We found everything we were looking for and the place was well stocked. The book section is large, but is not organized at all. My wife had trouble finding the book she needed.

The Joanns in Warwick is the best, and Ive shopped at several in another state. It seems to be better stocked and better organized. But at all the stores, Joann employees are unfailingly super helpful and friendly.

A crafters paradise and so much fabric, definitely sensory overload and a pleasant and helpful staff.

I thought this was just a fabric store but was pleasantly suprised its so much more! Fabrics, crafting materials, pet clothing, home decor. Will definitely visit again.

Prices are expensive and not a lot of what I needed, although in their defense I do not go there for sewing needs. They also carry yarn and various crafts things like baking needs and Cricut items, but always seem to be out of what I need or not have it. Overall a little pricey, especially for floral items, but one of the few places we can get craft things any more.

It was the first time Ive visited JoAnns. Theres alot to go through as far as fabric, really eclectic. Navigation of the store was tricky, Very Few Employees, but they were Friendly and Helpful. Id visit again because Hey, I Love to Sew 👍👍👍👍out of 5 thumbs.

I first want to say how wonderful their customer service is!!! As soon as you enter the establishment you’re greeted by someone with a smile a welcome to Joanns and a can I help you find anything today. The store is easy to navigate and the supply is great! I visited with 3 of my coworkers in hopes to find some fun decor for the Halloween party I found a few pieces and had asked an associate for a price verification and she was eager to help and even helped us find some more fun matching decor! The prices here were pretty fair in my opinion I will definitely be going back for some more holiday decorations!

People in the store were not wearing masks. Nobody in line was staying 6 ft apart. Non of the employees enforced any safety. I was with my grandmother and just a terrible experience. Everything is very over priced too.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This location always has a great selection of fabrics and is always organized.

I love this store my only issue is when you order online for pick up the total is deducted from your account as a hold they then ring it in the store when its ready. The first hold takes 5 business days to be returned to your account which sucks as it ties up $$ for a week during a pandemic when money is tight.

Bought somthing to pick up in store at 8am. havent received an email & they dont answer the phone. it really bothers me that companies like this that are thriving durning the pandemic and almost a year later still isnt with the program. People need jobs and they cant answer the phone or pick orders but home depot, old navy, target, stop n shop etc all can.

Pay attention JoAnn, theres a reason Fabric Place went out of business! Their prices and less than pleasent staff. Hire friendlier, more helpful staff or youll be in the same boat. I could overlook the prices if the staff were more accommodating.

Joann Fabrics is my favorite store, especially the one in Warwick! Everyone is super friendly. They may not know your name but they know your face. We always chat at the cutting counter. Never a bad experience in Warwick or North Attleboro!

Store manager Nick made all the difference. I was there on Friday and could not get your app to down load nor could I get to on Saturday. The young man at the register was very helpful. Anyway they both made my experience 100% better. They are both two excellent employees.

Reasonable selection of other craft items: scrapbooking, paints, small wood crafts, wedding supplies, photo frames and seasonal decor. Helpful staff. Usually good coupons available online. If youre planning to use this store with any regularity its with it to download the app for coupons and extra saving. Some fabrics can be pricey.

So much to explore. Loving all the rows of yarn and fabric. Rows are a little thin making it hard to manover and get a good look at things. Nerds more light in some isles.

After the closing of AC Moore I needed a new place to buy crafting items. This is not the place. JOANN Fabrics is a nice clean store with small areas of crafting items. However fabrics is what they specialize in. So if your looking for a replacement for AC Moore, Hobby lobby is the better choice.

Went there this past Monday. Cashier didnt even greet me or ask if I had a rewards card. I spent about $60.00 on purchases that day. I bought a picture in a frame with glass 11x14. She wasnt even putting the picture in a bag. I had to ask her and she looked mad but put it in a bag. Because I had a few bags to carry, I asked her if I could have another bag for the picture because she stated she had no paper to protect the glass. Sh ed gave me another look and handed me the bag.I called on Tuesday and spoke with the manager. She barely commented and seem like she did not care.I will stick with Michaels. They are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They always ask for your rewards card and give senior discount.They make shopping there fun.

