Steve, the owner, is a great guy and extremely helpful. If theres something that he doesnt have on the floor, he can order it up pretty quickly. Weve bought most of our furniture from here over the years, and is our first call if we need something new.

Gilmore Furniture is a business that thrives on customer service. My husband and I ordered a beautiful breakfast set from Steve, but it unfortunately had a cosmetic defect from the manufacturer and had to be replaced. Steve did so immediately. It makes me sad because not many places operate like Gilmore anymore in that you are treated like family when you walk in the doors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve and the staff at Gilmore. They are the reason people should go to local businesses over chain stores. My family had to work fast to get a lift recliner for my father as he was coming home from hospital. Steve called in a driver who left and even came himself to deliver the chair. I never leave reviews but had to for this wonderful man and customer geared business! Thank you and you now have a client for life!

I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from Steve, the owner. What a refreshing experience dealing with a furniture store like this. It was totally a whim to stop in and after this experience of working with Steve, Deb and the delivery people it’s the first place I will go for any furniture needs in the future. My mattress turned out to be too firm for me and Steve switched it out for another without charging a delivery charge. Great customer service and great prices. Love this store and will tell anyone I know looking for furniture to stop here first. They will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Steve and Gilmore Furniture. And I didnt know Steve from a hole in the wall until I bought furniture from the his store. My first purchase from him was a couch. We custom ordered a sectional and one of the pieces was too large to fit into our house (I guess I should have measured beforehand). We really thought we were going to be stuck having a really nice couch in the garage. However at no extra charge, Steve reordered the sectional and it was delivered to us for free when it came in (which was a while, but then again it was a custom piece). Since then we have bought 2 recliners, an entertainment center and a mattress. I ended up being unhappy with my mattress choice and Steve is letting me exchange it. So, as far as being an easy customer, I dont have a good track record. Despite this, Steve has been nothing but friendly and helpful. He remembers his customers, always has a smile and delivers the highest level of customer service. The prices are very reasonable (top of the line mattress is under $1500) and the delivery charges (if any) are less than half of the big stores. Another bonus is nearly everything in Gilmore Furniture made America, something I really support. Gilmore Furniture has a customer for life!

Amazing service and accountability! They stand behind the products they sell and they really go above and beyond with their customer service. The owner of the company, Steve Russo, took time out of his busy schedule after work to come out to our 2nd floor apartment to personally assess whether the couch we wanted would fit up the staircase. Just amazing. Sales associate Deb treated us right from start to finish. Forget about the big advertised stores. They just could never measure up.

Everything we have ever bought has been wellmade and just what we ordered. Recently we had the legs of on old table re-glued by Steve and his staff, and they now look brand new. Why would we ever go anywhere else for our furniture.
