I worked with Matt on my 3rd lease and the experience was great. He was really helpful in finding what I liked and wanted and had a few options ready for me to look at when I arrived. Everything went so smoothly and I was able to leave the same day with a new car. Gina was also great to work with and I even got to chat with Manny for a few minutes. I also appreciate that they have someone there to help me get everything set up in my car before I drive away. I always have a great experience when I’m there whether it’s sales or service.
Got a CPO here a few months ago. I got the pleasure of working with Victor. He was attentive and easy to work with. He helped me find something I was going to be happy with. Overall it was a painless process and everything has been good thus far. Initially the spare key didnt work but that was a quick trip in while their parts department was open to get that battery changed. I had a much better experience here than at the used car lots I was looking at prior. Rate was great, car is a blast to drive, and I would definitely look here in the future.

Let me tell a little story about the BMW of Warwick. Last Tuesday during the heat wave, my check engine light came on and the vehicle lost all ability to throttle fully until my X1 cooled down over night. After calling to schedule an appointment due to lack of options for other dealerships, they were able the schedule me in the following week. On the day of the appointment, I drove to the Service Center to park, since this is my first time I did not know the service process at this facility. I walked into the front desk to ask how to reach service. With a snarky remark, the receptionist gave me a degrading tone and said its over there, just drive up to the doors. After driving into the service center, I then asked the next employee where should I go since I have an appointment. They answered arrogantly and said who are you scheduled with, at the time I had been given no mention of who I was working with, I replied with I am not sure. They said well you should know, and you would have been told. After a few minutes fighting, trying to get to where I should be, they finally found the individual who was to work with me to schedule my service. After working with them for 10 minutes, they said, Oh, this shouldnt be with me, you need to see another member and we then continued our journey to another member of this establishment. This next service representative was condescending and had a demeanor of not wanting to be there. He was rude and arrogant to myself, a paying customer for their service, while I am attempting to get the diagnostics completed on my vehicle. Once I was placed into a loaner vehicle and drove home awaiting a verdict, he texted 4 hours later to tell me that the charges will be $6,000.I declined the text and called the member, as I had asked that a call was preferable over a text to discuss any work that may be needed. He was upset that I declined this and would like a second opinion before proceeding, and that I will return the Loaner vehicle in the morning. He said if I can drop the car off at 7:45 AM, that would be great.I currently work 3rd shift, and my work does not end until 8AM, and am unable to change my schedule to pick up my car that early. He was rude about this, stating that they need the car back ASAP for other clients. I was able to return the Loaner vehicle the next day, and they made me wait 30 minutes to receive my own vehicle back. Leaving the lot, finally, after getting my vehicle, I looked to my left and saw all of the loaner vehicle spots filled, if they needed my loaner back that quickly, why would all of these spots be filled with their loaner cars? After leaving, I immediately drove to BMW of Newport who were fully able to diagnose my cars issue, find it is under full warranty and that this will be of no cost to myself. I will never recommend and I hope that anyone who reads this posts stays well clear of BMW of Warwick. They look pretty on the outside, but they are not on the inside.

I came all the way from CT to Warwick the minute I stepped in I was welcome by the manager Brian and Victor. They help me get a good deal on my trade in. Then was able to help get my 550i. Which I loved from the moment Vic pulled it up. The process was easy. I was there with my 4 month old and they made sure we both was comfortable. Told my fiancé about it now she wants to purchase her X3 from there instead of Hartford.

This is my first time working with BMW and I was hesitant coming from my last cars very customer oriented dealership. Victor Cabral saw us through the entire process of looking at different cars to the delivery of the model we chose. He was friendly, quick to respond to emails or calls, and never pushy. He was also patient answering our questions and explaining options before we ordering the car, then sat with us for over an hour, past when the dealership closed, once the car was delivered showing us how things worked. Horrible dealership, terrible experience purchasing a car here. The level of incompetence within the Finance Department, as well as Sales is appalling. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if youre looking to get a BMW. Purchased a vehicle here and have spent the past 4 days playing phone tag between my insurance, bank and this dealer just to get a vehicle registered, as if Im the one providing you guys service. Its been a complete waste of time and theres absolutely no way, Id ever utilize the service department here. If I could give 0 stars I would and at this point you can take the car back. Save yourself the time and stress, buy a BMW somewhere else.