This is the second time I’ve been met with customer service that has made me leave crying. The first time I let go. It’s 2020. Everyone is stressed out.This second time I won’t let go because apparently no one cares at the store so it should be public.Today I went in for a few items. Crinkle material for gifts I want to make for a special child. Batting to try my hand at something.See I retain by myself to sew after brain injury. It’s been a hard road to recovery but every victory is a BIG one!It’s hard for me to shop because the symptoms of brain injury plus lights and a mask, well let’s just say I have to make sure I’m well before going shopping.Today I asked had a hard time looking for batting. It’s new to me. I was told to go to the back of the store to find it.I had a basket because I couldn’t find any carts. When I got to the batting by the yard the bolt would have required me to drag it across the floor and get it dirty, OR carry with both arms.I only had half an arm left because I had a basket with bolts in it. The same bolts the clerk saw in my hand when I was directed to the back of the store.“Ok, no. I will ask them to help me get it”.I walk back to the counter. I rake a ticket. I wait.The original clerk who answered my question proceeded to tell her colleague and her mic that she was going on lunch. She saw me there before she made this announcement.No biggie. I’ve worked retail before. I’ve been hungry before. I get it.No biggie UNTIL after waiting a few minutes for the other clerk to finish her chit chat with the previous customer, calls me up.I ask “do you know where I can find crinkle material”I was met with a condescending “crinkle material, what is that?”. I explain. She says “I know what you’re talking about but I have NEVER seen that here”.I respond “ok can you ask someone then”.She proceeds to but with a huff. I didn’t understand what part of the bear I had poked that made it that upsetting for her to ask.Fine.No crinkle material. Ok.I say “I need help getting a bolt of batting back there. It was behind like a rack” as I’m explaining with my now free hands.She stares at me, once again condescending tone and says “you couldn’t bring it over here with you” to which I now meet with a matching tone to say “it was behind something and I had a basket in my hand”.She responds with “ok show me to here it’s at” as she storms toward the aisle.I met that with “please call your manager”. She does.Carol comes over. I explain. She tells me “most people know to bring the batting”.FIRST OF ALL! Most people? Who is most people?People that live there? Work there? Are experts at batting? People with carts that allow them to not have to DRAG the item about 12 feet?Second, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not even “I’m sorry maybe there was a misunderstanding”. NOPE.So I ask for a corporate number. Carol leaves for 10 minutes to find a number. She comes back and tells me it took long because they are located in OHIO and everyone is working from home?Ok. Are you mailing my green money to those people at home? I doubt it.I left. I didn’t buy the $100s of dollars I planned on spending to make EPIC items to give away at a baby shower, to gift items to people I love, to make masks to give to people in need, and to make gifts for the many baby showers I’ve been invited to.I left in tears because everyone else that went to that counter was met with such kindness. Such professionalism. Such respect.It makes me wonder if I’m not the right color, fit, look for the Warwick store. It’s the second time. I mean, 2 out of 2 in less than a month?If anyone from Joanne who isn’t working from hole wants to hear from me, feel free to let me know. Since apparently your workers don’t know where anyone who cares can be located!

Lots of different fabrics and resources needed to craft almost anything you can imagine. The staff is very helpful at this Joanns; Ive been here multiple times and the people who work where are very pleasant. Prices are a little high, but with good coupon use, you can seriously reduce the price. I never pay full price for anything, and save at least 25% every time.That all being said, it isnt always easy to find what your looking for in the aisles. They are not clearly marked and I end up walking up and down several aisles until I find what Im looking for.

I left us so thanks for my kids. Whether its pillows. Stuffed animals. Or their Halloween costumes. Kind of the only show in town is Jo-Ann fabrics. But the worst thing about Jo-Ann fabrics is even if you have a coupon that gives you 60% off an item that is not marked down already you cant find anything thats not markdown already because everything is the very least 10% off. They do that so you cant use your 60% coupon that they use to lure you into the store in the first place. That is the one thing I hate about this place. That and the fact that they are a little pricey on everything. Everything? Everything.enter so no you will not be getting any five stars from this guy. You guys are a little racket there with your lower you in and then realize nothing can be even used a coupon for because everythings on sale.

