Inexpensive TVs. Good employees are helpful. But be careful. I had to return for missing power cord and then the TV because it had a tick. They were very good about the whole thing and gave me a replacement.

I have purchased TVs at very reasonable (cheap) prices at Pinnacle. For the most part, their TVs have blemishes or nicks and dings to them but the prices are so good, you can look past a dead pixel here or there. They also sell a variety of other technology and home goods. Its basically like having eBay come to life and become a physical store! Definitely my go-to for tech, electronics, and a few other things.

**WARRNING**So Ive been a big supporter of this place, because they have pretty good deals. That is until I had a problem. I bought a tv here in August, and a month later, there was a big line going through the middle of the tv. On the sales slip, it says theres a 180 day warranty, so I felt comfortable that they would take care of it. I just droped it off, and they are telling me a technician needs to look at it and it could take 10 days for them to get back to me?!?!? No where on the receipt does it say the warranty is a repair warranty. What am I supposed to do for 10 days? If I had bought this at Best Buy, they would have just swapped it out. Bottom line, I could have gotten the same tv at Best Buy for the same or a few more dollars and not have to deal with this. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM Pinnacle Deals

I dont know the owner and I dont work here so this is a real review. Im in the market for a new TV and I tend to really research the best bang for my buck. I found the prices here were really no better than many other stores. Theres a lot of hype and they use multiple marketing ploys to make it look like the prices are really discounted. Furthermore, there was an absolutely toxic and nauseating odor from their overpowering air freshener.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The sales persons on the floor told me a price and at the register the cashier told me different price and when I brought the sales person to the cashier she didnt change the price and I had to turn the merchandises back to them.. Tell what pinnacle, customers worth more than 10 dollars. You will keep loosing customers if I keep treating them this way. I will never go back there again.Just to specifie I was a the batavia, ohio location tonight and had that issue there.
