Walked in to pick up a few items that most stores always seems to be out of. This location always has well stocked shelves and very Happy and Helpful staff. Today, there was a song on over the sound system and many of the staff were singing along to the song and put ALL THE CUSTOMERS in a VERY HAPPY MOOD,with big smiles and chiming in...probably the Best Visit Ive encountered In ANY STORE since March, the beginning of Pandemic. ...What a Great Way to Welcome Customers who have dealt with somber faces and not so nice people over the past few stressful months. ...

Always have what I need and at a fair price! The ladies were helpful and everyone was observing safe practices yo prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Worst pick up experience ever. I too work in retail where pick up is an option. I understand the hardships of staffing, ect- when I arrived at the store there was a cashier doing her role and 2 associates literally chatting in the aisle- when a manager was called she came out of the office and said we are short staffed. Unfortunately for her management skills she was unable to figure out the basic concept of delegation or prioritization. She didnt even pretend to be apologetic. I ordered 2 small items. So next time you are looking to use this location for pick up, remember that 30 minutes translates to 3 hours.

I can go to any pharmacy, but Walgreens in Apponaug is the best. They are so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and always have what I need.

Always friendly. Been my drug store since 1991. Never had a problem with cashiers, drug pick up or consultant. Find what you need with assistance if necessary. Good store to go to.

I love this Walgreens. Its my go-to place for EVERYTHING! ALL the employees there are super friendly and helpful! Amber has gone out of her way to help me order a special organic cereal for my daughter they stopped carrying and gave me some points for the inconvenience! Photos are always perfect and they are ready almost immediately, usually on sale may I add. The General Manager is a super friendly and also very helpful and accommodating man! I am in this store literally 4 times a week and I will never go to CVS or elsewhere again! :)

I come here many mornings to pick up random items on the way to work and the staff is always friendly and helpful no matter the time of day

This is my prefered drug store/quick pick up place. I like the general layout and I know where everything. The pharmacy is fantastic and the people are great. So wht not 5 stars.Get with the times and get your NFC turned on! If your Walgreens and youre not sure what NFC means. You need to look it up! You have the hardware in place but its not working... So I go to CVS for now.