Always a busy store, but for good reason, it is in the hub of Warwick! You have selection and classes and clean bathrooms for those hours you might spend looking through pattern books when they do their pattern sales. :)

I like Joanns but I havent had a good experience with the staff yet. When I was planning my wedding, I went in looking for help to make my veil. An older woman completely ignored me and my daughter and took care of another woman (we were there waiting first, btw) who was also looking for wedding fabric. Last week I ordered a sewing machine for my daughter.. it sat there for 4 days- no one called me or emailed as promised with in store pickup. So I called and found that it was there. I was told they were open until 10pm. I drove straight from work in Boston to locked doors. Luckily, a nice girl took my order number, grabbed it for me, even though they were closed, and brought it to the door. Shes the only reason Im not rating this 1 star. Ill recommend the Warwick Joanns for anyone that doesnt need to rely on the staff for anything.

Probably one of the best holiday experiences at a retailer Ive had this year. Every associate/manager was extremely nice and super helpful. I found exactly what I needed, and when I forgot something and returned they remembered me from before. Ill defintely be coming here first for all my arts and crafts needs from now on.

Top notch customer service. I was looking for a fabric that was going to be used for automotive purposes. They were excellent in helping me match the material - pointed me in the direction for what was on sale too! I appreciate the time put into personal attention.

This is my go-to store for any craft merchandise that I need. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need to find something. Their inventory is enormous. Seems like I see beautiful items on display every time I go in the store. They also have merchandise suitable for children in the arts and crafts area; educational aides for new learners. Great for last-minute gift ideas. Its on the busline. Parking available. Get on their mailing list to receive their sales flyer and discount coupons.

New style caters to women. Loads of great bargins. For example good toasty batting is just over $4 a yard normally $12 a yard. $10 a yard at Walmart. Love Joanns.

This Joann location is a frustrating place to shop. Simple, low cost items like scissors and sewing machine needles are locked up, and you need to ask to get them, thhey bring them up front and you have to ask for them again when youre ready to check out. If somebody really wanted to steal them, theyd take them right off the paper/cardboard cards theyre attached to. Its absurd. Im routinely treated like an idiot by some staff members. One employee, unprompted, felt the need to describe what a yard is when I was buying fabric like Im a child when I clearly asked for a yard of fabric and knew exactly what I was getting. I was once chastised for not taking a number for fabric when not only was nobody waiting, the reel of numbers was empty. Some employees are really great, but theres definitely a few I try and avoid asking for anything in this store.Other locations are easier to shop at. Oh, and youre now required to sign up for their spam list through their stupid app to access coupons so you can pay an actual fair price for items. Otherwise everything is about double what youd pay online.

Pretty nice place bought an x-acto set here. I looked around the store pretty decent selection as well great place for fabrics if your into that kind of hobby but worth a shot to check out and look for their app on apple or play store might have a coupon worth using.

Fabric selection is very good & the sales associates are wonderful. But the checkout experience is cumbersome & slow. Too many customers in line waiting too long. There are about 6 checkout registers & rarely are more than 2 open.

Always something fun or necessary to find at Joanns. But most times the long wait to pay is not worth it. There were 2 cash outs open and a line of 40 or more people on Sunday. Where does management hide!

Picked out fabric for a christing gown then went to find a pattern, they did not have one in store and they could not be bothered to order one. Even though the card in the draw says to see a sales person to order if its out of stock. They also have a notice on the sales signs that says special order patterns are not included in the sale- but I was told that they do not order patterns for people, by the sales associate at the cutting counter.The associate was very unhelpful and rude when i asked about the draw card, signs, a raincheck and checking other stores.I ended up leaving everything I chose in the store and went to a competitor where help was offered with a smile.

The curbside service was quick and order was accurate.

Amazing selection, kind informative workers, and great classes. From beginning to expert crafter Joanns should always be your first stop when looking for inspiration and supplies.(I gave them 5 stars even though they are often short staffed. This shouldnt reflect poorly on the Warwick store and the incredible workers there, but on cooperate who are most likely making budget cuts which would effectt staffing.)
