After an attempted home remedy, our garage door snapped. Ted was out here within the week. He replaced and repaired the springs, cables and door. Cleaned and spruced up the parts and reset the door. All in all an excellent job. I highly recommend Ted and his team. I also recommend going straight to the professionals and not attempting a do it yourself fix, as you can definitely make the problem worse!

System worked well for about 8 years, then springs started to break, cables broke and the doors rusted; need to hold button down for one door in order for it to completely close rather than tapping once. Minimum cost of $150 to have someone come out to look at broken parts, then additional cost to fix. Great customer service.

5 STARS!!! I dont like national franchises so I called ODC out of Johnston. They picked up on the 2nd ring - then gave me an estimate right over the phone and when I said lets do it they asked how bout today? Then when Armand and his apprentice showed up earlier than predicted (just fine with me!) they went above and beyond to ensure that not only my door was repaired but that it worked even better than before it was broken! What else can I say but 5 STARS! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I have dealt with the commercial side many times. Kaitlyn(?) And Paul are fabulous. This time I had a problem at my house. I sent in a service request online over the weekend. Donna called me Monday morning and by Monday afternoon at 130 Dan was at my house. By 220 it was fixed.!!! Will never used another company. Everyone there is fabulous.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by this company. I initially spoke with Kaitlin who was both courteous and very knowledgeable.She was able to arrange a same day visit by Cory, the service technician.He arrived punctually and quickly completed the repair of a broken spring. While onsite he went the extra mile to check and adjust not only the door that needed repair, but also the second door in our two car garage.All in all a great experience.

Ted went above and beyond excellent service. He came by on his way home to check our garage door opener after hearing the scheduled tech couldnt make the call. He then came back and installed a whole new motor, photo cells and wall consoles within an hour because he knew that I had to leave. He explained everything he did as well as the operation of the new system, and at a good price. Will definitely reccomend this company!

A cable snapped off of my 20 year old garage door this weekend. I called them at 12:30pm today and a technician (Cory) was at my house by 3pm! He took the time to explain to me to how my torque or torsion spring (Im not very mechanically inclined) was on the outs and needed replacement. He also looked at my other door while he was at it. My wife and I found him to be courteous, knowledgeable (he said hes worked there for 10 years), and extremely patient with my myriad of questions. They are Coventrys best!!!

Michael came out on Monday for repairs but my garage door motor was dead so it needed to be replaced. I was not charged for the Monday visit since it was treated as a free estimate. Michael made sure an appointment was fit in for me at the end of the week. On Friday he removed the old garage door opener, installed the new garage door opener, installed an inside wall switch and an outside keypad in less than 90 minutes. I was not charged for parts and labor for the inside wall switch and the outside keypad. Michael also greased the tracks for the door to ensure smoother and quieter operation. Great job and wonderful customer service!

Sandy was very professional installing our garage doors. He was working with an old gsrage for our 1864 house Nothing plum but he made it work anyway. The doors look great thanks to his efforts.

I just bought a part for my door opener and I paid 3 times what I could get it for on-line. They charged me $48 and I could have gotten it for $14.75 from Amazon. I needed the part today so I had no choice but to purchase it locally. I made them aware of the pricing online and theytook $4.00 off for me, I consider this price gouging. 300 percent mark-up, what a joke! Buyer beware!

Mike Raymond showed up promptly at 8am yesterday to fix my garage door. The torsion spring had broken and the new one had just arrived by special order. Mike was very personable and very considerate and very quickly fixed the door and got it working perfectly. No hassles. It turns out hes a neighbor who lives a half a mile away. My dog loves him.
