Nightmare shipping with fedex!! I shipped important documents international. Some how they cant find the address. I asked if the person im sending the package to can pick it up at the fedex store they said no and are now sending the package back to the States. Also i cant get my money back so im out $80. Now i have to wait for the package to come back to the states and spend an other 80 to ship it back over seas,makes no sense. Horrible customer service

Tom the manager greeted me as soon as I walked in with my awkwardly large box and was so helpful during my whole shipping experience. I always used to think UPS when it came to shipping items, but after damaged packages and missing ones I wanted to try FedEx. The cost was reasonable, the ETA clear, and the tracking was helpful to relieve some anxiety about my package getting lost.But over all it was the great customer service that will make me a repeat customer.Thank you Tom!

I called the store to see what the latest drop off time was for express overnight shipping. I was told the time was 5 pm. I had my package there by 4 pm. Somehow, the package was not shipped out until 24 hours later, despite my having paid for express overnight shipping. When I asked why my package sat in the store for 24 hours without being shipped out, I was told “if my package had been there, they would have shipped it”. I understand that mix ups occur, but they are taking no accountability for the costly delay, which is going to force me to wait several weeks longer for an important medical diagnosis.

Mike was extremely helpful and he was very patient. I was very happy with the service I received today. I will definitely be back in the future.

I get all my artwork and designs printed at FedEx for screen printing and other projects. The staff is extremely helpful, accomodating, and patient fitting designs to spec. I have had multiple awesome staff members help me out, and recommend Dave very highly. He spent the time to get my designs printed exactly as I wished and was very helpful. Two thumbs way up!

I picked up 3 packages today and the girl that waited on me should have taken a happy pill before work. First, she asked me my last name, I told her very clearly what it was and she said is that your last name, duh. Next it seemed like she wasnt to energetic about retrieving my packages. I finally was able to put my things on the cart and leave. IMO this seemed to be an employee who has never been trained in customer service and should send her to classes. I usually pick my packages up at another FedEx and am always treated with a smile. I know I will never use this store again!!!!!!

It is nice that you can just stop in and use a paper cutter when you need one!

My husband had to ship rather large and expensive items for the first time. These store employees worked as a team not only to help pack the items, but to save money in the process. Ask for Vicky, she was the one in charge.
