Staff was so friendly and personable! They got me in quick for an inspection, and checked everything over for me, knowing I was driving to disney the next day. The texting program they use is amazing. Also cant say enough about the video of my diagnosis, seeing the worn tread on my tires compared to new ones, and showing me the wearing on the breaks, wow it was amazing! Also, no more phone tag to authorize needed repairs, you can authorize or decline services and sign off via text and receive you quote immediately. It was a pleasure to take my van here and I will be back!

I recently got a new car and moved to the warwick area within the last year. I had a radiator and over heating issue. Primary Care Auto Repair was in my area and had great reviews. I can now see why! They took such good care of me and my jeep. They stayed in communication, sent me a video of what exactly was wrong and even though my warranty place was unorganized they worked with me to get it solved. Jen and Jeff, THANK YOU! Read whole review I went here to get a flywheel and maybe a starter surprisingly I didnt need the starter took truck home but after a couple small tasks it wouldnt start they take truck back no problem look at it and I dont know why something must have finally let go but I needed the starter. But now Ive got to pay for a starter and the labor when if they did it the first time I wouldnt need more labor. Nope owner call me to apologize and the starter job is on him he felt bad for the mistake. A couple weeks later started is giving me trouble every 10 time I start other take it back again has it done in a matter of hours and apologizes again it was a bad starter. None of these problem can be put on the shop and even if they could they have made good every time. They are great to deal with. The owner is a class act. I feel bad causing him so much trouble but he doesnt make you feel like that he tells me Im an established customer now Im a VIP. He really makes you feel that way. Great garage great people Ive just had a little bad luck on this job. But Im really glad it did happen here Im sure. They wish I went somewhere else. Lol...

Wow! I’m truly amazed. I’m very jaded when it comes to repair shops because I’ve had some really bad experiences. My 2015 Kia Optima was shaking when I braked so I originally made an appointment at CarMax, where I purchased the vehicle. CarMax ended up canceling my appointment because they didn’t have any service techs. Frustrated, I googled repair shops close to me and contacted a few with the best reviews. Primary Care was the first one I emailed and Jeff got back to me the same day I think it was a Sunday too so that was great, I didn’t expect to hear back that soon. Anyway, brought the car in the next day. Jeff and his staff were all very kind and accommodating. I love that they send you a video of what’s wrong. They gave me a free loaner and two days later, my car is back better than ever! My favorite things about Primary Care are that they are very on top of communication, keeping you updated through the whole process. My warranty ended up covering the costs but even though I didn’t pay anything, they still went above and beyond with a car wash, free wiper blades, even a water bottle and ice scraper. Speechless. I’m so impressed and would give more than 5 stars if possible. No doubt I’ll be going here for every other need and I can’t explain the piece of mind I get from finally have mechanics I can trust.

