In the past 6 months I have had two bikes in for routine repairs and maintenance. The technicians I worked with were friendly and quickly assessed any issues with these bikes and repairs were quickly completed quickly. Great shop to go to, will certainly go again.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The store has a large selection and access to more by ordering. We needed to do the latter, but we were pleasantly surprised that it took less time than expected. This was our first experience with this store and we were very impressed with the attentive customer service.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Twice Ive needed to get there close to closing time because of my schedule. I never expected that they would service my issue right away. But they were all helpful and gracious. Highly recommend!

Though I live 2 hours away, I will return for any future cycling needs--this place is THAT good!

I dropped by Trek in Warwick to upgrade my pedals and ended up upgrading my bike....BIG THANKS to ISAAC for all the help. Recently returned to Rhode Island, I hadn’t been to this store since it was named “Casters” and I bought my Schwann 10-speed to commute from EG to URI. Of course the store looks completely different, but the staff were as helpful if not more than my first visit over 40 years ago, even though I just needed a tiny item that cost only $1.

Whats not to recommend aboutTrek Bicycle Warwick. Knowledgeable, diligent and competent staff and great selection of bikes. I had been looking for a new bike for awhile and when Charlie, from the shop, called Friday morning to say they had a Trek Domane SL6 in my size, in the color I wanted I was elated. When I casually mentioned, I wanted to use the stock wheels for gravel and purchase carbon wheels for road riding, he put together a proposal right away. I was able to pickup my new bike and second set of wheels the next day. They even swapped out my existing handlebars and seat from my old bike and setup both the old and new bike that morning. I live in southern CT and it was a 5 hour roundtrip to get to Trek Warwick but it was worth it. Thanks to Charlie and the wonderful mechanics who worked to pull this together

The customer service was fantastic! You took the time to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns! Isaac was extremely knowledgable and very personable. He really listened to how we plan to ride our bikes and he didn’t try to sell us more expensive bikes that we really didn’t need. We love our FX Trek bikes. It was like a bicyclists dream in there! So many awesome bikes and products. The staff was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. Also gave us some great advice on our trips there. We got a cleaning and tuning service, and when it was finished we didnt even recognize the bike because it was so clean. 10 out of 10 recommend coming and checking this place out.

Never come here. Me and my mom bought a bmx bike from here last year for my birthday and the entire time i’ve had it this bike i’ve had problems with it. The cranks come loose every time I ride it and when I go to get it fixed, they will fix it, charge 20 bucks for the fix and then it will break then next day. Terrible store never go there.

The workers are knowledgable, patient, and decidedly positive; the newly-refurbished layout is bright and clean; the Covid-adjustments are thorough and clearly marked. Immediately upon parking in their lot, youre struck with the impression that these folks take their jobs and their precautions seriously yet not at the price of a positive atmosphere. Jeremy and his team get 5 stars only because theres no option for six.

I recently purchased a bike here. I visited the store twice. The first time to purchase the bike. I had MANY questions and Fred did an outstanding job answering every single one of them, as well as demonstrating. I left feeling confident and ready to ride a bike. Side note: It had been well over 10 years since I last rode one. Most recently, I went in to purchase a chain and again, greeted with amazing customer service by another sales rep. Highly recommend Trek for all of your bike needs!

My husband went in to replace the inner tube on our son’s bike tire. It was inexpensive ($20) and they also did a complete and thorough check on the bike (we had just put the bike together!) We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! This was our first time visiting this business and if this is how they treat their customers, new or established, they have won our business from now on! Thank you!

Ok. So it started out with knowing that I needed to drive 116 miles from work and be to the store prior to 6pm when I get out at 4pm. There was not an option to hold the Rascoe 8 that I wanted. I spoke with Sofia and she assured me that there would still be one available. I called when I left work to confirm and to let them know that I may be there right before closing. They told me to call if got held up in traffic so they would not close up shop without me being able to purchase the bike. I ran on time and Sofia had the bike ready to go. She measured me up and fit the bike perfectly. I am new to mountain biking and she explained the options with gear and the option to go tubeless with the tires. She explained the differences of both systems and let me know that they could make the adjustments that night. I chose to go tubeless and the technician started to work on the bike. In the meantime, Sophia took me around the store and explained what gear I would benefit from. 2 cages, 2 water bottles, a good headlight, a pair of biking shoes, new pedals and a thermal cap later and I was ready to go. While Sophia explained products and options, the tech came over to offer options with tubeless valves and sealant options. I felt well taken care of and was back out on the road with the new bike and gear before 7pm. They really showed that the customer comes first and Sofia deserves a raise or at least a great deal on some gear. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable to be there from the moment I walked into the store. Thank you Sofia and Warwick Trek store staff. You are amazing. Wish I didn’t live a 100 miles away but would not hesitate to drive back for my next bike purchase. Thank you!

