedes-Benz. After driving it, and speaking with my sales associate I decided to take it off the lot the same day. I have had a back to back bad experience here. Do not waste your time.I had purchased my car 6 months ago and there has been nothing but issues with this car. Tiny inconveniences, like the Bluetooth not working, the SirusXM Radio going funky, the temperature gauge doesnt work properly, the brake assist is very reactive. My main problem was just the Bluetooth and as soon as I got the car I had explained that to my sales person who told me to go get it serviced. Flash forward, I finally had time last month to go in on the weekend and apparently they have no one on the weekends that could come in to fix those kind of issues. This was written on my explanation for my appointment... no one reached out to me to let me know beforehand.I went back with my best friend a couple weeks ago to have her look for a car of her own, They were nearby and had more options of cars available. Now we wanted a specific bank (the one that I work at) to finance the car because I am aware of how the processes works and what our rates are. Fred our finance manager was not a great people person, which is fine but to just give us a bad deal on top of not listening to our requests was very infuriating to me. The first car that was picked out didnt work out because the value was lower than the selling price of the car and the bank rejected that, understandable. Then the second car we financed worked out with the value of the car versus the price, however, he NEVER submitted an application with the bank we wanted with this car. He lied about banks not being open on the weekend (Hello, I work at the bank!!). He gave us a rate of 5.38% when we could have gotten a rate of 2.89% at my bank. He refused to remove any of the contracts, even after we stated that the amount was already too much for my friend to pay. He scrolled through the LEGAL CONTRACT without slowing down to let us see it before we signed it. The whole thing took 5.5 HOURS to complete. The ONLY good experience we had was with our sales person Mr. Washington, thats it!I will not be going back here in the future, and I cannot wait to have this loan refinanced ASAP!

If you want you Toyota to be repaired to Toyota standards then you should come here to have it fixed. You may spend a little more money but your car will work properly and up to Toyota specs. In the long run it is worth it. Mary and Ryan were very personal and acomidating. The even paid for an Uber to get me to work.

Thought we had a good experience until we had vehicle issues and needed our 3 year warranty to take over. Turns out they sold us a 24 month 20k warranty instead. Our finance guy lied right to our faces. Very slimey tactics and left us with no confidence in the dealership. Wish they would make this right. Not good experience at all. I really feel like car salesmen border on harassment with their tactics. They attempt to pounce on any weakness they perceive. What are they pouncing on? Me. And tens of thousands of my hard-earned dollars. When Im trying to find a vehicle that will work for my family and I, I dont want to play games. I want to know what the bottom line is up front. Its no wonder people are buying their cars on the internet nowadays. All that being said, I did love the Toyotas that I was shown, and I believe in kindness, so two stars.

Mohammed Kasim was patient with my questions and wanting to see multiple vehicles, was accommodating to my requests when it came to waiting to write the down payment check and checking for a newer version of a model I was interested in. The purchase of my current vehicle has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Here’s the short version- salesperson who sold me the car had me wait 3 weeks for it to arrive, only to be THE WRONG CAR- sales team not knowledgeable about the vehicle whatsoever (asked 3 people if it came with a remote start and the answer I kept getting was “it should” update - it did not- customer service ghosted me after promising me help. When I asked to complain about said service, they referred me to the same person I was complaining about- when I came into the dealership to try to straighten everything out, I literally sat there crying for over an hour while the man “tried to call the RMV”- back with same customer service person who has not done anything for 2 weeks because they misunderstood my emails- I have been driving this car illegally for 2 MONTHS because of this dealership- I have asked for the next person in the chain of command TWICE and have been blocked each timeI love Toyota. I’m a disabled veteran who was saved by my Corolla in a car crash. Please buy Toyota cars. JUST DO NOT BUY THEM HERE! PLEASE!