They fit me in for an oil change when I couldnt get into dealership when it was convenient for me. While I waited for my car, I got to see how they interacted with their customers and each other. They went out of their way to make sure their customers were helped and satisfied. It was obvious that they work well as a team and focus on providing customers with a quality experience. I brought my 2010 Mercury Mountaineer to Primary Auto Care for having no heat, a coolant leak, and engine overheating, after being referred to them from a friend of mine. From the start I received exceptional care from Jeff, the owner. He was very personable and professional! I was sent a inspection video of what was wrong and parts that were needed. I was given a reasonable price and the work began! I was given updates throughout the next few days of everything that was done. Once finished, I received another inspection video of all the work completed and a safety check of things I may need in the future. The service I received from Jeff and staff was nothing less than extraordinary!! I HIGHLY recommend this business! They took such excellent care of me! They were thorough, fast and efficient! They were determined to make sure I had a safe vehicle for myself and my kids. Days after I got my truck back, I received a message making sure all repairs went well and everything was running smoothly. Now that is Over the Top Customer Service for me!! No word of Honor100% Customer Satisfaction??? Really???When the ABS light came on in my Toyota Sienna 2006 with only 86,000 miles, I took it to Primary Auto Care to have it fixed. I choose to have the module reprogrammed due to the age of the vehicle (though its 14 yrs. old but it was really taken care of). Jeff took the part out of my vehicle and sent it to a company to get it fixed. It spent a majority of its time sitting in his parking lot I was given no updates unless I called and when I did all I heard was excuse after excuse of why my car wasnt being fixed until finally my husband called and asked him what company he sent the part to and googled it and found out how unsatisfying the reviews were. Shortly after that Jeff informed my husband that the company he sent it to lost the part. So, Jeff replaced the part from the junk yard which I was still charged for it. After the part got replaced I was told that I can pick-up my car. Upon picking it up I noticed that the low tire pressure was on, so my husband told him about it. The mechanic failed to reset it after trying different ways. I left my car so they can fix it again and I was promised that they will take care of it. After two more weeks of my car sitting in his parking lot and few more excuses, my husband had a talk with Jeff and he was forced to order the right part from Balise. He told my husband that I can pick-up the car so I would be able to use it temporarily and he would call when the part came in.Almost 6 months later, my husband received a text message from Jeff checking on how are the vehicle doing without any mention of the right part that we were waiting on.How could someone sleep at night knowing he screwed someone? Not only was the family safety in jeopardy but the lies he made just to cover things up resulting in my husband and I deciding to get a new car.I have attached a screenshot of his message because it seems if you dont give him 5 stars and good review he cant find you on his database.

I needed a new battery for my Honda. I called and they had a battery delivered early the next day. I dropped off my car and drove to do some shopping and barely made it to the store before my car was done. They were very quick and on top of replacing the battery they also vacuumed which is no small task in a mini van with two toddlers. We just moved to the area and I plan on using them for my vehicle service needs.

My father is a mechanic and owns a shop in a different state. So I know about cars. He gave me an accurate price for the labor. And his mechanic knew exactly what to do. I called and spoke to Jeff about getting my brakes done on my car. I was very impressed by the inspection I recently received. I was sitting at work and I received text message updates with a video of the inspection and what was wrong with the car, I received another text message about the estimate where I was able to select which services I wanted and didnt want, and I received another text message with the invoice and payment method. All while I was at work. It was beautiful! I also dropped off the car and picked it up after hours so it was convenient for my schedule. Highly recommended.

I even got updates on the progress of the repair while it was happening. They also had Covid -friendly guidelines in place to make their clients feel safer, which is a very big deal right now. WOW! great experience. I went in with my 20 year old truck asking for a basic safety check. I was NOT pushed into services I didnt need. I did NOT feel I paid more that I should have. They even fixed the mysterious clunk I was hearing when I shifted. Very happy with their service.Stopped in for routine oil change and check up. Great service. Super efficient handling of keys, communication and payment with a very safe non-contact process.

I’ve had my car serviced twice in about a month’s time. Each time was a pleasant and easy experience. They offer convenient car pickup from my workplace and bring it back before the end of the day so I don’t need to miss work. They offer convenient online payment and even provide videos of the work required showcasing my car. I would recommend making an appointment if your car is need of servicing.

It’s hard to find a good mechanic. In the past I’ve dealt with plenty of mechanics who keep your vehicle for weeks at a time just to find out the repairs were inadequate. However, Primary Care is fast, thorough, and fairly priced. I have peace of mind when I go there knowing that the job will be done right the first time, and if something else is potentially wrong with my vehicle, I’ll get a full diagnostic video sent to my phone explaining what other repairs need to be made. Primary Care is where you should go, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the number ONE mechanic in Rhode Island. Unlike most mechanics and auto repair shops, they are transparent, open about specifics and provide an amazing environment surrounding the repair of your vehicle. My fiance and I went here for a diagnostic, which they ended up doing for free, and repair work. Due to conflicting schedules, they drove my fiance to a rental agency, at no cost to us, and picked her up when she returned the rental vehicle and transported her back to get our vehicle. Besides the amazing experience, we got our repair done over $100 less then the quoted price! Jeff and the mechanics are really game changers for auto repair! HIGHLY recommended!