Drove 2 and a half hours from New Hampshire and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Trek Warwick shop. 10/10 would recommend.

The guys there are so nice and helpful! I dropped my bike off for a tune up because I hadn’t used it in a couple of years, and because it was still in good shape they did a quick safety check for me and I had my bike back in a few days (which isn’t the norm right now because they are SO busy) I really appreciated them getting my bike back to me so quickly so it didn’t sit there for a month unnecessarily taking up space in their shop and I can get back to riding! When I’m ready for a new bike this is definitely where I’m going to be purchasing.

Bikes on website were actually in stock, bike was ready when they said it would be, bike worked perfectly, helped me pick out a helmet for my wife (I had her head measurement). All in about 24 hours. Great experience!!!

Fred and Michelle are friendly and informative! They guided me on the best long-term value for my dollar and which bike would best fit my needs. Order and delivery to the store was quick. Bike was assembled when I arrived and Fred handled the fit and all necessary adjustments. Two tune-ups are provided at no cost. Fred will also be hosting a flat repair workshop in the near future that my boyfriend and I plan to attend.

NBX in Warwicks store has superior service.I made an appointment online to bring my bike in to have the back tire replaced and their system that was set up was fast and seamless! My repairs were done the same day and I then received a phone call(within a few hours)that my bike was all set and ready to go!

I bought a bike from the Narragansett NBX years ago and loved it. I brought this bike to the Warwick store for some repairs and a tune up, and they had it back to me the next day. I wouldn’t trust my bike repairs to anyone else.

They did the job right and fast. I had front and rear sprockets, a new chain and cable put on. They were fast too, not even two weeks to wait.

Mechanic shop is great, rehabbed an old Trek bike for me. Ton of work, reasonable repair cost! Works like new! Thanks NBX!

They did an excellent job tuning up my bike.and notify me first about needing extra parts. they were very friendly from start to finish.

I snapped a cable trying to index my rear derailleur. Took it to the Warwick NBX to have them repair my mess. I was told there is a week to ten day backlog before they could get to my bike. I told them I had a Century ride in two days. They made no promises, but said they would see what they could do. The next day, I got a phone call informing me the new cable was installed, the gears were re-indexed, and I was all set (at a more than fair cost to boot).Bought a new set of wheels(from a 3rd party) a couple of months later.Not wanting to tackle switching the rear cassette from the old wheel to the new one myself, I planned on dropping it off and hiring out their services to do it. They took my bike in right then and proceeded to do it in 10 or 15 minutes while I waited. Bought a new inner tube at that time and went to the register to pay for the tube and the service. I was told my bill was $9 and change (the price of the tube). I informed the cashier they did a little work on my bike also, and was told that was no charge, as it was no big deal !!!!!I dont know, perhaps they saw the NBX sticker on my bike and knew I bought it from them (albeit at their East Providence location), and treated me accordingly. Either way, in the two instances Ive dealt with them, there customer service has blown me away! I would recommend this shop and these people to any and all looking for a fair shake in a world where that is becoming increasingly hard to find!!Thanks NBX Warwick!

Friendly staff, I even was able to get a kick stand and water bottle holder installed same day so I did not have to come back. Very thankful for that.

I think the NBX team knows more about bikes than customer service. We brought a bike in for a tune up/repairs pre -COVID. When it came back all the services we paid for had not been completed. When my wife called them to discuss the issues they were less than helpful. I just hate to see - in a time when so many small businesses are struggling - that NBX/Casters has seized the opportunity to lower their standards and take advantage of the situation. Ordered a trek emonda sl6 had it shipped there and they put it together perfectly. I went back after a month and got the tune up that came with the bike purchase and the guy theyre really helped me to get my position fit properly. Ive been back since to pick up lights and also some miscellaneous sensors. They have really good selection and always have or can get what Im looking for I really appreciate the guys there.

TLDR: Go to NBX of Warwick- Trustworthy (wont try to up charge you on things you dont need)- Professional- WelcomingNBX of Warwick has really come through. Over the last month, theyve done amazing work on my road bike and TT bike, and came through when I was in need of a new trainer. My road bike was initially estimated at two weeks out, but I had it back within a week. Its riding better than ever. I needed a new cassette on a new wheel - that was done within 24 hours. My TT bike was secondhand and needed quite a few upgrades - they handled it all like pros (and called to be sure about cutting my stem - which I really appreciated). When I needed a new trainer, I had it same day (despite me being back and forth about when I could pick it up). I ended up canceling an order for new shoes with them and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable in any way (cant say the same for all local bike shops). Bottom line: you can trust the team at NBX in Warwick. Im glad theyre the closest bike shop since we moved back home.