I honestly have to say, I did not get a BMW, however they had this absolute cherry Buick Regal turbo, with every possible option “must of been a trade in”. This 2017 only had 25k miles on it, and it was like brand new. Not only did I get a phenomenal deal on the car, the people were great, reliable and they even gave it a fresh reconditioning and even filled the gas tank, the previous day it only had a 1/4 tank. Plus I don’t even have to worry about it getting registered, they’re taking care of that too. I’ve only had the car a week or so, but I truly couldn’t be more satisfied. Ya wanna tip??? Go to Inskip.
We recently ordered exactly what we wanted in our new X5, so we didn’t have to settle on unwanted or missing desired options. After an 8-week wait for our new X5 to be built, the day had come to pick up our perfect SAV. Upon first inspection we noticed that our X5 was missing an ordered option. We brought this to our salesman attention and he verified that this was ordered and built without this option. At this point our salesman contacted the general manager. The general manager called corporate to find out why they were NOT notified of this transgression. The general manger said he would let us know what happened and give us our options. After about an hour wait, there was NO more information disseminated of our options, we was told if we took the X5 they would give us $2000.00 dollars off. We agreed to that offer and were escorted to the finance office. It was at that point, that we discovered that “$2000.00 off” also included the price of the option that we DID NOT RECEIVE. Yes they didn’t charge us for the option that was accepted on the build order and built without. That option was the majority of that $2000.00 off. Also included in that $2000.00 was the reduced tax from the lower sales price (less cost of said missing option).My suggestion is… If you are using this dealer, get it in writing and review carefully before accepting.Greg HowardThank you Ron for dealing with BMWs mistake and helping to mitigate their lack of communicationGreg

This was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. David was over the top accommodating, cautious of our time (efficient), not pushy, listened to our wants and needs, and made us feel comfortable and in the know every step of the way. When we needed to make an extra call to switch the insurance, he made the call for us and handled everything. I was able to focus on just picking exactly what we wanted, while David and Gina handled (what can be) overwhelming paperwork. My experience with this dealer was nothing less than exceptional. The salesperson assisting with my research and ultimate purchase was Mitchell Patenaude. For the sake of brevity, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in terms of the actual vehicles offered and the technology and options provided with the brand. Additionally, he was extremely helpful in negotiating a reasonable price and rate for financing, which got me into the desired vehicle before the end of the week.The transparency and customer service was the most attractive part of this experience, and the follow-up process was also quick and painless regarding the financing and pick-up. After working on the pricing, it was preferable to include the service/maintenance plans in addition to the extended CPO warranty, as they dont generally offer similar services for such a purchase from a used dealer, so if you are looking for a used luxury vehicle from BMW, this is the place to go in order to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. In my twelve years of driving and owning my own vehicles, BMW of Warwick earned my first-ever purchase of a vehicle from a dealer (every purchase to date was from a private seller; over six vehicles in total). Service done was quick and pretty much hassle free. When I had service done at BMW Norwood my car was washed and vacuumed free of charge, BMW Warwick didn’t have that done. No big deal however seeing as that paying close to a grand in service fee ought to get you at least a wipe down of your car.Overall not bad but nothing special either.
I’ve purchased several BMW’s from BMW of Warwick and I have to say, each experience gets better! Vito my sales guy is an absolute machine. All I do is mention what I am looking for and he goes above and beyond to bring me the best cars at the best value hands down. If your in the market for a BMW, don’t even think about looking anywhere else. Make sure to ask for Vito and he will take care of you for as long as your part of the BMW family. $1400 for exchanging a water pump on a 2014 XI xDrive35i including more than $700 for labor alone is pure robbery. Didnt even get the car washed and was provided a carfax report that refuses to open. I wanted to leave a negative review but that website times out immediately, not allowing you to leave a bad review - had to resort to google. If you are a millionaire then it might be worth it if you live in Warwick but otherwise avoid such a DIEBSTAHL!
I called at 5:04 p.m. to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car that was serviced, and was told the service department was closed and I’d have to come back tomorrow. I was 40 miles from home and stranded, and nobody had told me I had to be there before 5:00. The service was already paid for and I just needed to get the car and go home. I said there must be some way someone can get my keys and nobody tried to help me. Just kept getting “sorry ma’am there’s nothing we can do.” The next day someone in the service department told us they were there until after 6:30 and all they had to do was call them. What terrible service. Do NOT go here.

Very organized, thorough, polite, and time-efficient. The loaner car was a beast (X5 in a very good way, made me consider trading in my 2015 X5 for this 2021 loaner) and when I got back my X5, it was cleaned throughout, the tires are magnificent, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Ben Johnston was the best. Now, if I can only figure out how to get my X5 back from my wife!

While it takes a while to get an appointment, it’s easy to book online. Oil change and tire rotation was done in an hour and the engine and car were clean.

Just had the best car purchasing experience we have ever had at BMW of Warwick. Was looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. Victor has been such a wonderful individual since the first day I met him. Coming from Los Angeles and working in Hollywood, I have had my fair share of VIP experiences. The service I received from Vic Cabral and Jason Choquette was second to none. I picked up my new car today which was waiting for me with a teddy bear strapped in to the back seat! This deal was pretty much done via phone and email. Vic’s communication was extraordinary. He has the mentality of whatever it takes and was quick to offer solutions and help. The out of state process was tricky, but by being several steps ahead, there were no last minute surprises.