Had a tire that was leaking air. Primary care went out of their way to make sure the repair was done right and for the least amount of money. Also had an oil change done at the same time which was done very quickly. The receptionist Ashley was great to talk to and made the process smooth. My car had broken down around Thanksgiving. Not only did they stay there after hours to let me tow it there, they worked extra hours to finish the lengthy fix to it before Thanksgiving so I could be with my family. They also kept me informed on the progress.These guys are great.

The atmosphere was extremely comfortable and all of the staff were very helpful, happy, and friendly. When I called in saying I needed the car fixed as soon as possible, Jeff told me to bring it in whenever possible that day, and he would work on it for me. The clean and welcoming waiting room was stocked with snacks, chargers, coffee, and movies where I was able to stay for a few hours while they looked at my car, ordered parts in, and fixed it up. Before they worked on it, they gave me a breakdown of what would be needed as a bare minimum, what could be sacrificed, and what I should keep an eye on in the future, as well as price estimates for any combination. Each service and car part in question was thoroughly explained to me as to what it was and why I may need it, as well as what it would mean for the car if I opted in or out of the service. They also offered an extended payment method if it were to be needed. Since I dont know much about cars myself, I cant say much about whether the pricing is fair, but while explaining the estimates to me, the woman helping me noticed that a labor estimate was a little high and mentioned to me that it would be a little lower. Great experience overall.

On top of having to get rid of my car and purchase new when they were done doing nothing but charging me a grand. They then insisted the next day check would be processed and then proceeded to wait a month. Thanks guys, keep being amazing at sucking!

Jeff was helpful and friendly on the phone. He explained everything well and made me feel at home as a first time customer. He tried to work with me regarding the best options for the repairs I needed after my tire blew out the side wall. I have an AWD vehicle, so I had to replace more than just the one tire. He offered a warranty that covered flats and such on top of the 85k mile warranty the tires came with. The technicians did a great job. It was completed fast and easy. Overall, I am happy with the work done and will be return with my business if needed.

This place is great! I went in the other day to get an oil change and they really went above and beyond my expectations! The receptionist was very personable and made sure I was comfortable while I waited and the mechanics were thorough in their inspection. When they noticed a slight leak, they gave a very reasonable quote on the repair. They even vacuumed the front of my car when they were done!

My husband brought his 1993 Ford Bronco to Primary Care Auto Repair for excessive vibration in the vehicle. This was after taking it to several other repair shops that were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Primary Care Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem, keeping us informed along the way, and even gave us a full vehicle report detailing all work the truck would eventually need, without being pushy about getting it done right away. Highly recommend.

I was always kinda shakey about going to a car repair place and when I first came to Rhode island I when to this location kinda on a whim. They were surprisingly nice and super informative about what needed to be done and the amount of how much itd be up front. Ive been going to them for a year or two now and I gotta say Ive never been so happy and able to trust a a company like them to handle and deal with my repairs!

Wow. Ashley (front desk) and Jeff (mechanic) were amazing. They let me know I had a problem with my water pump (my coolant is always running low so I wasnt surprised) and were willing to fix it on the spot even though it was around 5pm. Im normally at work during mechanic hours so that was awsome of them. Mine was still under warranty so I held off but they finished with the oil change and gave me a complimentary air freshener. No pressure friendly people there😊

RI Used Tire saved me hundreds on my tires. They had plenty of options and gave me a quote for new tires for way less than any other shop. I ended up going with a nice set of used tires and got free installation! Not only that but they cleaned my wheels and did a multi point inspection. Fast and easy service backed with an inexpensive road hazard warranty!

They were friendly, speedy, knowledgeable, and helpful. They actually showed me what was wrong by taking me into the garage and took the time to explain it to me. They also let me know a groupon was available for my oil change, which I thought was quite nice.

Overall, friendly staff and great service. Accommodated to my very busy schedule and took great care of my vehicle. I am glad to have found them.
